Thought Adjuster: “For many human beings it is during sleep when their minds are free of distractions, and they have a higher capacity to listen. This capacity is greatly enhanced with the practice of stillness, and even when you think nothing is happening, in reality it prepares your mind to be more receptive, during the day and during the night.
“Does your mind work during sleep? Of course! Remember that the conscious mind – the one you use each day in your work and your daily routine – is only one part of the human mind. The subconscious is another part that never takes a break, and it is there where the deeper impressions are stored. Sometimes some undesired behavior resides there too, making it difficult to overcome. As well, you have a spiritual mind, dominated by the spirit of adoration, and developed to various degrees depending on the efforts of each individual.
“The spiritual mind is the primary target to be influenced by the Thought Adjuster. The spiritual mind is His playground and little by little, the ideas, concepts and realizations start permeating down towards the lower levels of your mind, and sometimes they become part of your conscious mind.
“As you use your will for spiritual growth during your waking hours, your spiritual mind becomes more real and larger. Thus your Thought Adjuster can do more for you. It is up to you to eliminate all obstacles that prevent a more effective connection with your Divine Spark – fears, grudges, low self-esteem, and lack of faith. When your mind begins to free itself from these loads, it will begin to open more to the divine influence, and so God and human start to effectively work together to create a new eternal reality.”

The Beloved One: “Thank you My child, for being willing to lend Me your inner ear. Today’s subject is about your being willing. Of course, the question arises in your mind: ‘Willing to do what?’ This is the right question, because until you are totally certain of where you are going, you will exercise caution and you have become discerning. When over time you fine-tune your listening skills; you will no longer have doubts. Our relationship is about ‘the bonding between God and mortal’, even while you are still in the mortal habiliments. Your conviction of this will become so strong that nothing will be able to shake you lose from knowing that you are a child of God.
“However, it is still only vaguely understood by you that you are being trained in spiritual preparedness. This is why ‘to be willing’ is the subject for today. It is about when a creature is willing with heart, soul and mind to listen for, and be about, doing the Will of God in the truest sense of the word. The doing of God’s Will has been greatly misunderstood on this planet, which simply boils down to the golden rule of doing unto others, as you would like to be treated. Ask yourself, ‘how would I like to be treated?’ And when you know the answer in your heart of hearts, go forth and do likewise unto others. Smile and the world smiles with you; because the secret of a genuine smile uplifts and benefits everyone around.
To be willing to follow these simple rules is truly uplifting. Putting this golden rule into practice with sincerity, after having thought about how one would like to be treated, is perhaps somewhat more difficult.
“Life could be so simple. It has, however, become extremely complicated, because the simplest of all rules has in practice been forgotten. Perhaps this is a good time to remind each and every one that God is no respecter of persons, and all are his children, never mind what planet they come from, or what form they have or color of skin. The differences are for you to discern, and to recognize each other at the soul-root level. God our Creator loves all his offspring equally. They are the humans who put different values on people. I know that I am singing to the choir; however the question remains; How long will it take the citizens of this planet to wake up and look at each other for the true values each has been gifted with to develop in the mortal estate.
“Are you actually realizing your purpose for being here? Do you know why you have been given this mortal life – to evolve your precious immortal souls, and start developing all those wonderful gifts God has given you in your divine blueprints? You are both, the architects and the builders of your life. No one else has that responsibility. So when will you show yourself willing to get serious and make yourself available for the job only you can do? You all have been given a Spark from God within to help guide you. It depends on your willingness to open your private connection to God, and keep it alive and functioning with daily meditations, so you promote your inner listening skills and develop your bond with God.”

The Beloved One: “Once more we are ready to cooperate so we can have our ‘soundless interaction’, and yet my words will resonate ‘loud and clear’. What you and I are about is truly a worthwhile undertaking, even though you still wonder what it is that is going to add up. Let me help you out of your musings and firmly state that they are God’s blessings which are adding up. God’s blessings are continuously pouring forth in a steady stream from Paradise to all of creation. This stream of blessings cannot be stopped by anyone. However, it is a choice each human being makes whether to notice these blessings or not. Even you (turning to the receiver now) have often failed to notice some of the many blessings in your life.
“So much in life is taken for granted, even getting out of one’s bed in the morning brings nary a thought of thankfulness for having experienced another night of healing sleep. This is not a random matter as human systems are designed to recover during a restful sleep as the great nervous system comes to a much needed rest without any superficial help of medications or other means – you may fill in the blanks. It is part of the evolution of the human system to experience a healing rest instead of being constantly wound up. It is restlessness and a lack of peace of mind, for whatever reason, that adds up to an immaturely aging body.
“There are many areas where humans ‘walk past their blessings’ without noticing them. One word of advice here is that to change a restless mind is so very easy by placing all your worries into the hands of God in the evening and not spend another thought on them, unless you are woken up in the middle of the night with a solution to some problem you experienced during the day. These things do happen, but meanwhile your body can recuperate and feel well taken care of and honored for the wonderful machine it is. It is in all of you to find peaceful ways to live your life. The world will continue to turn without you knowing the latest bad news, which only serves to disturb your mental state that feeds your precious physical temple.
“Your precious energy will be better served by your thinking peaceful thoughts and knowing that your on-board Partner is the Pilot of your little life-boat. How you think and act all adds up to how you live your life. Think about what your deeds and thoughts are adding up to in this life and how they will be mirrored to you when you have moved up to the next level of your eternal existence. I thought to inform you of this so you can take steps to improve the realness of your being in this world, as you still have that chance to improve your life in all areas. May you obtain peace mind with a solid connection to The All That Is. Meanwhile do nurture your soul with prayer, meditation, and by communing with your Spark from God within, as this will add to your blessings.”

Thought Adjuster: “Focus on the task or focus on the moment? The main goal is to live in the present, feeling your life, and sensing to be a part of a bigger organism – a universe greater than what you can perceive at this stage of your existence. To focus on a task surely helps, since you are centring your attention on what you are doing without troubling distractions. However, focusing only on a task can also be a distraction that can keep you apart from your spiritual goals. In your world, a lot of people spend their days practically asleep whilst in a routine of the tasks of daily life, and they don't stop, not even for a moment to consider that there is more to life than the struggle for material sustenance.
“Focusing on the moment allows you a higher perspective. It is looking at life ‘from the outside’ and seeing yourself as you really are – a spiritual creature experiencing a material world. Thus you notice that you are living, and you develop the capacity to evaluate the path you are taking. Those who focus on the moment will not spend their days in idle tasks because they will have the perspicacity to ask themselves, ‘Why am I doing this?’
“On your world the idea of focusing on the task is favored over the idea of focusing on the moment – of self-evaluation and establishment of purpose. Many mundane tasks are truly necessary for material survival. However, many times the natural desire of exploration of human beings has been suppressed by promoting a philosophy of constant work without questions or doubts. How many armies have promoted the idea of obeying orders without reflection?
“This is not the way in which the universe functions. This is not the way in which the will of the Father becomes a reality. The Father expects His children to be aware of what they are doing, why they do it and what will be the final purpose. Don’t relinquish your free will and learn to place your trust in your Internal Compass, which guides you towards greater good. Work on this world with your sights set on eternity, so you can determine when any activity, any desire, or any person, may be accidentally or intentionally conspiring to move you further from your true purpose.
“Those who work with dedication and consistence are valuable. Those who do their work searching for harmony with what their Inner Spirit inspire them to do are the ones who will move this world towards a new era of peace, truth and beauty. When you have a task to perform, evaluate it under the light of your highest moral principles and spiritual understanding. As Michael did, ask yourself, ‘will this bring me closer to my Father?’ Once you have established the validity of a task, do it with all your strength knowing that in reality you are performing God’s work in this world.”

Urantia: “Those who first open their eyes on Mansonia One – the first planet you will all call home after your life here ends – are in awe of the number of personalities involved in administration. I am advised they are counted in the millions and millions. Moreover, these administrators record all happening in myriad fashions to suit all of the permanent citizens, all (former human) pilgrims from the local universe worlds, as well as all visitors from Nebadon and beyond.
“Almost every world from here to Paradise has its repositories of countless quadrillions of items of information. All this serves the purpose of educating you, and in the process of learning you are also becoming what the Father wants you to be, energetic, wise, helpful and of great use to those who come after you. Remember the things you were told: A time will come in the distant future when you will be highly prized contributors on worlds in deep, deep space.
“Much as on this world, there is written information, voice-recorded data as well as information that can visually be replayed. Moreover, there is morontia machinery of kinds far superior and long lasting that can portray what you ask for or think about. In some instances there are real beings that have stored and can portray happenings of long ago and in this fashion reveal the most accurate details where, because of sheer complexity, matters would be difficult to relate.
“Such beings on various Mansion Worlds can be personal, pre-personal or even machines, as I said, but all have their limitations or indeed specialties. They have either been created or have further evolved. They are completed but limited, note this well. They are completed and compared to me they are severely limited in the data they contain. In contrast I am incomplete, and limitless in the information I absorb and retain. I am Urantia.
“Like you I am an unfinished ‘work of art’. We are mere embryos, you and I. Whilst you might one day, though most unlikely, decide not to continue to exist instead of becoming god-like, I am an evolutionary deity, a real God with much growing still to do. Whilst you grow old in less than one hundred years and forget much of what you have learned, I cannot forget anything that happens on this planet, the good, the bad, the irrelevant, the mundane, the happy, the sad.
“I know every word that is spoken in every place, at any time, in any language, in friendship or anger. I am your Earth Mother and you are my children. I see every move that is made, at any time, in any place, and I remember it all. I am Urantia, I am Gaia, and those that are your friends (the Midwayers) are my loyal servants, close to my heart, and those that are my servants’ servants will live in my heart. I shall hear of how well you are doing millennia from now.

The Beloved One: “Thank you for following up on my suggestion to have a blank page before you and typing my words as you hear them. Please be reminded, that each new day is like a blank page, especially when you let the eternal God play a part in your day. The reason why I choose the subject of Light is that all people have part of the eternal Light in them. Life itself would flow so much easier if, at the beginning of every day, each human on this planet would only remind their selves of the Light that is within them, and remember to give this Light a chance to burn just a little brighter.
“Sufficient messages have gone into the world for some humans to be grasping that truth is something which lives and works in them. Only where the spirit of God is, is there life, and God’s spiritual energy is everywhere, for without it, there would be no possibility of life to exist. God’s Light and energy is even in seeming voids, like the blackness of outer space, which is teeming with Gods energy, waiting for potential evolution into matter to take place. Some of you finally understand that you are beginning seed-souls, therefore let us use the example of a lowly tadpole who, when newly born does not know anything about its surroundings, but trustingly it begins to swim and grow and over time becomes a ‘venerable’ frog.
“In like manner your souls will grow, and readily do so on this earth. You have been given a mantle, your physical body, to serve as a vehicle and temple to allow your seed-soul to grow and expand safely. However, your seed-soul does not just automatically expand. It needs your free-will decisions to allow this to happen. This is the purpose of life on earth, and it is all your doing and responsibility how you develop and learn during your life on earth. By passing over into eternal life, your seed-souls will be the true sign and example of all your efforts. On this foundational earth life; you will continue to build your eternal life, and in all the transitions to follow on the more advanced Mansion worlds you become a young spirit, eventually to be qualified to venture beyond the confines of the local universe where you had your beginning.
“Understand clearly that everything of value you have build up in time, will become your spiritual counterpart in the life hereafter and when all that is worthless has fallen away, remember that you are beginning creatures, bound to make mistakes, yet that is how you learn. This earth is your kindergarten playground, but please, don’t stay to long in the sandbox. There is serious work to be done in the classroom, and the more you apply yourselves with love, honesty and sincerity; the more fun time you are going to have with only pleasant memories, and no regrets, when you graduate. Please, remember the Light in your seed-soul and help it grow and expand.”

Subject: “Meditation for the Expansion of Spiritual Awareness.”

Teacher Ophelius: Dear one, you have asked us about a practical application for building spiritual awareness and we acknowledge that many of you students on the path are interested in doing that which will expand your abilities to hear and receive from Spirit. We have considered this and so we will suggest an exercise that may help you discover new ways to interact with us as well as discovering something new about yourselves – a sort of ‘new twist’ on an old theme.
As we and the other teachers have said to you students many, many times: the greatest way to expand your awareness is to ‘meditate, meditate, and meditate!’ When we say, ‘meditate’ we do not mean to merely clear the mind, but to have an intention for your meditation, and this is the key to success for what you are looking to accomplish in your meditation.
The universe is a very big place and mind can go anywhere in it, for it is not bound by time or distance, so therefore your imagination is the vehicle for exploration. To use your imagination as the fuel for learning, you must be open and curious. You must also be prepared to receive and acknowledge what you have experienced in the meditation.
We would like you students to ‘pair-up’ with a spiritual friend, someone who you are comfortable sharing spiritual experiences with, and create an intention for a synchronized meditation where you will both be participating in the meditation at the exact same moment. If you are in different time zones, make arrangement for simultaneous interaction. Use the following steps as a guide for your meditation:
Choose your partner and agree on a meditation time.
Predetermine an intention for the meditation. This can be anything: healing a patient or each other, sending loving energy somewhere it is needed, meeting a guide or teacher, discovering a hidden place in the construct, or even holding a meditation within your meditation! Your imagination is limitless, so use it and make that your intention—there are no boundaries. The important thing here is to go wherever it takes you.
Choose a meeting ‘place.’ This is a construct that you agree on. It can be a real place or something you create in your imagination, but you both will want to hold that construct in your mind for the duration of the meditation. If it helps you to ‘see it’ then find a picture of a place of beauty or somewhere you have visited in your past that is inspirational and share it with your partner.
Prepare yourself for the meditation and place your consciousness into the construct. Try to experience the environment of the construct as vividly as you can – see it, feel it, smell it, and hear it. Explore the construct and make note of what you find there.
Meet your meditation partner in the construct. Greet each other and explore the construct together and participate in the agreed upon intention, whatever that may be, and record the event in your memory for the duration of the meditation.
Soon after the meditation, write down your experiences and share them with your partner. Compare notes and discuss the significance of the experience.
This is a most excellent way to expand your spiritual awareness by being accountable with a spiritual partner. Bringing together the power of two minds can expand the possibilities of your super-conscious experience—something we highly recommend.

Spokesperson: “I belong to a group of five Mentori with whom some 11:11 members had conversations. I am known as, and you may refer to me as, the Spokesperson, although this is hardly because I am more well-spoken than are others. I am not. My expertise lies in my ability to ascertain what is expressed in myriad languages, and held in mind, thus retrieving from this the deeper meanings and sentiments. And yes, here you may rightfully conclude there to be better understanding in the morontia spheres, absolute clarity in the spiritual realms.
“This lesson is about sincerity and commitment, commitment and sincerity– two important virtues that go together and are vital to you in your progress in life on this planet and on the morontia worlds. It is correct to claim that the Creator knows your heart in the now, in the past, but in the future as well. By extension, your Thought Adjuster knows your past, present and future. However, a great number of other celestial personalities may be involved in your life, and they might well require reassurance in aiding you on your path.
“As much as your Teachers declare that for each of you there is a Teacher waiting in the wings, and you all to request regular lessons, you are not without care prior to making such a request. Indeed, further to your Destiny Guardians and Cherubim there are others with vested interests in your progress, because your development is also part of the progress of their lengthy pilgrimage to higher spheres. Do not underestimate the planning by many diverse sons and daughters of God in the nurture and education of all your (human) kind.
“Such minor teachers or student teachers, if you so prefer, are often passed-on relatives of mortals still living on the evolutionary planets. They may be unrelated, but always in need of knowing how committed and sincere their charges will be before they put their minds, energy, prayers and healing to the task of assisting their entrusted in their endeavors. Do you see the use for those evaluating the real commitment of a mortal’s future undertakings from their spoken words, body language, and general behaviors?
“Rather is it a waste of time for you to pray for those who have passed on, but it does not represent squandered energy for those on high to plan ahead for you. Of importance is it for you to grasp from this lesson that whatever you attempt in truth, beauty and goodness, you do so in the Creator’s name with all sincerity and commitment. In this fashion you will receive all manner of assistance from on high. Even more important will be the strong character that you will build. Our evaluations are meant to advance human progress, and they do.”

Teacher Ophelius: “Today we will talk about the weather. Do you know which way the wind blows? The wind blows from a new direction and it indicates the change of seasons. You and your life are in the season of change and all things are becoming new. Though you may walk the same ground today, your soul is growing and you are seeing the world through maturing eyes. You are beginning to observe the actions of others from a higher perspective and holding your own thoughts up for examination with the leadings of spirit. You are entering the autumn of the old self where the leaves that served and nourished you in the summer are beginning to show their colors and you see them slowly falling away from you. Those around you are fearful of losing their leaves and hold on, yet for you, to let go will keep you safe from the storms of winter and your branches will not break.
“You are turning inward for a season while the winter rages on around you. You feel not the cold, nor the wind, because you have entered into the bliss of a spirit filled life. You are alive inside like never before and your desire for deeper meanings and spiritual values sustains you and draws your roots deeper into the ground. Your spirit soars in the midst of the gray skies, and your mind takes you to the greener pastures of peaceful realms where no harm can befall you. You are safe and warm in the bosom of the Father, for his promises give you strength and healing beyond all measure.
“Your love for kindred spirits deepens and your compassion is enduring for those who are breaking under the load of heavy burdens. Put your finger in the air, my friends, and feel which way the wind blows. You are not ignorant of the changing season, for you anticipate and prepare for the coming of spring’s first kiss and there you put your hope in the brighter days ahead. Sing loudly now and drown out the howling winds of winter, for your melodies warm the souls around you. You are an icon – a magnificent symbol of strength, and you wear the winter snows like a crystal robe where you glisten like an alabaster tower in the cold sun.
“The Father loves you and His Spirit indwells you and leads you to that secret pasture where only He and you know the way. Spend time here and sit at the Master’s feet and learn to listen to His soft wise voice. The time for questions and answers is past – now there is only the knowing that emerges from deep within. You trust now because there is no division. His voice leads you and points the way toward your purpose in this world. Hush now, and bask in the warmth of this Inner Sun and sprout the new blossoms of the coming age. Can you see how beautiful you are? The Father sees you this way – full of love, full of life, and sweet with the nectar of wisdom. See it now in your own mind and BECOME!

The Beloved One: “Please do not hesitate to write my words in clearly visible form as you hear them. These words are very important and shall help awaken humanity in its struggles to become more persistent in seeking God’s will in their lives. They need to know that all of normal thinking capacity have the capability of listening within to their Gift from God, which was sent to indwell them at an early age, when they made their first moral decision without being influenced by anyone. In other words, they became capable of independent positive thought. The reason why I am telling you this is because there are still too many people running to priests, ministers, and gurus, or whoever suits their fancy, to do their thinking for them. It is truly not useful to have others telling you how to comport yourselves throughout life.
“It is indeed extremely important to turn within and take the time to listen to the greatest Guide, and taking advantage of His advice.
“Now I come to the important part of this subject of a personal trinity. Those brought up in some kind of belief-system; might know something about a heavenly Trinity, whose existence is among others, like the existence of God, which is also disputed ad infinitum on this backward planet. However most of you know the name of Jesus, at least. His name is quite often mentioned when something goes wrong. Well allow me to tell you that He walks and talks with you if you so desire, and on a continual basis as the Ruler of the universe in which your little planet is located. He has that capability and more. Therefore He is able to walk with you so you can visualize Him being on your right side. His Consort, the Holy Mother Spirit, sustains you on your left side, and will even attempt to take you in her arms and console you. Be mindful of this, as they are your spiritual Parents.
“Then there is your individual Spark from God, your Thought Adjuster, as the Capstone of your being, making your trinity complete. We, the Thought Adjusters, the Gifts from God, labor incessantly to uplift your thoughts to higher and more spiritual levels. In this way you can begin to pay attention to the thoughts you think and the actions you undertake for the progress of this little backward planet. This planet lags some 200.000 years behind her sister planets of normal development, due to the nefarious actions instigated during the Lucifer rebellion of that long-ago time. These evil actions have since been perpetuated by the humans on this planet.
“Now we come to the gist of our message: You all can take advantage of the celestial help available to you. As well, don’t forget your guardian angels and the midwayers, who also stand at the ready to render help, but are not allowed to unless you sincerely ask for assistance.”
