"Master Teacher, we come to you with light in our beings, hope in our hearts, and vision in our future to what you portray in your being, before us, and before our heavenly Father. We know we have a model and we know we have a script and we know we have a future that is unbridled and without description in our minds -- as we understand them to be -- that what you have offered us (and we offer you) is becoming.

"As for the teacher that you make known to us today, with the appreciation for this gift that you make possible for us and with us, and because of all that you are with us now -- and always -- we are forever grateful. And for what you know to be the needs and desires of our hearts and our minds, now and always, we place these with you before our heavenly Father and ask for all of our intentions to be expedited within your care. Amen."

TOMAS: Tomas here. Good afternoon, my loyal friends and companions in the quest. How glad I am, and we are, to gather and commune with you this afternoon, for it confirms our connection to you who reach above the fetters of time and space to the thought of eternity.

The thought of eternity is, indeed, in your future. The future will evolve as our vision is the steadfast method of advancement, and yet the thrill of discovery, of co-creation, in conforming your will to the divine will, will eventuate in the light and life we seek for Urantia.

There are many matters on your menu today … many morsels worthy of savoring. My immediate impulse is to reach for the concept of the power of God -- that which protects you. You are his own.

Think about responsibility as a human, as a developing value-laden soul. Consider your sense of noble devotion to care-taking those who are in your charge, the inestimable privilege of serving your families, your children, mates, even your neighbors, employers and community interests. The sense of pride, healthy pride, enabling you to do a job well done, in order to represent that which you uphold as value-worthy of upholding. Recognize that heartfelt longing to do the right thing, to do the responsible thing, the noble thing, as well as the practical thing.

There are so many who avoid having any sense of responsibility at all, for the weight of responsibility is regarded as impossible. It would be impossible, it would be a distortion of reality, indeed, if it were undertaken without a respect for, and appreciation of, yea, even a need for, the indefinable essence of ability that issues forth from beneath your ego into the ethereal and eternal realm of personality expression.

They speak of the golden rule. The concept of "doing unto others" is an ideal that is only available to those who also understand a value acknowledged as brotherhood, spiritual brotherhood in the highest. And on every rung of such a depiction, is the inherent bias of that person's perception of brotherhood.

Ponder now, Fatherhood. The power of God. The power of God is not a loud noise. As depicted in the music, 'Sweet Jesus, how could you have offended?' God is not capable of offending his creations. He gives birth to life. He is love. Thus, the power of God is represented in the issuing forth of that God Who indwells You, and which embellishes your personality expression to reveal His greatness as goodness. And yet, in understanding the power of God, which is a part of you, a part of your ability to understand your own capacities, you must not confuse this meekness with ineffectiveness, for meekness is the offspring of this divine power.

Thus, in knowing who you are, in embracing your submission to divine will, you are given true power, power which can, and will, prepare the way toward light and life.

Let me subside my remarks and perhaps we can resume our discourse in questions which may rise up. In the interim I give you my companion.

ANATOLIA: Good wishes, and greetings, my friends and compatriots. I'm happy to be with you this Sunday afternoon, your time, USA, and world time, Universe Central. This is a wonderful time in which to be alive, now, in the future, in the past, and in the yet to be considered. Now, in the eternal term of that phrase, is a wonderful time to be alive.

Let it be known that whenever one is of a conscious mind to recognize that he (or she) exists, as a plant has a place within the soil as it stands proudly among other foliage, (or perhaps not at all among other guests within this sphere), if the plant, which is hypothetical, has a consciousness to know it exists, it realizes that its presence there and in the atmosphere of its being is truly a gift and a blessing, an honor and an opportunity to be served by the nutrients that surround it, that it may serve to improve the conditions for which it was placed, this, too, is what it is like to be in the Father's service, wherever one may be placed.

I urge you to consider, from a new way of viewing, or a new vantage point, what it would be like to not have your consciousness, to not be aware of who you are and where you are to serve. The inverse of this question, that is, to wonder what it would be like to not have consciousness, is the positive way of viewing what your value and what your being is and has to offer.

I encourage you to consider this for the moment that we are speaking, but also in a longer term perspective when you have opportunity, without interruption and without trying to do others things at the same time… to consider what it is, even if you need to consider the proposition of "consciousness awareness", to consider it from the inverse of that proposition. If you need to investigate what non-consciousness would be, I urge you to consider the whereabouts and whys of your being in as positive way as possible.

This is my way, again, of inviting you to consider the universality of our being and the all-purpose nature in which we each serve, even down to the most finite of organisms. Those which are present to perform a gifted service, are each and all immeasurably valuable in the service of our heavenly Father. What more then, could your service be if each and all organisms in creation are of value?

One may consider an organism, of whatever function, to be as valuable as you may be. In one measure of consideration anything which is created, given presence and identity is of importance to our heavenly Father. In such, I contend, that with our purposes as spirit beings, what more could be your value to the Father by your mere presence within creation, let alone what you may do to render up true service and true accumulated value and purpose before our Father's throne.

Be mindful, then, of our value as you contemplate your consciousness, to appreciate that which our Father values, for in so doing, you will begin to know the heart and mind of our eternal Creator and all that was made known and present because of his love with you and for you.

Be gracious unto one another and to yourselves, for knowing that in your growth and appreciation for who you are, therein lies the greater extension and expansion of that God-presence by the collective nature of all of your representative presences made known to each other and to your heavenly Father. Peace be with you and among you as you go into the new week of loving service, and knowing that your consciousness and awareness of who and what you are about, before your heavenly Father's throne, is what I ask you to consider.

In the conclusion, if there are questions that you may have, I will be happy to address them. In the meantime we happily return to Tomas and his concluding comments.

TOMAS: And speaking of Peace, it is brought to my attention, the World Day of Peace is being celebrated in your collective superconscious realms, or perhaps it is more accurate to say, in the consciousness of those who are striving for morontial realities. When you look forward to the future that you will help create, look to your impression of peace as a gauge, for if all the effort is instilled in the project and there is no peace in the end result, then you have merely created a shell, another shadow.

Let's open the windows and let the sun shine in. Aloha! Myra. And, we miss you Wayawahili. Gather in the energy of the Indianapolis environs, and seek comfort and companionship, too, in the midwayers who abound, who teem with life in that vicinity.

Well, now that we are all present and accounted for, how have you been? Have you any questions or stories to tell?

Esmeralda: Tomas, I have been listening to several speakers this week who said that every nation that became a super-power, they have always become an aggressor. Is our country becoming that?

TOMAS: Is that a rhetorical question?

Group: [Spontaneous group reaction indicating they thought it was]

Esmeralda: ... involving Saddam Hussein and Iraq …

TOMAS: It's involving youth.

Esmeralda: Pardon?

TOMAS: It's involving "youth" … (You are such a young civilization, generally speaking.) … at least the reputation they have been given for becoming cocky if and when they have found a certain degree of manhood and a set of wheels. You have attained that point, but your parents have had little influence on your development. Thus you have become young punks.

I don't speak to the American people here as individuals, I'm speaking to the natural development of any youth who aspires to power, who seeks to see and be seen, to wield its influence and sense of purpose over those whom it has even no authority. The fortunate part of such a scenario is that if it has value, any country (which this one does!) has the profound possibility that it will get its comeuppance quickly and relatively painlessly, for it can have learned the lesson that is necessary, here in this global picture you pose.

You must remember that you are America. When you think about national politics, when you think about patriotism, you must put your values into your egg basket. Since your country is based on the concept "of the people, by the people, for the people", you must interject what kind of person you are as you represent the people. If your civilization is acting immature, it is your responsibility to inform your country it is behaving in a manner that is inimical to the welfare of its people. This is a part of your responsibility, and while many people are content to allow others to make their decisions for them, it is not in your best interests to allow anyone do your thinking for you, for you are thinking with the mind of Christ, with the intelligence of your consciousness, and -- with those together -- the soul of humanity.

You can tout patriotism, but you must recognize that in terms of global development, you must learn to live as a family. When one is pressing for power over others, it is oppression. And if we have two oppressors, we have "West Side Story" all over again. Or we have two bucks in the forest fighting for the herd.

How difficult it is for you here. How difficult it has been for you all. Even your leaders have been put upon and made to be who they are by the error and influence of their forebearers. But in-as-much as each of you are capable of conscious acceptance of sonship … and I mean this in the aesthetic sense and not in the doctrine sense … it is a natural result of your religious life that will give rise to the morals and ethics and principles that will guide humanity through your example, into stable, well-governed, industrial peace.

How difficult it is, even for me, to convey to you my meaning, when it my meaning is colored by the words that I am choosing to use. The words themselves distort the picture I intend to paint. I must rely upon your perceptions through the mind of Christ, through the indwelling Spirit, through the Christ-consciousness of the Correcting Time as compared to the definitions and dreary diatribes of yesteryear.

You influence greatly the outcome of the current situation, yes. And yet even if the circumstances of cause and effect are so firmly set in place only a deviation from the natural course of events would allow for a reprieve, you will still need to be called upon to maintain the voice of sanity, the posture of the meek, with the power of God around you, in order for you to be able to shine your light and lead the victims of this folly into higher reality, the farther view. You need not dwell on what is being done wrong, so much as you need to take stock and put your power in what is being done right. That will be a challenge because the overwhelming … almost overwhelming tendency is to drift downstream and through passive acquiescence allow those who are louder to do your thinking for you.

I have, perhaps, not brought you peace by my response, but I have brought you truth.

Esmeralda: Thank you, Tomas.

Thoroah: That also reflects on what you said earlier about meekness. Can you put together not being passive acquiescent and meekness for us?

TOMAS: I can try. I appreciate your yearning to discern the difference so as to understand your options better. "Passive acquiescence" is giving away your power; it is yielding to authority less than the Authority you resonate to. It is a way of saying, "Oh big deal, who cares?"

Meekness, however, is like the 'pearl of great price.' It is secure in its sanctuary, its confinement, its clam shell. It has no care as to the waves which wash over it or the crabs who scamper around it. It has the assurance that things are as they should be … at least in its own existence … having the understanding that no matter what happens, the power of God prevails -- is the difference.

I'm not encouraging an isolationist tactic. I am simply saying that for those of you who are secure in your 'knowing,' you will have the strength that will enable you to uphold who are, how you feel, and what you represent, even in the face of tremendous odds and outside influences.

Ms. S.: Well, Tomas, wouldn't it be wonderful if different countries of this world would just adopt the tactics that I was fortunate enough to grow up with? Because I had such wonderful parents! And they both always said, "Instead of trying to accumulate things for yourself, give of yourself in any way that you possibly can." It was something that was instilled in me as a child and I watched my parents give of themselves, always, in volunteer work or anything that they could. And if the countries of the world could look toward each other in a friendly way, that way, we wouldn't have all these wars that have gone on and probably will continue because people can't seem to bring themselves to realize that each one of us has a life to live and we want to live it to the fullest, and we can't if somebody else is trying to take away what little we have.

When I came out here I thought, 'What can I do as a volunteer? Where can I help out?' And I found the answer there in the hospital. What with a back-ground in medicine for so many years, it seemed like the logical place. And for instance, a lady, last week, had to bring all five of her children because the 4-year-old had to have surgery and she didn't have any other place to put 'em, so she brought them. And the 2-year-old was crying up a storm and she had to nurse the baby, so I took the-2 year-old and he had a ball riding around on my hip all over the hospital while I was doing errands and he was bringing sunshine to everybody else, so he didn't remember to cry and be nasty like a 2-year-old can be because he was interested in what was going on and I was getting a lot of satisfaction having a baby in my arms again, and the mother could relax.

And if that same thing could only apply to the countries of the world. But then, a lot of people aren't fortunate enough to be brought up by parents who were just wonderful, the way my parents were. I was very, very lucky.

TOMAS: Yes. And you do well to acknowledge your good fortune and to appreciate that there are those who have not had such good parenting back-grounds. It makes a difference. The development of character is involved in home life and you have, through your merciful ministry, depicted the parental attitude through your caring for others. The natural tendency to minister to those in need is based on a healthy foundation. However, there are those whose foundation is not so healthy, whose "dysfunctional" circumstances give rise to lesser loves, such as the theory of 'tit for tat,' 'I'll love you if you love me,' 'I'll give you this if you'll do that,' and this kind of conditional love is a potential blessing or evil and one which is at the heart of the problems your world is experiencing today.

Taking care of that which needs to be cared for, that which is in your purview, need not be as difficult as your leaders make it. It is convoluted by extraneous matters and overmuch sentiment as well as aggressive attitudes adopted to overcome a sense of impotence. Impotence is not such a terrible thing if it is construed as meekness.

I do not object to digressing into these fields of interest for they are the arena in which you work. These are the concerns you have in your life. These are the matters that take up residence in your minds and they need to be processed so that you can have peace of mind and can be about the Father's business wisely. They (cosmic problem solving) are our grist. If there were not adverse situations to work with, we would all become complacent and soft. Rigorous exercise is valuable to the evolving soul as well as body, and exercise for the mind is important as well for it keeps you from stagnating in that critical arena wherein your decisions are made which enhance your soul growth or deny its essential sustenance.

I think there is a waning of energy. I understand a human capacity to endure such focus of attention and yet it is such a reward to savor this space wherein we are jointly connected to the energy of the divine. This communion, this worshipful state, is good for your soul. It is food for your inner being and it will confirm your reality so that you will be more readily available to the influence of the divine as you go about your daily duties in the life you live here in this most precious orb.

Matthew: Thank you Tomas. That helps me realize that writing a letter to the president, or whomever else, is at least something I can do and to at least express myself, and there's a lot to be said for that, despite the outcome. I just get the feeling that if God Himself told them not to do it, they are going to do it anyway. So I can at least do whatever I can to take my role and say 'wrong is wrong.' So I appreciate the call to responsibility for that.

TOMAS: You can also reiterate universal family values. The people all over the world with whom you are not acquainted are, even so, a part of you. Those who go hungry are known in your heart. Those who are estranged from their loved ones, you have empathy for. You have the same feelings, the same emotions, as everyone on the planet. The stronger your human bond with others in other countries, other cultures, other languages, other races, the stronger your loyalty to the humanity of man, the more strength you have in numbers.

You will do well to transcend political purpose and go direct to the heart of world peace and remind everyone that all men are your brothers … and mean it! No amount of lip service will make up for the essence of passion, passionately held convictions. Yes, write your letters and speak your speeches. Let your voice be heard. "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord" and let all nations rejoice in His being. God is our Father, our Creator, our Source, even the source of governments and principalities, and on His shoulders rests All-that-is. Align yourself, thus, with that power … and represent that meekness as you pass by.

TOMAS: Greetings friends. I am Tomas, your humble host in joy of being in your company once more. We are plenty, here in the celestial realms, enjoying your affection for one another and your cultural flavor of cooperation, appreciation and affection. You would present a picture of civility such as we might wish to co-create if we were to assume upon our shoulders the concept of creating a new paradigm of reality for Urantia, one which would be more in keeping with the better ways of spirit function … which can be considered even without the flourish of personality.

I'm beginning to perceive that we would do well to branch off into segments of study such as would give you credence as a student of this Melchizedek University. The composition I behold is one of maturity in the sense of your cultural compatibility. Because of that I see a distinct advantage to believing you to be capable of being counselors for your younger set. The values you demonstrate and promote as supreme values are those which will be your living legacy to those who come after.

Now, in the common understanding, this would mean you would pass your legacy on to your children, your own offspring, and yet in this context I mean to say 'your children' in the aesthetic sense, those who follow you. They may not ever meet you; they may not ever know your gift to humanity, but the energy you perpetuate is the energy that will be made available, then, to those who come after you. This is a law of the universe, and it is a reality whether or not you have a conscious connection with God or a theology -- such as that which you, here, enjoy.

Your many discussions having to do with co-creating reality have been what we might call "Headline News". We are observing Urantia in its current state of being, politically and otherwise, and are seeing how very clearly it is being demonstrated how it is that your mind is capable of altering reality and the potential of your world.

I'm going to bring a visitor on board today for a few minutes to discuss the energy circuitry from the seven adjutant mind spirits. Although we won't have time to delve at length, it is an opening to understanding yourselves as living beings. One moment please.

BOB: Yes, good afternoon. I am Bob. I am a friend of Thoroah and Gerdean. I have worked with them for some time. Good afternoon to you two, and to you all! I am a seraphim -- a cherubim, in particular -- and I am, as you might say, up the ladder a rung or two in terms my perspective … beyond midwayer, but not of the order of the Teacher Corps. I am offered a chance to contribute to this correcting time in this way and am most pleased to have such an opportunity.

I have had some lectures, if you will, for Thoroah and Gerdean, having to do with the adjutant minds spirits, in as much as it gave me an opportunity to delve into these human creatures' appreciation of their composition in ways that were more closely related to their human nature than their divine nature. I am accompanied today by my sanobim companion and we are mutually joyed to be a part of this auditorium.

Impulse is the word I'm going to introduce to you this afternoon. Impulse is pre-personal and instinctual. Amoebas respond to impulse as much as do sophisticated Homo sapiens, and so all of created life is, in the beginning, an impulse. In your particular configuration as a human being, you are a sponge, as it were, and absorb all of the assaults of human existence that are a part of your material existence. Impulses may come from climatic factors, physiological composition, social stimuli, genetic predisposition, ad infinitum.

And as you become attuned to being a human being in this existence, you respond to these stimuli in order to survive. Every creature has a will to survive, even those who are so fully without personality as to be near protozoa. Even so, at the basic core of the molecules of life, there is Life that has its Source in Paradise. And this is the physics of spirituality, if you will.

But let's get back to the nature of the human being, the human animal, and how it is that each of you affect a part of your world, pass on what you would leave as your legacy, and co-create evolution with your most prized possession: free will. Bringing the concept forward into your lives today (even as you convene here in sociability and prayer), you are all vulnerable to the effects of your environment and you each have an opportunity to respond to the impulse of life in one way or another. You may instinctively respond as the animal being, or you may respond intuitively, as a conscious creature comprised of the physical, but augmented by the divine. Here you have the question, ‘How shall I respond?’ Shall I respond as an animal or shall I respond as a son of God? Shall I respond in fear or shall I respond in faith? Innately and for generations, the animal has sought protection by instinctively reacting and responding to the impulses of life, be they harmonious or strident. …

Have faith. [During this time the household cat was making the rounds, sitting on laps and getting strokes from everyone] I have a perception that the feline was intuitively responding in faith and not in fear. [Group giggles and acknowledgement]

How you, yourself, are responding to life's circumstances at any given moment, at any given second, at any given instant, is the barometer of what will be tendered to your students, to your audience, and to your youth. What motivates the choice is the measure of your self-mastery. Remember that this occurs in an instant. You talk about a knee-jerk reaction. You talk about reacting as if "from the hip," and you say, "well, I can't help it; that's my nature." As we discussed at another time, it is the nature of the dog to bark at strangers, and yet, with appropriate guidance and training from a wise mentor, a dog is also able to alert the master to possible danger without being a "bloody nuisance" to the neighborhood.

The same is true for you and your animal nature. It is entirely possible, over time, for your consciousness to override the lesser tendency to react to the stimuli of life as if it were your enemy and you were at risk of instant obliteration. You who have known the reality of the divine, whether within your own experience or as a profound observer of the wonders of creation, are able and have the capacity to master the will, such that you can become a part of the reality of the divine will and eschew the nature of the animal and its will.

Well my friends, I have very much enjoyed my contact with you. I am leaving your transmitter/receiver, and Lady joins me in giving you all an embrace of the Mother for you to relish and enjoy while you relish and enjoy the bounty of her supple breast of creation in the fullness of the autumn afternoon.

(After a pause) Tomas has suggested I simply hand the microphone to the other T/R and proceed thus.

ANATOLIA: Good will and greetings to you, as well, my friends, as we have a benign group of best-wishing on-watchers as we can muster at the moment. Outside of the bleachers being filled with celestials of all shapes, size and dimension, with us at the moment, you can otherwise be assured of plenty of varied and alternative ways of viewing life (as you know) because after all, life is the presence of the spirit made manifest in one form or another. Whenever this occurs, life is and it will always be, in one form or another.

You may rest assured, that what you've known as the dinosaurs and those who have entered the world as you know it, of utter and total extinction, live on in other realms, in other dimensions, in other forms, as that life-force exists as it has continued to evolve, as it portends to become one with all that is in unity of mind and spirit. For all is a function of spirit essence and mind presence to make that which is intelligent life expressible and one that has the ultimate capability of accomplishing and adding to the body of knowledge, for the individual body of knowledge acquired in any one life is assimilated into that essence that is known as spirit, and evaluated in terms of the wheat from the chaff; what is salvageable and what is for the recycling bin; where can all of that which has been fruitful and bountiful be made worthy of on-going progression and offering up to the benefit of the collective whole.

This I wish to add to your bounty of acquired knowledge and appreciation for the essence of life, which you are. Many of the lessons in which we've entertained and entreated to your mind's eye and your present states of being, are intended to reinforce and enlighten you in terms of who you are as entities in creation, as you know it right now. I could entertain to give you another dimensional perspective of what and who you are, but I believe I will save that for another presentation because … each and every time I have an opportunity to speak, I view it as an opportunity for you to enliven your lives and your sight, as you know yourself to be in the greater picture.

I always wish for you to know that what you see from your limited perspective, in a physical vision sense, is only a fraction of that which truly is. As has been invited a number times, you are invited and encouraged to view life with the eyes of spirit and not just that of your physical eyes for viewing, but to see and assimilate and to aspire to higher levels of knowledge and accumulated, willful, purposeful desire to experience from its holistic perspective.

So rather than to just lay before you ethereal tripe, perhaps meaning: not to just be words, but for you to experience that which is from an enhanced and eternal perspective. I will continue to enliven your weekly discussions and to invite you to increase your perspectives from a celestial, or eternal point of view.

It is with this in mind that I once again leave you in good and trusted hands with that of your teacher Tomas, and invite each of you to bask in the knowledge that you are, each and all, children in good standing, adults as you are becoming, in the eternal sense, all of the family of Jesus the Christ, the one who was anointed and the one who shall always be the foregoer, the Wayshower, and the presenter of truth and righteousness with you before our heavenly Father. I invite you to rejoice in that knowledge, as I know you do. As I know each of you are more mindfully aware of who you are and where you derive your presence of being. Peace be with you and know that all is well and will ever be, and have a truth-seeking and glorious week ahead.

TOMAS: And now I have another fork in the road: An impulse on one hand to give you 10 minutes of stillness time; and on the other to give you a 10 minute recess, in order for you to allow our words and their impact to settle into the molecules of your mind and allow your souls to stretch forth into the realms of curiosity and perfection hunger that would perhaps strengthen our question-answer period, in hopes of issuing forth group knowledge and acquired wisdom to those you would serve.

Let's opt for the latter. We'll be in a 10 minute recess

TOMAS: Tomas here, hosting your community session. Have you answered all your questions?

TOMAS: If you have all the answers, you have no need for teachers.

Group: [Laughter and confession that we don't have the answers and we need the teachers]

TOMAS: And it would seem that we need you too, in order for Urantia to progress. It's amazing and wonderful to see how well it is progressing in spite of yourselves. It is a testimony to the Spirit that will prevail, even when you think it can't possibly. You must pray for greater faith, when you falter and feel, from the weak angle, that life is overwhelming and you cannot effect any changes in it. This is simply not true. You are not here to experience these afflictions and wisdom-making opportunities, in order for you to file them away somewhere as chalked up and checked off. It, your experience, will leak out into the ethers of your environment, even if you have rendered them without merit, pro or con.

This is the Correcting Time. This is the time for you to reveal to yourself those reactions to life's impulses that put you on the wrong track or placed you in the unfortunate circumstances that were not aligned with what would be regarded as Father's will for you.

You can learn lessons within a standard framework of reality. It is not necessary for you to have such extremes to choose from or to endure. But Urantia has proffered these, even so. And the Correcting Time is this period of time now when those mal-adjustments are being reviewed in order for you to make a new choice and create a new paradigm of your reality.

Have you any idea what I'm saying? Have you a sense of recognition? Or are you so dense or in denial of what you have known in "such a life on such a planet"? It would perhaps be better for me to not choose to act as armchair therapist for your soul's recognition but what is a teacher for if not to probe your minds to seek greater comprehension? And what greater tool is there but to use your own soul's experience? You can look at life as if it were an academic adjunct of reality or you can appreciate it for a reality in itself. It is easier to intellectualize your perceptions than to own them.

How wonderful it is to have you all back from your sundry sojourns and in our safe harbor once more. What adventures you all enjoy and how cleverly you glibly flit over them, as if you were a flat stone skimming along a lake -- although it is apparent that the depths of existence are dark and cold in the bottom of the lake, and the clouds and dragonflies flit merrily in the air overhead. In appreciation of the full experience of your lives, stop to savor the depths as well as the heights, for this will add to your impetus, to your own impulse to grow and expand in consciousness and awareness of all that is and of all that you can be in this life and in the many lives to come.

Are there questions?

Ms. S.: Not a question, but maybe just a statement. Everyone of us eventually have decisions to make, or problems, and so forth, and maybe my faith is childlike but I think of my heavenly Father as I did my own dad. I was very, very fortunate because I had a wonderful father, somebody I could go to with any problem, with any question, and he was fun and he was kind and he was loving. He was my advisor and my confidant -- I could tell him anything and know that it wasn't going to go any further and that he would help me decide what I was going to do. So I guess the faith I have in my heavenly Father is childlike but it's complete and I always know that if I have a problem I can take it to Him and somehow it always works out … and things always come out right.

TOMAS: It is your good fortune, indeed, to have had an earth father who depicted the Universal Father so closely, and this is indeed the ideal. The child learns its first understandings of the Paradise Father from the earth father and its first impressions of life from the care of mother. And thus the role of parenting is such a supreme responsibility.

The ideal and the goal is that in time the fathers and mothers of tomorrow will have the same appreciation of parenting as the Universal Father and Mother and as the Material Sons and Daughters [the planetary Adams and Eves], have historically bestowed upon their children. That is one of the major areas of reconstruction we are undertaking.

And you, as an example of a child who has been well-loved, demonstrate in your priceless approach to trusting the Father in heaven as you trusted your father on earth. This is a wonderful legacy to let loose upon the world. The love that you grew in as a child is a fertile field, offering future growth. That is the legacy we hope to let you leave to those you love, those who come after you, whether they are your offspring or not. It is in the parenting attitude that the generations build, one upon the other, as Jacob's ladder lifts the human animal from the primitive existence of its early development to the high art of communion with your fellow beings in the spirit and in the flesh.

In celebration, then, of the family of God that we enjoy here in this community, let us be about our business of spreading good cheer and revealing the divine love of God in our natures, however that may present itself, as an effort to evolve into the level of light and life that is the ultimate legacy of the worlds of time and space.

Beautiful sons and daughters, brothers and sisters, be of good cheer. Amen and farewell.

Prayer: (Matthew) Let us place ourselves in the presence of Jesus, the Christ.

"Master Teacher, We place ourselves before you with gratitude and appreciation for all that we see and all that we know. Even though we do not see all that we know, we are fully appreciative of each and all opportunities to continue to learn, to grow, and to become the activated love that we are. And therein lies the opportunity for challenge, growth and to become. What a grateful attitude we have toward today, for the perfect day it’s developed into. Even if it had been gray and cold, it would have been perfect for that purpose as well. But for this purpose we are very grateful. We seek and welcome the opportunities for teaching from your teachers and welcome their input for our edification and advancement along the way for all of us. We follow in your wake, that which you have cut through to make it possible for us to follow. We are forever grateful to you and to our heavenly Father for all that is and always will be. Forever. Amen."

TOMAS: This is Tomas, good afternoon. I’m here with my peers -- a lot of them this afternoon! -- As we have found great joy in your open arena and the beauty that prevails in your fellowship and in the environment. This is an occasion for a celebration, simply being surrounded by such beauty.

Look around you. Open your eyes and your souls to the visions that are presented. The plethora of parables/allegories possible are many, but perhaps uppermost is the obvious evidence of the beauty of reflection.

The wonder of this demonstration of reflection is the illusion of the upper life soulfully recreated on the surface of the water, mirroring, in its own fashion, the brilliance of that which is "real." And yet, how would it look if the reflection were not there? A whole dimension of perception would be lost because you would not benefit from the fullness of the picture that the reflection provides. Such is the way of the life you live. This material life in the flesh, is the shadow, the illusion, and the reflection of the greater reality -- each is a realm in and to itself. And yet, look at the bounty of the blend of the two together. Each is enhanced. Each is made more because of how they are interwoven in your sight and in God’s sight. It is a different environment, yes. And one which would seem to be a distraction from your studies, but, in-as-much as our classroom is largely in the mind, these studies can be performed and absorbed anywhere.

We have a new personality presence today, in your midst. I’d like to make my acquaintance with the woman who is called Rita. You are a most welcomed guest and family member. We are glad of your arrival. I spoke last week to my family here about their parenting attitudes and that, with their cultural maturity, they have a range of gifts to bestow upon their children. And you are a child -- a faith child, indeed, to come into this environment and partake of these suppositions and energies, and to make yours what resonates to your soul and to your imagination. And so much of what we convey reflects in the deepness of you, in your deep mind, and not so much on the surface, as you see the reflection of the universe mirrored on the waters. You have greater dimension and you have a lasting value. Your reality will live long beyond these mountains, these lakes. Your faith will prevail long after these lily pads have disintegrated into time. Thus we begin to embrace the greater reality, that which we are a reflection of, and whose beauty we enhance as we reflect the reality that is prevalent above in the color dynamic of the Son.

Let us hear from another. Anatolia.

ANATOLIA: This afternoon, my friends, I, Anatolia, welcome you to a feast of excitement in the atmosphere in which you preside -- a feast of excitement because the day that you behold is filled with anticipation, and yet, all of the fulfillment of past -- with the beauty and the openness and the clear-mindedness and clear-channeled opportunity for appreciating the moment at hand, as well as the opportunity and the expectation that a day such as this will surely prevail into that which you expect in the long term future.

This is something that you can expect and something that you can realize in your current, here-today consciousness, and to adopt the attitude and the frame of mind that, that which you are experiencing, both in terms of inner peace and outer camaraderie and surrounding in total beauty, is what you can expect for your future and on-going presence of mind, body and spirit. I say this with the expectation that anything that you can present before you -- in terms of a challenge, a problem, a disability, a disfigurement -- whatever it may be, is temporary in nature.

Because surely -- as the virtually perfect day that you see before you -- you have all known days that have been dark, dreary, cold, if not miserable, both in terms of the weather and also the conditions in your lives at those particular moments of time. You know as well that those cold, miserable days did eventually pass, that interwoven with days such as this, which brings you to a day such as this, which will bring you to a new day of opportunity, for when you more fully realize the depth, the height, the width, and full dimensions of your character, personality and divine nature, you are extolled to bring yourself to the awareness of who you are as a created entity of our ever-living, ever-trusting and always praiseworthy heavenly Father.

It is through this dimension of your becoming aware of who you are that you will become more fully aware of the Christedness of your being. In your full awareness of who you are, you will be Christed at that point. You stand with all of the saints, for all time, in that body of Christ. I welcome you as brothers and sisters along the way, to that vast, glorious and wonderful day when you, too, will be among the Christed ones.

It is my pleasure to welcome you as a sister and brother in Christ. And this is what is truly meant by saying you are a brother or sister in Christ. I wish you the peace of all everlastingness, the gratitude of all graciousness, and the glory that is yours and mine because we are aware and loving beings in the body of Christ. Rejoice and be glad, for today you are among the consciously aware body of Christ. Peace be with you.

TOMAS: Tomas, again. I will not take all day. I will let you run and play. But I cannot forgo an opportunity to take questions as they arise, bubbling up from your soul to reveal itself as a hunger for knowing.

Matthew: I have one that pertains to world politics, etc., that Tomas has spoken about in the past several weeks. I’m not looking for a crystal ball gazing, but can you give us any assurance that current events aren’t going to turn into World War Three?

TOMAS: No. I cannot. I cannot interfere with free will. Nor can Christ Michael, himself. The future of your world is in your hands. Indeed, the Most Highs rule in the kingdoms of men. And so, even while the potential for war exists, it need not be an overwhelming horror to your consciousness, as it need not be a fatal set-back to your planetary growth. Remember the adage that peace will not come until such time as humanity has attained a point where it no longer needs, or wants, war to be the method by which conflicts are resolved because the reality of war has penetrated the collective consciousness such that you choose peace, you all choose peace.

Even advanced civilizations are often troubled by petty problems that tend to flair up in certain pockets, just as in your very gracious natures, you have areas of conflict which arise and trouble your mind until such time as it is resolved. If this is a part of what Urantia must endure in order to learn these lessons, then that is how these lessons will be learned.

Those of you who have recognized the peace which passes all understanding, weep when you see such distraction from the divine way, but look now at the life you live, the world you live in. Look again at the view, and behold the passing of old trees, the stagnant corners. Death and life are part of the process of creation. Resurrection is close on the heels of death. You who have been reborn have no need to fear the turmoil of the uncivilized or the trouble-makers. Indeed, your responsibility is to uphold the value which you have found, which transcends the conflicts of the material life and renders them trivial and temporary episodes in the evolutionary growth of perfection.

The beauty of the panorama of the reflection of perfection is more than enough to compensate for the fact of natural destruction. Pull yourselves together and remember the flawless kingdom of which you are a vital part. Reflect the divine in your waters, on your surface, and give off a mirror image of the divine, while in the remote backwaters of stagnant pools, decay and death evolve the mulch and bacteria that will give life to greater growth and newer beauty in the course of time.

How is it that the text describes what I am attempting to say? To those who are sure of the reality of God, it matters not whether these material kingdoms fall. It is all a part of the template of perfection attainment. As long as you are in league with the Light of Truth, you will serve and uphold that which you have so arduously won through centuries of advancing. You will not be abandoned by our Lord. Nor will you be forgotten. And so, fear not.

As I indicated before, as you can let your beliefs, opinions, your stance, be known. If you are steadfast in your faith, a bulwark of sanity, you will help balance the cycle of nature and the on-going episodes of truth, beauty and goodness which lead you to days such as today, wherein you may rejoice in the knowing of our destiny -- not just in Havona and in light and life, but in your immediate arena which is your contribution to the Supreme.

That great reality is non-erasable, and as you are a part of that reality, which is even a part of this material world, you are safe, you are whole and you are eternal. There is no need for me to tell you to not be mindful of what your global circumstances are. You need to be aware, as human beings. It behooves you to be up to date on all these matters that effect your human existence -- the economy, quality of life, future, sovereignty, and so forth. But as you know, I will always bring you around to that greater reality which will hold you up and give you greater strength, more far-reaching vision and more far-seeing compassion than you can have by what you have inherited from your mortal predecessors.

This is the value of revelation. This is the necessity for revelation, that it can help you rise above the evolutionary process, even while evolution must always stand side by side with revelation. Hold out your hand, you who are a living revelation. Hold out your hand to evolving life and help it up when it asks for help. And if it chooses to remain in chaos, let it be. Only you can decide how to serve, in your way, in your time, in your milieu, your arena. No one can counsel you as to how to deal with these affairs.

Matthew: That helps tremendously. Thank you. That was a full-bodied answer. I’m appreciative.

Ms. S. I’m just hoping that they can figure out a way to avoid war and come to some kind of meeting of the mind. I’m particularly, and personally, concerned about it because I have four grandsons, all in the age bracket that they could be taken -- or they could volunteer -- and they are all just starting on their careers in their particular fields and doing well and all of a sudden they could be called and next thing they’d never come back. And that worries me.

TOMAS: The barbarism of war is a gross inconvenience, indeed. It is, of course, more than inconvenient, but it is inconvenient, at least. Especially to those of you who realize that peace can be had and compromises can be made toward group betterment. But again, as the adage says, ‘you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink.’ If one does not thirst for the living water but thirsts for blood, then turn your back, and say "I know you not," and get on with the business of loving that which you can, and as you can. It is difficult because this planet is at a stage of unfinished growth and you, therefore, are very vulnerable. I can only reiterate how important it is that you stand firm in your faith and confidence of the eventual, and appropriate, reign of truth, beauty and goodness in the hearts of all. But that cannot be forced, it cannot be pushed, it cannot be ready before its time.

Ms. S.: Too bad there are so many stubborn heads.

TOMAS: Indeed. Prayer is helpful.

Ms. S.: I don’t think they pray. Or if they do it’s to some crazy demon instead of God.

TOMAS: It is helpful for you to pray, for it gives you a sense of doing something. If they are not praying, at least you can pray on behalf of that which you find noble, true and good. You can pray for their enlightenment. You can pray for their peace of mind. You can pray for their psychic choice that is more sublime than the choice to be one with darkness. You can contribute to that which you know to be truthful, beautiful and great.

Let us be about the Father’s business and let the dead bury the dead knowing that, like the phoenix, life will resurrect from that which has ended. Lift up your countenance, raise your voice in praise of the loving Creator who has no respect for persons, in that, he is eager to know and love all his children, seeks association with his creations. Give your burdens to the Master. Let the Most Highs rule and give your support to those who can see with the greater perspective. To the extent you feel you must have something to do, pray -- or get politically involved. But my message to you will always be the same: follow the way of the Wayshower and let him show you how to reveal the Father in your life as he revealed the Father in his. That is all.

Look once more at the beauty that lies before you. Remember the composition of the pattern of paradise perfection and return to this pattern of perfection again and again, in its myriad ways, its many designs, assured of its all beingness, all knowingness, all encompassing love, that which is. Well, let’s not worry about war this afternoon. Let’s rejoice in the fact of our association. Let’s rejoice in the presence of Michael, Jesus, the Christ, who companions us and each of us in our daily walk, who embraces us with his living love, as you allow his arms to enfold you and reflect through you, his glorious colors, in the divine. "Master Teacher. We come to you with whole and happy hearts, that are presented to you as doers, workers in the field and happy harvesters of that which you present us with. We realize that you are the vine and that we are the branches and that grapes are produced as a result of your work. Remind us to be mindful of that which we have to do and that the juice of the product is the wine that we savor, that our lives are to be savored as that which you presented as the greatest illustration, in this case. We ask for the teachings that you deem helpful and necessary and productive to our onward and upward growth and for each of those concerns within our hearts and our minds and for those who are traveling that they be returned to us gratefully, because we are grateful for their return. For all that is one in you and our heavenly Father, we are forever grateful. Amen.

TOMAS: Good afternoon, family and friends. This is Tomas, your teacher, glad to be again in your midst and in our customary environment. What a wonderful time it was when we enjoyed the lake. How reminiscent of when the Master was with the mortals of your world and walked along the rivers and lakes of his native lands, enjoying the terrain and temperatures of the material environment. Now recall a group together in the shelter of a home, that which is the foundation of civilization.

How is it that you become civilized and socialized and spiritized? Through trial and error, for the most part. By experientially traversing the range of possibilities, discarding that which is inferior and embracing that which is superior until, at length, we embark upon a new avenue, that of revealing the divine pattern of perfection, even in the humble human home.

There are lessons galore that speak to the topic of the home and the importance of the relationship between husband and wife, who create the environment and produce the offspring which sanctifies the home environment as the pinnacle of civilized existence, even incorporating the lessons involving the spirit reality which is set forth in the ideal example of the parent and child that Jesus taught when he taught the apostles to pray, ‘Our Father who art in heaven.’

The success of this family configuration is because you all acknowledge the Fatherhood of God as authority over you all and in-as-much there is graciousness and cooperation among you, there is no real sibling rivalry, no competition to attain God’s attention, or affections, in-as-much as all of you are blessed in your personal understanding of your own relationship to divinity. This simplicity, that we know in this moment, is living the gospel, living the Fatherhood of God and the Brotherhood of Man.

This is the simple essence of your work, to realize this atmosphere in the hearts and minds of all those you encounter. And most of those you encounter are yet unaware of the personal relationship that can be had between the Universal Father and each of his sons and daughters, even those of you who are flesh and blood.

I’m going to invite Bob in again for another session, albeit brief. I’ll be back. One moment please.

BOB: Greetings, peoples and associates. I’m glad to be, again, with you and appreciative of the opportunity to instill in you an awareness of your human nature, for in understanding yourself, you are in a better position to understand the motives and devices of your fellows. It is said that if you can understand your neighbor, you can learn to love him. It would seem that there are many who have no hope of learning how to love their neighbor, for their understanding is curtailed by their own ignorance and prejudice, as they cannot see the full scope of their neighbor. For as many will do, they choose to retain the sense of separation. And with that sense of separation the understanding is only partial. It is based not on spirit, but on the limitations of the human existence. And when it is suggested that you understand your neighbor, it is recommended that you understand him in the full sense of the word.

Jesus taught with the eye of perception that included an appreciation for the highest, as well as the lowest, common denominators of humanity. For whereas a human may be base and selfish, it is true that he may also be noble, good and altruistic. And thus to limit your view of your neighbor to any degree, is to limit your understanding, and therefore to limit your love potential. But to look with understanding upon your fellows with this full-range vision, it must be possible for you to look first at yourself and recognize your own dimensions. In this way it is possible, then, for you to understand your neighbor fully, from the high road and the low road view.

There are many among you who cannot even acquiesce to the fact that human beings are animals. That is truly laughable. In fact, much of humor is derived from a sense of the ludicrousness of the human animal and his antics. Have you not all watched toddlers and young people before they’ve become involved in the prevailing cultural mores, being themselves and speaking from their perspectives/perceptions all manner things that can only be regarded as funny, if not culturally correct? How many times have you observed monkeys at the zoo and laughed at their antics and twittered at how closely they resembled friends of yours? And how often have you admired your dog for his loyalty and appreciated the same loyalties in yourself?

There are great qualities about the human animal. It is no shame to be born an animal-origin creature. It is a rare opportunity you have to relish the form and fashion you are. You will perforce leave much of it behind when you translate to the mansion worlds, but there is still much of the animal legacy which will follow you into the future. And, again, these qualities of your animal nature are indicators that you share with others. And when you are honest with yourself about how you behave as an animal, you can better apply yourself to the business of understanding that animal, so as to appreciate its values. In seeing your neighbors values, then, you are able to see how you are alike. And though they may have certain cultural differences, invariably they will essentially represent those higher levels which are also of a common denominator through that in you which is born of the spirit. Thus, pathos and empathy, sympathy, compassion, patience and perseverance are born and become a part of your character.

We talked about impulse, the impulse of life. The impulse to live, to survive and the response to that impulse. When you consider the animal aspect of instinctually responding, you can consider its reactions are going to be fear-based, for they have no faith-capacity. Fright evinces flight or freeze modalities. You’ve seen the deer on the highway freeze when it’s caught in your headlights. You’ve seen the birds flee when they see your shadow. This is the self-preservation instinct. Add now a taste of the adjutant mind spirit, the gift of the Mother that provides you with a sense of intuition. That intuitive sense that allows you to ponder, in advance, how you will react.

When danger is near, you can smell it. Sometimes literally, more often figuratively. You are being cautioned, admonished to be alert, to be aware, and to be mindful of something that might be a threat to your survival. This is the gift of intuition, the intuitive sense that can direct you into safety and away from danger. This elemental understanding of the most elementary aspects of existence is universal. It occurs in your friends and it occurs in your enemies. The adjutant mind spirit of intuition is a gift to all of the animal world, including the human animal.

Observe, this week, as you go about your affairs, observe impulse and observe reactions and responses to impulse that will manifest through instinct and/or intuition. Understand intuition and instinct in yourself. Enjoy learning about your own composition. Recognize your built-in capacities to survive. And later we will further examine these profound gifts of nature, in order to help you appreciate how you have developed, not only as an individual, but as a race, into a semi-civilized culture and how it is when you look upon your fellows, your neighbors, you can truly learn to understand them. And eventually learn to love them.

This is fostering spirit reality. This is kingdom building. It is not born of high philosophy nor is it the fruit of a great theology. It is essential reality which none of you escape. All of you have the tools to understand who you are and how you relate to your world and its citizenry. This is an effort toward developing a bigger appreciation for the dimension of divinity that controls you and the growth of universes. I return you to your teachers.

TOMAS: This is Tomas. I am back on the dais with the microphone, as it were, and as we stretch and reflect on the atmosphere our Cherubim left with us, I invite Anatolia to join us here and enjoy her moment with you, as we all do.

ANATOLIA: I am here with you, this afternoon, as Anatolia and am appreciative of the opportunity to meet with you once again. I commend you for your devotion and your dedication, two words being similar, yet distinctly different, and your commitment, another similar but yet different word, to the varied teachings that are brought to you each week. I know each of you have a similar reason for attending, yet each of you has a particular reason for attending. Regardless of the reasons, as noteworthy as they are, in your own personal sense, you are to be commended for the commitment and dedication that you demonstrate each and every week.

You have also entertained and fulfilled bringing new personalities to the group, which is to be encouraged and to be found beneficial. There is, nevertheless, not a great need to proselytize, or to extend the news of these meetings far and wide, for while it is absolutely beneficial that each and every soul who has eyes to see or ears to hear, would, and will, benefit from such messages, it is more relevant that each of you, given your simplicity of purpose and clarity of mind, will benefit most by being true to these teachings and accordingly being greater witnesses than you would be if you were simply committed to having other personalities experience the phenomenon, if you will.

You are to be commended for not encouraging or expanding the group based upon phenomenon alone. For as this is not a phenomenal exercise, per se, in spirit-faith dimensions, it does take a certain amount of open-mindedness and expansiveness in your spiritual growth, to accept this method as common place. This is, again, to be commended for your great, stalwart, faith production. If only there were the faith that permitted others to experience this, or yet even more, the world would not be the trouble spot that it is. Nevertheless this is not simply a commendation of your faithfulness and steadfast loyalty to our purposes.

I realize that my participation in your weekly meetings, is to receive further food for thought and re-enrichment of the roots that are deep and grown truly through the lifeblood of your being. It would be of no benefit for anyone of this teaching mission to be reinforced or puffed up, if you will, with gratitude for your devotion to each or any of us as personality. Our purpose mirrors your own in terms of being true to that which you know to be of deity origin. We know, as you know, that this is our purpose. We share the light with you and in your presence. And likewise, your light is shared and bestowed upon us.

For who has not had the fondest desire to bring their younger brother or sister into the fold? Who has not, as an older member of the clan, so to speak, taken sheer pleasure and protective custody of the youngest of the group? This is my care and concern that I share with you, that as an older sibling I share your care and concern with that of others who are entrusted with your protective custody. I have said it before, but will say it again, it is with the greatest care, concern and endearing love, that I, as an older participant in your life story be allowed to share these times with you as an onlooker of the growth and potential that each and all of you have in this life and beyond.

So to summarize, and to bring you to the point at hand, I encourage each of you to look in the mirror this week, each and everyday as you prepare in the morning, to recognize that the cute little bunny, or whatever animal origin you may find yourself to be, you are truly a spirit being of divine origin.

Rejoice and be glad, for this is the day that the Lord has made and you are fully aware and part of every ray of divine presence with us. So be glad and rejoice and know that you are one with us as we progress in this onward spiral in the outer reaches of consciousness awareness.

TOMAS: I take up the microphone again and hand it to you. Shall we engage in discourse or questions?

Elena: I found the discussion about looking at your neighbor and understanding where they are coming from especially pertinent because I’m going to this conference in Austin and there is a person going there that I just abhor. And I find that this will be a re-direction for me in my preparation to go and helps me to better try to aim at understanding this person. I doubt very seriously that I will get to love but I will focus on understanding. So I am very grateful for the advice from Tomas.

TOMAS: There was talk earlier about wanting to incorporate a paragraph, or a point, from your Urantia text into your discourses on your Sunday afternoon get-togethers. This might be an ideal chance for me to recommend that you find the example of the savage with the upraised club. Do any of you recall that depiction?

Esmeralda: Was that from the earlier stages -- before Jesus -- a long time before that?

TOMAS: This is not so much a period in history, as it is a point of indication, indicating how you can have short-sighted view of your fellows and by expanding your perspective you get a bigger picture and that will enable you to have a greater perception. It’s not in my software to point you to the page, but there are software programs available that will find it quickly, no doubt. Have any of you got that software that would readily identify the three or four paragraphs I’ve referred to?

Elena: It’s on the internet if you just enter for ‘savage’ and ‘club’….

TOMAS: "…upraised club."

Matthew: I remember the illustration being used that if you observed prehistoric man in a cave with an upraised club, your impression might be ‘what an animal’ or ‘what a primate’ ‘how beastly or ghastly’ but if you look closer you could see that he had his club upraised because he had his wife and family behind him and he was protecting them. Then you would be better able to understand what one’s behavior is not always what it appears to be; there might be a good reason for it. So I remember the illustration but where it is in the book, I don’t know. [Ed.: Page 1098]

TOMAS: If you can ascertain, for yourself, what he is perceiving as the saber- toothed tiger that is threatening his home and hearth, you have a much better appreciation for how he has reacted to the stimuli of the instinct to survive that Bob discussed.

Elena: Well, I’ll just give it a try.

TOMAS: Don’t curtail your capacities by short-circuiting the potential for success, in this case. You do as many do, you say ‘I’ll try but I don’t think I’ll succeed.’ That is establishing for yourself in advance a reason to not follow through with the assignment. The end result is simply an ability to love another individual and this is socializing the brotherhood of man. It is not required that you invite him over for dinner.

What has been going on in your lives that may have prompted you to soul-search, that you find valuable and would share with your peers, now that we have a chance to spend some time on these matters which matter to your soul? (Silence)

When, you think about your spirit life during the week, when you think as a son of God, when these matters arise that could be considered "cosmic problem-solving issues," make a note. Share your findings with your fellows and thus stimulate their willingness to express their spirit-born life as well. In this way, gradually, over time, we will learn to socialize more fully that which we are becoming, that which is at our Source, that which is our origin and our destiny, that which is, and will be, even after this temporal life is ended.

And yet your socialization of those matters which are meaningful to your soul development are also the morsels of mota which will feed those younger brothers and sisters who are, even now, beginning to taste the perfection hunger that has activated you and stimulated you for these many moons.

Remember to pass on that which you have learned. In this way you keep the doors open for new growth. You keep your lives stimulated and activated. It is by becoming spiritually complacent that you grow fat and ineffective. While it may do well for pussycats, it is not conducive to a wide-spread recognition of the vitality of your place in the universe.

Life is an impulse and you are urged to keep in touch with that impulse, that which keeps you alert and acutely aware of the world around you, both for its beauty and for its ministry opportunities.

We wish you a vital week, thrilling in its simplicity, profound in its depth, and brilliant in its presentation, as vital and dynamic as the autumn leaves and as enduring as the sands of time. Peace be upon you. Farewell.

We are grateful for each and every opportunity that you present for us to become more learned and more astute in our spiritual origins and to be able to share that with all that we meet. You know the needs of our hearts and our minds and those you’ve entrusted to us to be cared for along life’s path and that we continue to be true to that. We ask for the teachings that you will make know to us and that we are alert and positive in our outlook and intent on fulfilling the will that the Father has for each and all of us. And for all that is yet unspoken we place before you as a need to be addressed. In appreciation for all, we remain faithful."

TOMAS: Amen, and glory be. I am Tomas. How marvelous to once again comport myself in your arena. Your graciousness extends itself into the cosmic neighborhood and it invites the celestials to join you in your home, your sacred sphere of filial association in recognition of the Universal Father and his infinite creation.

Welcome, one and all -- specifically those of you (who are) material beings, including the dogs that have graced our room today. Tectra, your travels through Albuquerque and environs are a welcome addition to our base of operations here. And daughter Ms. M., how wonderful (that) we get to see you again and embrace your vibrant presence. Precious travelers, sojourners, one and all, we gather together again in a search for quality of life that embraces the realms of reality which you are discovering as you continue to assert your souls into consciousness of Divinity.

Let me speak to those of you who have been disheartened, who have known discouragement, who feel we have not come along as far and as fast as hoped from that individual point of view that reflects itself on the whole -- the civilized whole -- and the quantity of humanity at large. You are judging over which you have not adequate understanding and you are a victim to your own sentence. Be done with that approach, and give credence to the reality that has come about and in which you have played a vital part. Just because you are not aware of how you contribute to the unfolding of the greater reality, in no way lessens the fact of your contribution.

You who deem it desirable to do the will of God in your life, do contribute to the greater reality, simply by your striving. That element of your essence that continues to seek, that reaches, that desires, that yearns, that prays, that continues to seek and find, is a part of the onward movement of spiritual evolution on and for your world and for the greater Universe. Rest in the knowledge that His will is being done, in and around you, sometimes through you, but it is advancing.

And those of you who are not weary, who are invigorated by the opportunities and challenges presented, those of you who feel the urgency and the cry of the lost, those of you who run out in front in order to help the Spirit of Truth pave the way for the greater reality, those of you who have access to such a fountain of living water and divine energy, be kind to those who follow, who cannot keep up with your stride but who find their niche in the evolving ways of goodness, truth and beauty, and walk therein.

What a beautiful time of year! What a marvelous opportunity to see how evolution unfolds, as you behold the seasons come with such vivid demonstrations of change. Now the leaves turn, and in their turning, compliment and contrast each other, just as you individuals, who are of like mind, contrast and compliment one another in changing from that which was to that which will be. Be at ease in that which you are, and rejoice in the associations you have, that give greater dynamic to that color which is representative of you as a whole.

Overall the season is changing and all of you are changing with it. None can be left behind. None go unaffected. But how much more beauty is delivered when you realize who you are and how you are true to yourself in the context of a human being, a man among men, as well as an agondonter on a mission -- and in some cases, fortunate to enjoy associations of others of like mind who can augment your strength and energy as you set out to do that which is before you.

Let me pass this over to Bob, who would like to send his regards to this group and those are curious about the celestial appreciation for the effects of, which are such a part of the Divine Minister’s adjutant mind spirits growth of life such a foundation for your world. I will return with Anatolia in a moment.

WHAT ABOUT BOB: What About Bob?

Ms. S.: Who is Bob?

BOB: I am Bob. I am a cherubim. I am a student teacher. I am on an assignment here and I have found worthy of my attention to your growth to help you understand the Adjutant Minds Spirits, which are a part of the creature life of all animal existence. You will appreciate, I’m sure, when I tell you that you share many of the mind spirits with the animals of the realm. These two beautiful canines here with you today are recipients of the Mother’s gifts of these circuits of value such as those we’ve discussed already, having to do with Instinct and Intuition. They, too, have instinct and intuition and they, too, can respond viciously or kindly, depending upon their conditioning and the stimuli presented. The discussion of the seven adjutant mind spirits is a way of you understanding your nature as a material entity -- a noble beast, indeed, and capable of great things.

I am of the seraphic realms, angelic orders (although I am on a low rung of the ladder), the point being that I have never been a human being. I have never been mortal, nor will I ever be mortal. But I have observed mortality and humanity for millennia, and I have observed how you interact, and where you fail, and where you succeed -- as animals, as social creatures, and as evolving civilizations -- and thus I have some observations that are pragmatic, perhaps, but providing merit to those of you who choose to know about the Mother and her gifts to the worlds of time and space.

The overview of this course, which I will give over a period of time as a parenthetic to your other teachings and teachers, has a goal as a course of study. You will bear in mind that as you continue to use the adjutant mind spirits in your life, in your associations, and in your personality expression, your ultimate goal in knowing yourself will be to discover a certain self-mastery. And with the accomplishment of mastery of your animal nature, the Spirit of Truth is able to operate fully and without constraints built into the human animal, conditioned by circumstances of your existence.

So there is merit to understanding the mind circuits of the animal and understanding how you are like other animals. If we are to have peace on earth, it will be necessary for these understandings to become common knowledge. The colorful causal connection I have used before in enlarging your understanding of the seven adjutant mind spirits has been to introduce the ancient (for your world) chakra system. There many who are familiar with this ancient method of discerning cosmic reality in the mortal being and there are equivalents and parallels that can be drawn to help you understand the impetus of life and human responses to (as we said last week) better understand your neighbor and when you can better understand your neighbor you can better love them, and so this is a part of the evolution of Light and Life on your physical planet.

I am happy to see a great deal of current interest in the theory of intuition. The circuits re-opening and bringing about a new degree of cosmic consciousness and the inter-galactic communications that are taking place … (galactic may be the wrong word – I don’t mean to imply "Star Wars." I mean like "my galaxy" as compared to "your galaxy" for I certainly do have my own realm in which I live, as do you, and yet I’m not part of a solar system, as it were) -- the circuits opening and new impetus being flooded upon you who are open to growth, your vortexes are stimulated. The awakening commences not just from the spirit down into the material, but also from the bottom up, from the life force that is planted in you up through your being into and through the Evolving Supreme into the eventual Absolute.

Intuition is now a topic of interest because it is said that those who engage in these kinds of communications with celestials are tapping into an area of intuition which is a new definition of intuition as it has been understood. And additionally, you who are aware, are also aware of the level of comprehension that involves the Superconscious Mind, not only the subconscious or conscious mind.

And so there is much to be gained from an understanding of these words, which are a part of your cultural advancement. You will become well versed in that which interests humanity. And while humanity may not have all the answers to the spheres, in terms of cosmology or geology such as you have come to know through your studies (primarily through the Urantia Book, the Urantia Revelation), are even so awakening to the super-conscious mind and its potential.

Therefore, you who are the avant garde of spirit reality are once again in a position to help augment and guide the growth of your planet’s development as a world whose potential is Light and Life. You will benefit from these studies, not only in such a vast social context, but in the most intimate of your associations: How to get along better with your spouse or your partner or your best friend. You will learn, then, from a new vantage point as we persist. Next week, if the occasion is propitious, I will go on from the first, the Spirit of Intuition, to the second adjutant mind spirit and compare it to how it seems, to me, to be the state of evolution on your world to date. I return you now to your teachers.

Ms. S.: Tomas, you have me thoroughly confused. If you were never mortal, what were you?

TOMAS: You mistake, my child. That was Bob. I am Tomas. Unfortunately, both voices emit from the same piece of equipment. But right now, I am Tomas and it was Bob who was speaking about the Adjutant Mind Spirits and who indicates he has never been mortal. He is what you would call an "angel." I am certainly not an "angel." [laughter

Ms. S.: And who is Bob?

TOMAS: He is a cherubim who is a visiting teacher.

Ms. M.: Bob said that he was not from this galaxy. Where does he dwell?

Thoroah: He used that as an example … that he’s from a different "realm" -- an angelic realm.

Ms. S.: So there are angels, then?

TOMAS: Heavenly hosts abound! Yes, angels are very real, and perhaps soon we’ll have more information to augment your understanding of the Orders of Angels, which also organize to serve the needs of the Universe, including you mortals. But for now I will relinquish the podium and remove myself that Anatolia may hold forth.

ANATOLIA: This is a fine state of affairs that we find ourselves in today. And I welcome each and every one of you to this auspicious occasion, given that the turnout for these Sunday afternoon meetings is supplied with those who are most steadfast, as well as enhanced by those who are attending as frequently as they can, as well as welcomed guests. Each and all are guests in the Father’s house as well as children in the Father’s house. This can be perceived as a mystery, but it is part of the aspiring ascendancy that we both inherit, as well as admit, that we are on the aspirant path.

It is with great pleasure that I add to your understanding of who you are as aspiring mortals of the realm. You choose a life of your making, if you will, by electing to involve yourselves in this form of a life that you currently inhabit. It is a life that has been described by the other teachers as "a process of enrichment and a process of continued growth along the paths of spiritual enlightenment".

This can be described in the very textual nature of understanding as is presented to you, and for those who are not feeling comfortable with the teachings that you are receiving because of their elevated nature, I wish for you to know that even though your conscious mind may not perceive that which is presented, you, nevertheless, are able to understand at the more subconscious levels. So this need not be an exercise in frustration by any means, that you are not perceiving that which is being presented, for all understand at their own level, in their own time, and nothing is wasted.

Be reassured, as well, that as you continue on your path of understanding and being who and what you are, you are as natural and as spiritual as any of God’s creations. Take any incident or example that you will choose to determine your presence and your rightful place with your realm, and I’ll show you a counter-part that is natural and spiritual in its own realm that will be its counterpart.

In other words, what I’m saying is … Imagine, if you will, something that is of the environment, that is a pristine example of that which is natural, true and a part of its surroundings. Perhaps it would be a lily that bloomed on that Easter morning, that was part of the surroundings of what you would imagine the entombed body of your Master had overcome with the springing-forth of the Risen Christ. Notice those lilies that surrounded the tomb, those which were natural to that habitat, that perhaps arose that morning with the event, fit in the natural landscape, were part of that surrounding, were just standing brilliantly, majestically, with and honoring that landscape at that moment in time.

Your place, where you are, is as honored and is as natural to your being as was that mountainside with the lilies that bloomed on that morning. You belong where you are and when you are, right here and right now.

This is not your final resting place, however. Your true self, your real self, is alive and well in spirit, as you are a manifestation of that reality here and now. So know that as you live and move and have your being, so has your higher-self, your God-self, your spirit-self, made it possible for you to encounter and to experience what you are experiencing. Your place here is as natural as was that lily on the Easter morning. But never forsake, or fail to remind yourselves, that that which you experience is that which your Creator-Father has enabled you to experience, at all levels of experience.

So your experience, here and now, is being experienced in your spiritual mind, in your heart mind, and in the mind and heart of your Creative-Father, simultaneously. There is more than one way to experience reality!

This is one opportunity for your continued growth and ascendancy to Divine Nature. Be informed that each opportunity that you have for experiencing life and its myriad experiences are as colorful and festive as any fiesta you will ever attend. They are true and colorful and spicy and truly the experiences that will survive even your conscious mind.

There is much more to be experienced, but let me not preface your experience with undo introduction, but rather I simply encourage you to look at life, perhaps, differently, as an adventure and nothing at all to dread, to be downplayed or discouraged, but rather each phase and each element is as if you were Peter Pan and your accompanying Fairy, or Tinkerbell. All of these realities are interspersed and co-exist. You are part of a marvelous and multitudinous plan of being. Rejoice and be glad for you are aware of this level, but be mindful of the other levels for which you will become mindful.

Be at peace with yourselves and know that, that which you consider to be good, true and lovely, are part of the artifacts, the current opportunity for experiencing part of the reality of your Heavenly Father’s nature and that which goes beyond your mortal existence. Be true and faithful to your inner urges for truth, beauty and goodness and all else will unfold in due time.

Peace be with and forever be happy in your hearts and your minds. Amen.

TOMAS: Anatolia and I thank you for your focused attention on our discourses this afternoon and we invite you now to extend yourself into the arena and indulge in the quest for truth through questions or commentary on what meets your mind’s eye. The floor is open to you. Proceed.

Ms. S.: I have a question for Tomas. If you were never mortal, what were you?

TOMAS: You misunderstand. I, Tomas, am an ascended son, a former mortal of the realm. I am like you, only somewhat older, more advanced.

Ms. S.: Well, what are you now, an angel?

TOMAS: No, I am an ascending son. I am a potential finaliter. I am a pilgrim. You will be like me when you’ve reached my age. I’m very much like an uncle to you, or an elder brother. We share most experiences. I was born of woman. I was indwelt by God. I made my decisions. I died a mortal death. I resurrected in Mansonia, as I have discussed. I have been through several, but not all, of the mansion world experiences. I am thus, advanced. And yet I am not fully fused. I am thus a morontia being but not full-fledged spirit.

As an entity who has had experience, such as I have had, I am granted this opportunity to become a part of the reclamation of your world, which has suffered setbacks, and, as such, I am given the privilege of becoming your associate. I am assigned to teach those who will hear me, and thus you have become my intimate companion, since we have sojourned thus far together in our friendship.

Ms. S.: Well, what’s going to happen to the rest of us who are not as intelligent and so forth as you when we die? What happens to us?

TOMAS: You will resurrect in Mansonia in the resurrection halls, as we have discussed. You will begin the study of reality on various planes of existence, similar to what Anatolia discussed today. There are many lessons that must be learned en route to Paradise. As you know, this is a classroom in the Melchizedek University and you are learning the initial steps toward understanding who you are as a child of God.

Even while you have feet of clay, you have spirit, indwelling and luring you forward. All of you are thus indwelt and all of you will be brought forward as you allow your own growth. Thus I will assume that everyone has what it takes to come along and ascend as I have done so far. I have not finished yet. But I have, and you will, spend time on the mansion worlds that each have their own sphere of learning.

Those who have not experienced parenting, for example, will spend time in the Adam and Eve schools, on the first mansion world, appreciating the values of home life, the principle of parenting, the importance of the parental relationship, the values of cooperation that create the home environment that provides the nurturing atmosphere for raising children in a home that is over-seen by the desire to know God and to become more like Him.

You will become better individuals as you visit this sphere of learning and there will be no one here that bypasses that sphere entirely, since it is a part of your experience to know the Ideal. You will understand more about the refinements of the sexual nature, gender identity, and cooperation between them. You will learn the language of the Universe. You will learn teamwork and various other, very important qualities that are necessary in your growth.

Fear not the future. There is a path outlined for you. And it will be the same path that I have followed, for the most part, even though there does reach a point where you have the opportunity to, shall we say, sign up for some elective courses instead of having to take all these required classes. You will be able to, for example, sign up to spend a period of time with the celestial artisans. Those of you who choose to be creative and develop your creativity will have a thousand years to spend making music or creating art or developing creative methods of thought that contribute to the truth, beauty and goodness of Universes upon universes.

One massive eternal career extends in front of you, precious child, all prepared with loving instructors and associate teachers as well as the priceless opportunity for literal laboratory experience, that wherein you viably realize that which you have learned. That is to say – having it in your head accounts for nothing except that it accompanies you in your experience of living. Thus, like Helen Keller, you can put the concepts together with that which you can appreciate as a sentient being, and suddenly your world is enlarged and cosmology begins to make sense and you find you are a child of the Universe and you are well loved and enjoyed by all your elders, and all of us have your interest at heart and we will continue to teach you and guide you in and through your eternal career, as the Father sees fit to give us these assignments that continue to allow us to develop and grow in our capacity to teach and preach as you are learning to teach and preach as you pass by.

Is this helpful?

Ms. S.: It certainly is! It makes me feel a heck of a lot better! I never was afraid to die but now I know there’s something more there … to keep going and growing.

TOMAS: You are just at the beginning. You are very much like the -- how does it work here? The moth that will one day enclose itself in a cocoon only to awaken on the other side as a butterfly.

Thoroah: I think that’s the caterpillar that does that.

TOMAS: Fine. [Group laughter] I have not studied science in a long time. [More laughter] I appreciate your help. Indeed, I appreciate all of you when you become a Teacher’s Assistant, for as you begin to partake of this process of learning and teaching you enhance and augment our ‘lecture series’ and elevate them into sessions that become actualized, that can be extended into your own arena, then become a part of who you are and how you comport yourself.

You can begin to work with the morontia companions to develop the art of living and communicating in such ways that create the atmosphere that is conducive to the quality of life that invites communion and worship. This is a process that we invite you to participate in with us. These lecture series are only for the freshman. When you become sophomores, we will hear your sophomoric philosophies and have more to discuss, perhaps debate. But be assured you are not left to struggle alone to discover the ways of the universe and your place therein.

It’s very much like those grandchildren, Ms. M., those little ones who are just beginning to emerge from the cocoon of the womb and discover the new life that awaited them here in this bigger world of your environment. The adventures that lie before them are more than they can conceive. But over time they will indeed, live these growth experiences so that they become pubescent, and adult, and mature physically, emotionally and spiritually before resuming another cycle of growth in Mansonia.

This is an on-going, experiential, expansive way of life that stimulates you all along the way, that provides challenges, gives opportunities for service and for the invigoration of learning. No one wants to worship a boring God. Nor does anyone want to follow a God who is mediocre or mundane. Rather, we choose to follow that which has substance, regularity, order, vision, potential, promise and a future.

We are advised that even as we are conjoined into the ranks of finaliters, we will encounter new, unformed universes of time and space and of other realities that await our attentions. And so we never finish. We never have an opportunity to grow bored with life, to become dull and stagnant. Always does resurrection follow death. Always does dawn follow the darkness. Always does light follow upon sadness.

Light and Joy we wish for you forever, dear children of our beloved Creator.

Ms. S.: Well, you certainly are a cheerful person and you make everybody feel better.

TOMAS: I am trying to be nice so you’ll come back. [Large group laughter]

I am learning the art of graciousness from the Master himself, who has taught me much about sociability. I fail occasionally, and speak my mind, having less tact than I might, but I don’t mean it to be brusque, I simply forget how tender babies are, how sensitive children are. And I would not discourage you by manifesting myself as on old grouch. Even though sometimes I feel much like you do -- weary, at the end of a long day. But again, I am here to encourage you, to assure you that, even though eternity seems like a long time (and there are many who ponder the idea of eternal life and become exhausted by the very idea of it!), always are there stopping places and oases of restful beauty which provide sustenance for the soul, peace for the mind and strength for the spirit.

This skill is begun now in the grasping of the stillness practice, that moment where you begin to engage in a personal relationship with Universal Father and all His wonders, to be embraced by the Spirit of Grace and made real in the process. It is the greatest adventure in town.

Ms. S.: So it’s going to be a constant learning experience that’s interesting.

TOMAS: That is the key.

Are there other questions?

Ms. M.: My friend, Dorothy Baldwin recently passed away. She was 101 and finally got her wish in passing. Is she awaiting another dispensation or is she perhaps on the mansion world frolicking? I’m a little confused about dispensations and so forth.

TOMAS: It is not necessarily restricted to the dispensation. I am not personally familiar with your friend. However, there are many who are awakened on ‘the 3rd day’ and begin their Universe Career at once without the sleep of the ages. There are conflicting reports in the media, these days, about the ‘roll call.’ There are those who say the roll call has taken place and there are those who suggest it is imminent. And this, in my perspective, is another one of those peculiarities of the human mind frame that is conditioned by time and space that looks at daylight savings time as a reality. A dispensational roll call is not done in 15 minutes. It is an epochal event. And since each individual is awakened, and one at a time, it is not something that is done as if it were a Mardi Gras event.

It is, however, one of those occasions that is generally experienced in a two thousand year cycle. This happens to be a cycle that is experiencing the change-over from one dispensation to the other. But it is not done, say, "on October 27th" - it is over a period of many of your years. Even though, yes, in Paradise it is instantaneous, it has already been done, and on and on. But you and I are not from Paradise. Our Adjuster may be from Paradise but we are on the ascent of experiential acquisition of our everlasting reality. It’s a part of the wonder of the Creator who gives us the opportunity to grow our reality rather than creating us perfect, as some are created.

The essential reality that I am hoping to convey, dear one, is that the lady has made her terrestrial escape, and to her consciousness, she is now awakened, she is in Mansonia and embraced by her spirit helpers, face to face with her guardian seraphim, speaking freely with her indwelling adjuster, rejoicing in the reclamation of her youth and her vitality in the morontia life, recognized as a vital child of destiny. You may assume that she is awakened now, for to all intents and purposes, that is true.

Is that helpful?

Ms. M.: Yes. Thank you.

Ms. S.: Where is Mansonia?

TOMAS: It will be an address for you at some point in time. It is like a new realm of reality. You, here, know your reality realm as "earth"; it is a material realm. There, in Mansonia, you will have a morontia form. You will live in morontial reality. It is Mansonia.

Ms. S.: What is morontial?

TOMAS: Morontia is a material that is not yet completely spiritual but is no longer completely material.

When Jesus rose up, he appeared to his followers in the morontial form. When he said, "touch me not for I am not as I was," he was indicating that he could not be felt with the fingers as he was once felt by his followers. But he was real, certainly. And yet he was visible. And thus he had his spirit quality as well as remnants of material reality, though he was no longer a material being.

And this is how you will be when you are delivered from the flesh. You will be provided a morontia body. You will live in your morontia body until such time as you become full-fledged spirit. You will be revealed in your morontia body as a young woman. You have many millennia-to-come, now, as a vibrant young woman. Won’t that be fun? Ms. S. [and everyone else agreed and bubbled over at the thought of regaining one’s youthful vibrancy]: "Yes!…wow!…I like that!…the lame can dance….the blind will see…and all those wonderful things."

TOMAS: "…and all those wonderful things." There will be no more physical infirmities such as you have here. There will certainly be animal qualities that will need to be diminished as you ascend and become more spirit imbued.

Ms. M.: Are we clothed?

TOMAS: You will have raiment, yes, appropriate to your environment. And it’s not for shame that you are covered but for adornment. And in truth, this raiment is more of an energy appendage than clothing. The idea that angels have wings comes from the energy that emanates in their movement.

The raiment that you will wear will be much like that (I dare not say ‘like angel’s wings’) but you will not find yourselves exposed in your new birth, but clothed in that new body that you will be provided.

The question answer period this afternoon has ventured into quite a realm of interest for you mortals, those of you who are more closely viewing your future and seeing the transition sleep ahead of you. These are welcome questions and I am happy to provide you with some insight into what’s coming, but there is still much to be done here. And so I bring you back to the moment, to this afternoon in your base of operations with your friendship and your camaraderie, to experience the nature of God and the association you share with each other, as we in the Teacher Corp share our camaraderie and our joint efforts in what we do, as well.

TOMAS: I am Tomas. Good afternoon, lovely ones. It is good to be here with you.

Anatolia and I and many others are gathered with you and the beautiful light that you shine from the love that radiates from your combined and individual illumination.

How I enjoy observing your love expressed as you begin to learn of the Father and reveal him in your loving associations with your trusted friends. The love that your group imparts to its members and its visitors is such a reality as to give meaning to the phrase 'the light of truth.' The charming musical outpouring of our beloved pianist, Elena, demonstrates the joyous and personal light of the love of Jesus, the personification of Deity. When you release your personality in joy of living, of loving, of personally revealing the divine light in you, you together, become as a city set upon a hill as a beacon of light to the surrounding area.

We are honored to be part of the community-building effort you develop and demonstrate in your trust of the Divine overcare and influence of God our Father, eternal Parents, Infinite Mother Spirit, and those creations of which they are a part. Happy are we to be a part of the Family of God. Happy are you too, when you reach into yourselves to discover all that you are and all that you can be. We witness your resolution in your civilization which constitutes the material life in the spirit. Happiness is bound up in spiritual growth but you need not wait until you are settled in Light and Life or fused with your Adjuster before you can begin to enjoy the fruits of the spirit in your lives, in serving the fruits of the spirit to those who hunger for truth, as you pass by.

All of you are benefited by an appreciation of the material reality that is you, as well as the spiritual reality you are becoming. In fact, your material life is greatly enhanced, ennobled and made more as a result of your belief in, and connection with, and representation of, a God consciousness.

Learning about yourself and about others is a part of the joy of the existence you now are engaged upon. The mortal life. You would err if you were to put off to some future tomorrow, what is totally attainable today.

Let me introduce Bob, again, to you, that he might discuss further with you the elements of the 7 Adjutant Mind Spirits, which are Ministers to the mortal races and to the animal level of existence, encircuiting the animal with circuits of Mother Spirit.

BOB: What About Bob?

At one time I remember Tomas indicating we would have some lessons, in the future, having to with relationship with male and female and the necessity of accepting that dichotomy as yet another dimension of existence, such as a Lady and I have together, a matter of opposites attempting to be sufficiently cooperative as to amalgamate into an intelligent union of such balance and compliment that when one is passive the other is aggressive, when one is dominant the other is submissive, when one is black the other is white, when one is hot the other is cold, and that's the dance of life as a duet, a pas de deux, that is unique unto that particular configuration of two. In this you are complete.

Let me point out that you are a complete couple, a complete pair, a complete duo, a complete balance. But each of you are complete as an entity in yourself. And I don't want to invite unnecessary illusion or romantic fantasy, when that is not my intent. My intent is to help you understand your natures, for when you understand yourself you can better understand your fellows, and when you better understand your fellows, you can more likely love them. And this stems from the essential lesson: that you have learned to love yourself in a manner befitting a child of God, an appendage of perfection, an extension of divinity, a child of infinity, offspring of love itself.

In that context you are lifted, ennobled and made more than a mere mass of material. And let me clarify here too, that by saying "a mere mass of material" I am in no way negating the miracle of the material existence. The fact of Jesus is a fact which astounds us still. His having been born of woman, being material. It was only an evolving material world until He became one of you and we began to see the potential possible in the humans of time and space. That example enhanced any previous perception of evolution in our studies of the material dimension.

You may have some glimmer of how remarkable it is that your spirits indwell such a material tabernacle, but I am confident you have very slim appreciation of how truly fantastic an experience it is you are having. I have only my perspective to lend you but from my perspective I have never ceased to be amazed over the human animal and its idiosyncrasies and its brilliance.

We've been discussing the Spirit of Intuition. We've talked a little bit about impulse as life itself -- the impulse to live. The reality of the life the Mother instigated for you, which the life carriers implanted in you, and from which you have emerged, evolved, up through the ages through the eras of evolution, including through protozoan, reptilian, amphibian, through the many ages and advancements until such time as the animal, vegetable and mineral realms were clearly definable. What an astounding environment it is in which you live! And how amazing it is to observe how you, as an evolving species, have learned to adapt and interact with others -- animal, vegetable and mineral -- and even among your own kind in gender difference, as a start

That has not begun to tell you how amazing it is to observe your behavior as product of evolving cultures and peoples.

As was mentioned, in hope of attaining peace -- so as not to be constantly at odds with one another and assuming territoriality or superiority over one another -- without constant defense or competition, would that you would learn to wrest some pacific understanding of your sameness and your potential greatness.

You here are becoming greater because of your freedom to express your love for one another. Imagine if this were reflected on a global basis. What an illuminating light you would be in the galaxy. We are here to assist that process.

Some of you, when you think of the urge of life, the impulse of life, think only of impulse buying. And indeed, buying is a material response to the impulse to live. It is to amass material for pleasure, security against want in the future, as adornment and acknowledgment of attainment. It is the common appreciation of impulse. You share this impulse with squirrels and many other intelligent animal species. But as you become evolved and incorporate in your capacity the gift of reason (that which enables you to be accounted as a human being, a Homo sapiens, the highest of the evolved creatures in your realm) you can begin to see that the impulse of life is also to be of service, to help in times of trouble, to nurture and save from stress. This urge of life is that which is your life force. All of you have a life force. Understand this about yourself, that your urge to live is not simply the Indwelling Spirit. You have this (life force) in and of your own right.

The Spirit of Intuition enables you to sense, to feel, to perceive things around you; enables you to adapt and adjust. It is what enables you to survive, to inveigle your way into situations which will secure your existence, even lend pleasure and promote reality. This is the Spirit of Intuition. In terms of Chakras, you might equate it to the first Chakra -- the urge to live -- that urge at the base of the spine which is said to be the root of life, depicted as passionate red, the color of anger, the color of fire, the color of passion, the color of "real". When you see people behaving in red, you are witnessing the first chakra, the urge to live, the spirit of impulse, the spirit of instinct, The Spirit of Intuition. It is not reason or emotion or understanding but an essential existence.

Let's move up to orange. In the chakra system, orange is the color of building, producing. In the Adjutant Mind Spirits, the 2nd Spirit is the Spirit of Understanding. All of you understand the need to do something, the need to be somebody, the quality of reality that puts you all here in this format, this time and this space. Whether you understand this consciously or not is irrelevant. You have a sense of understanding.

So the Spirit of Understanding is not an understanding of, say, physics or mathematics. It is not an intellectual "understanding". It is a knowing. It is an understanding that allows you to have a sense of rightness or wrongness about a situation. "I see," you say to your yourself, "I understand. I observe conflict. I don't appreciate the conflict but I understand. I see the two points of view. I see that they are having a difficult time making resolution. I understand."

Your survival instinct would keep you from involving yourself in such a foray, but your urge to overpower another might invite you to attend a foray with gusto. And understanding that everyone's response is different is also understanding.

Look at understanding in your own consciousness this next week. Think about the definition of understanding that I am encouraging you to see by an appreciation of the Spirit of Understanding, remembering that animals, cats dogs, otherwise share with you this circuitry, this Value Level. Such as, a dog will lie on his back and put his feet up understanding that the other dog is bigger, has dominance. This is elemental understanding. There is no argument. That's just the way it is. There's no judgment. There's no shame. That's just a fact of the material existence.

The problem with carrying on an on-going lesson scheme is that it runs the risk of seeming fragmented. But just let my words come to you over the course of time and let me help you understand yourself as a creature of the realm, as a material being. Even while and as Tomas, Anatolia and others are helping you to investigate and grasp the reality of your spirit essence, another dimension of your reality that gives you your wealth. I'll see you next week.

TOMAS: We have a really full house here this afternoon. How marvelous it is to have such an assortment of personalities engrossed in the development of the Students of Reality. Just like you all enjoy a visit to the nursery to observe the newborn infant discovering life and grasping the teat of its own existence. In such company I am humbled.

I turn the podium over to Anatolia, who awaits.

ANATOLIA: Good afternoon, my friends, relatives and companions along the way. I am Anatolia and await your endowed presence, here in the room where we meet, again, upon this fine Sunday afternoon.

It's grand from my perspective, with the view that I have of your world, as perhaps you wish you could see it. The beauty of your planet is like a gem dangling before a bright and powerful light. The sparkles, the angles, the delightful current of color and dimensional splendor is something that far surpasses anything that you can describe. And this is just the beginning of what you have to experience.

When you get the opportunity to look back at where you came from, when you get the opportunity to apprehend where you were, you will better understand and have capability to envision and imagine where you are going to be. For I would for you to know, and my lesson for today, focuses on the perspective one should have in their forward view of life in the spirit. This view is one which, just having briefly described, is just a sample of what adventures there are before you.

Imagine, if you will, a child eager to play -- at around the age of 4 or 5, in that vicinity -- and if you will, or can recall (which is not at all difficult for any of you) … imagine at that age what you were like in your anticipation of your going out to play.

You have every opportunity in the world to partake in all of the expressions and all of the opportunities for life to be expressed at that rare and tender age. Know what it was like to have the enthusiasm pent up, to want to break loose to get into that sandbox in the back yard -- the one that you knew was being prepared for you. That even your Sunday Best would not have kept you from breaking out into the crisp summer morning air to get into that sandbox to experience.

It is not unlike that which you have to experience. Yet, in your forward glance, your advance focus view of life to come, I wish for you not to simply understand what I'm saying as a forward and advanced look -- as if it is somehow separates you from your current state of mind and being, for surely it is the same life that you view and have your being that you will have your future being. Nevertheless, I wish for you to know that it is a transition and a transformation toward greater and enhanced light-bearing that you have to look forward to. You now view yourselves essentially as beings of matter, of having weight and density. That is your manner in relating to the world in which you find yourselves. This is the primary transition point from which you have to look forward to.

Know that -- as that child knew that the sandbox was being prepared for his or her use -- and regardless of what you were wearing or what prohibition may have been there for you to have gone out into the yard in your better, non-play-worthy clothes. Know too that your embracing of the light that you are, and becoming the light that you are as a transitory being in the vast and glorious creation, is just like that child breaking into the back yard and getting into the brand new sandbox.

So, be with me as we go forward into the land of sand and play. Bring your shovels and your buckets because there is plenty to see and much to do. I encourage your continued growth, here and now, and know that as you view your opportunities and lessons of learning, you will begin to see even these lessons, here on earth, as opportunities to handle shovel and buckets. For each and every day and every moment of living and appreciating is living in a new dimension. So prepare yourselves well, here and now, and be one with all things. Be cheerful, above all else, for when you find there was no reason to be otherwise, you will be aghast.

Be friendly, kind, and above all, loving, to and among yourselves. For without the love and support of family and friends, you are not experiencing the love that you are.

Ms. S.: That analogy was interesting…a sandbox as a child.

TOMAS: The eternal sandbox in the sky. Yes, indeed. All of you will be children for quite a long time and there is, indeed, much to play with and about. In this eternal career it is not all serious business because there are opportunities built in along the way for your reversion. Are there questions?

Elena: I have a question for Bob, regarding understanding and knowing…. I gather he was saying that there are things that we will just know and understand and I was thinking that understanding would take effort and that you would grow into understanding … rather than it being something you already have or know.

TOMAS: Let me get Bob.

BOB: You are right, there is effort involved in attaining understanding and the more effort you have invested, the greater your understanding. However, even the elementals are able to understand certain elementary reality.

Elena: Like - [unintelligible]..?

BOB: This may sound "far fetched" but I'm going to delve into a dimension of reality that is being observed and recorded by your neo-sciences and that has to do with the stimulation plants are subjected to, as well as animals. Those things, those energies, those impulses, that encourage a flowering, or discourage life. You know what I'm talking about?

Elena: Yes, I do.

BOB: You have an understanding then, of the science as well as the truth of the science, which is that if you hate something and belittle it and discourage it and abuse it, it will shrivel and recoil from you, and if that is its only influence, it will recoil to the point of death. However, if you manifest indifference or encouragement it will have a different response. It will understand the environment. It will understand that it (the environment) is friendly or unfriendly and it will act accordingly.

And this is the elemental level of understanding I am discussing. I am not concerned so much about the science itself as what the truth of the science is, you see. As you understand, in your mind, these concepts -- your understanding of them grows and will continue to grow, even into Paradise, long after you have lost all animal vestiges.

But this because the Adjutant Mind Spirits are circuits -- actual energy reality that is a part of your composition, you who are of animal origin.

So yes, you are correct.

In this same context you can appreciate that those who have not studied life fully and extensively, who have not perceived their place in life, who have not understood themselves as an animal being indwelt by Divinity, have not got the constitution to understand with the same capacities that you have.

You will understand more than a child about some things, if only because of your experience. Even though, it’s also true that sometimes children have a more acute understanding of the spirit of things than those of you who have grown up and become more conditioned by factual actualities and therefore have lost some of the childlike quality that is inherent in the young. You are able to understand the innocence of the child and their perspective. That is an advantage of experiential living.

Elena: I think that pretty much deals with what I was thinking but you made a comment about knowing what your life's purpose was and that kinda raised a red sign…like, "why am I?"…so that answers what I was curious about. Thank you.

BOB: You have caused me to question. I am not aware of my reference to your words indicating I said the Spirit of Understanding would lead you into knowing how to live your life.

However, Thoroah would know something of this because of our consciousness discussions. Something about fulfillment of the Self.

Thoroah: Seth called that Value Fulfillment.

BOB: Value-fulfillment, yes. The recognition that as you become that which you are inherently intended to be, even with and including your animal origin nature and cultural conditioning, it is becoming yourself in its fullest. It is understanding how to follow the Spirit of Truth. It is seeing which way to go, it is seeing that you are a piano player and not an organ player (a reference to a conversation prior to the transmitting session), and understanding what is good for you and right for you and what is not. That's a part of the encircuitment of the Adjutant Mind Spirit of Understanding.

It is enhanced and made more because of your experience. You didn't know you weren't an organ player until you experienced it. Even though your Spirit of Intuition may have predisposed you to that conclusion. See?

Elena: I see. Thank you.

BOB: These are very intimate, these Adjutant Mind Spirits. They're very personal. But they are so often glossed-over in your culture conditioning and your social mores. They are ignored or discarded. And in truth, they are the building blocks of the self-mastered entity who is perfectly willing, then, to follow the Spirit of Truth. Not his own Spirit of Intuition or his own Spirit of Understanding. But until you know what 'your own' are, and have mastered them, you will not have mastered yourself sufficiently to be able to follow the Spirit of Truth where ever it leads.

And this is the purpose of my course of study with you. Those are my remarks for the day, I return you to your host.

Mr. S.: I was interested in the comment about the color red.

TOMAS: Yes.

Mr. S.: To us (referencing his North American Indian heritage) it's the Cardinal Point of the East. The color red denotes understanding, wisdom, victory.

TOMAS: This is also where the sun comes up (Mr. S.: Yes.) The brilliant red ball of life breaking through the darkness.

Yes. Very good point, well taken. The symbolisms of the evolving race of man is a fiesta of perceptions, a full-blown Panavision, Technicolor presentation of the dimensions of living. All glorious and wondrous. All sacred in its own right. Each another costume in the spectacle of beholding reality. All related. All reaching for the same Ultimate Reality and each representing its own precious perspective on Pattern. (pause)

Have there been instances during the week that have caused you concern or consternation that you would bring to your elders?

It seems your Spirits of Intuition and Understanding are serving you well. At least to this extent. It seems there are no further discourses in line for the afternoon. I will pause, lest something bubble up.

Ms. S.: Well, don't you think that a lot of people, as they grow older, get old and stodgy and not interested in much of anything? Or the other kind who are constantly exploring and looking for things and finding interest in a lot of different things and then they stay young, in spite of the years.

TOMAS: There is much to be said for both mind-sets. However, the one who is open to learning is indeed made more agreeable by its willingness to pursue new fields of exploration, not settling on any one particular field of interest or pattern of behavior.

There are those who call me 'stodgy' because I have certain mind-sets about which I cannot be coerced from. They have come about as a result of my experience, of which I am entitled. But I am also open to further explorations and new experiences. Some never develop a consecration to a reality such that it can be built upon, or tested, and they remain forever young but forever immature.

And so there is merit to maintaining a mental approach toward being nurtured on the vine as the grapes are nurtured on the vine. Eventually well formed. Distinctive. Uniquely developed and perfected as what it is, even while providing extensive variety of what can be done with the fruits of its labors. Exploring the many varieties of wine and jelly and pastries and pollen that can be gotten from its unique nature.

So once again we see the merits of the hot and the cold, pro and the con, the high and the low, the white and the black, the passive, the aggressive and so forth, finding value in all that is and finding balance in all that prevails.

Wishing you a balanced week, we embrace you in the fullness of our affection and send you into the sandbox of your dispensation.

"We are encouraged by all that we have shared together and, after all, that has been the purpose in your illustration of "where two or more are gathered." The strength and the illumination that comes as a result of it is truly enlightening and exciting.

"We ask for whatever teachers you designate today and for whatever the message is that we will take it to heart and mind and become renewed individuals as a result.

"And for those who are not here, we ask your presence with them when they are not knowing of your presence with them as they continue to make their way back to us and our group. And for all of those in our lives who are loved ones, known, and for those who we do not know in the body of Christ, we rejoice in the centrality of you with our Father, now and always. Amen."

It has been a wonderful day today in observing your own classroom efforts, the teaching and preaching of the Gospel, the facts of your universe history, and the players upon the stage of life as it has been lived in your world. We are students of your world, as well -- always fascinated by the efforts of the agondonter to find the nugget of truth in the maze of chaos, yet unformed.

The idea of Courage is on the agenda today. The Courage of the 3rd Adjutant Mind Spirit will be addressed by our Teacher's Assistant, Bob, but in the meanwhile the Courage of your conviction is evident and the Courage of your desire to know is also prevalent here in the questions and probing of matters which give credence to your belief and substance to your speculations as to how you got to be where you are. Who came before you and for what reason, for what purpose, and how has this all affected what you know to be 'reality?' And how will this reality be plucked from the unformed maze chaos to grow into the greater realization of your own soul-self?

This is, perhaps, the most obvious quality of the agondonter, his Courage, for he forges ahead in the face of not knowing, but only feeling, sensing -- persisting and pursuing that which is his birthright, standing up for that which rings true, extolling that which gives clarity and purity to his life -- his perceptions. Even when these perceptions are occasionally torn down to make way for yet another more elevated reality focus, the courageous agondonter continues to pick his way through the pieces to find that existing kernel of greatness, that core of reality which forever leads him forward.

Let me get Bob for you. He is ready to begin, if you are.

BOB: What About Bob?

Well, I know that you are making an adjustment. You are accommodating me because I am not your regular professor. I am not, in this course, speaking to your higher nature. I am not pin-pointing your God-Fragment and recognizing that aspect of you. I am, rather, contrarily, reaching into your recognition of yourself as a mortal being -- a material-reality-based entity, which shares many common bonds with the animal of the realm, that shares Intuition and Understanding of an animal nature with the beasts of the realm.

I am assuming the stance that these 'beasts' are noble, that these animals are beloved. I'm not focusing on 'animal' as a lesser state, but merely as a statement of fact.

Last week we discussed the Spirit of Understanding, the Understanding that you are all in this experience together, as a group, as if you were born into a litter of pups or kittens. You learn from each other certain behaviors. You act according to the 'group mind' - the understanding that by staying together as a herd you have an advantage over going off by yourself. The social repercussions of this animal-like behavior, results in "watering hole", the neighborhood bar, the community center, the gregarious nature. It also is related to that conformity of being that keeps civilization advancing, keeps you all from going too far from the standard operating procedure of your culture.

Understanding these things about life keeps you safe. And yet it can also be a mind-set that becomes the mind-set of the pack, rather than the mind-set of the individual. The Spirit of Courage enters in when we think of and speak of the Individual. It takes Courage to be yourself. It takes Courage to have your own thoughts -- to have a thought different than the group-thought, the community-thought. Inventors have always been looked at as 'odd ones,' because of their investigations into untried thought.

All of you who act differently, or outside the 'norm,' are looked at with a certain amount of suspicion for your actions endanger the flock, the whole, the group-mind. The entire herd migrates. The entire flock migrates. The entire school of fish moves along the course. Those who stand out or take off on their own accord are vulnerable to extinction, eradication. And the same is true for the human animal. The same is true for you.

The Spirit of Courage can be likened to the 3rd Chakra, in the ancient Chakra system, that which emits from the middle, the stomach. The color is yellow. The color of the 3rd Chakra is yellow. Yellow is the 'I Am' color - the See Me color. Yellow is individuality. The vortex of Individuality can be good or evil. This is not a course in morality, but a course in understanding the animal nature, for as I said before, and will repeat again, the more you can understand your nature, the more you can understand the nature of your neighbor and the more you can understand your neighbor the more readily you can learn to love him, assuming, of course, that you have a wholesome sense of self-love about you. And this is the foundation for Peace on Earth, or peace in any gregarious sociology.

How about I ask for some class participation and take a moment and think of some examples of animal courage. Any animal, including human will do.

What comes to your mind's eye, Esmeralda?

Esmeralda: I think about the cat, immediately. They have a lot of courage. They are not aggressive, necessarily but when anything attempts to harm, they have the courage to take care of themselves.

There are other things. Like, it takes courage to raise children. It takes courage just to simply participate in our lives!

BOB: Give us an example, Ms. S., of a creature manifesting courage.

Ms. S.: Well, there's my kitty…when a strange cat comes in our yard that is invading her territory and she wants no part of it. She has no front claws (but doesn't know if they have!) but she goes out and hisses and snarls and chases them away. I guess that's courage.

BOB: Yes, it is revealed as courage. Defending her own turf, certainly.

The behavior that individuals manifest in hissing and snarling and making a fuss to protect their own turf is also a reflection of Courage. And yet it is often seen as hostility. It is only hostility if you are encroaching.

Matthew, what are you seeing?

Matthew: A cow elephant defending her calf. I think I've seen pictures and heard stories of an elephant fighting to the death to protect her young. And then the bull elephant will protect the entire herd, but is seldom seen. But the female will fight off the worst of attacks from lions, etc.

BOB: Yes, the animal kingdom abounds…dogs barking in the night is often a nuisance but it's also an act of courage for they are risking being hit with a shoe to let it be known there are trespassers. Birds will defend their food supply against even bigger birds by banding together and making a fuss. Little tiny birds can also be courageous.

Mr. S., do you have an image, a vision of animal courage to offer?

Mr. S.: I'm thinking about ourselves, the human animal. I'm reminded of the lines of an old song, "I don't know what's coming tomorrow, maybe trouble and sorrow." We've grown old together and we really don't know what's coming tomorrow but we feel compelled to face whatever it is and do the best we can.

BOB: You are speaking of human courage as a Council -- as a Group -- as a band -- "we" can accomplish this. Yes. This is the beginning of leadership, which is also a study in Courage,

Again, without discerning good or evil, there are those who will step outside the run-of-the-mill and get the attention of the masses and lead them by understanding their needs. The same is true for either side. If you can discern the needs of the herd, the flock, the community, you can stand out in front and rally their support. This is courageous. This is putting yourself in a position of saying, "See me -- look at me -- I will show you -- I will do it." Performing is courageous. Not just circus animals, but performing the tasks of existence call upon the Spirit of Courage. To run the risk of getting caught, being overtaken, going hungry, being left out in the cold -- all these are causes to consider when considering the Spirit of Courage. The personality, the individual, that bespeaks the Spirit of Courage, can be admired, or rejected, on the basis of how it presents itself in its individuality.

It's a study for you, finding yourself as an animal being, to augment the nobility of your mortal estate with the dimension of the qualities that were introduced to you by the Master, the person of Jesus, who, having left with you the Spirit of Truth, enables you to discern for yourself whether that 'here am I -- see me' personality is leading the masses into trouble or into grace. And so Courage enters into discernment and behavior, ethical behavior.

You just experienced a national election in this country. You've just seen the designated human animal wave their flag and say, "Vote for me - Vote for Me!" This will encourage you to consider your own Spirit of Courage and review the Spirit of Understanding, which recognizes the system for what it is and the people for who they are, and not study only the evident 'I am' ego, but the undercurrent of Courage. This will give you better understanding of your world and the leaders of your world.

The next Adjutant Mind Spirit is the Spirit of Knowledge. It is depicted in the Chakra of the Heart. The green, fertile, verdant seat of growing, revealing, living, throbbing, life-giving, knowledge. Even the animal kingdom comprehends the Spirit of Knowledge. They know, as you know what you know. You know when to hide. You know when to attack. You know when to ignore. You know when to interfere.

You cannot live life and experience it without active engagement in all these spheres, all these circuitries. You cannot avoid life. If you embrace life with the Spirit of Knowledge you will never be bored, always have an adventure, yet something new to be discovered, new territory to be investigated, amassing even more knowledge for yourself and for those who fall in your power.

Let's get back to the Spirit, which enlivens, but never forget how you are -- here, at least … (and even into those realms beyond, wherein your animal vestiges remain a part of you) … how you are composed, of what you are comprised. Embrace the wholeness of your being. Not simply the God part, but the Human part. This is much of who you are. Much of your joy of being is to be found in the nature of your composition. The Adjutant Mind Spirits augment and enhance your emotions and without your emotions you live a shallow existence indeed. I am encouraging you to be all that you can be and grasp all that you are, with the same vigor and enthusiasm that you devote to knowing more about your spirit-self, and God himself. Find Him in you and in your fellows and bring Him into existence, even in the material realms of time and space, thus enhancing the quality of Light and Life throughout the material worlds of time and space.

TOMAS: This is Tomas, again. We can stretch a bit and get up out of the cellular structure you've gravitated toward. The focus on the material is a bit like cuddling up in an overstuffed chair. You gravitate toward it quite naturally but such comfort inclines you toward your subconscious rather than your superconscious which is where we need to rise to if we are to grasp the morontia mota of these Melchizedek courses of study.

With that I will subside and allow others. Matthew, take it away.

MACHIVENTA: It's with good tidings that I make myself known to you this fine fall day here in the Land of Enchantment. It's considered the 'land of enchantment' for many reasons, but for me to be a welcomed guest today, is more than welcomed, on my part. It is with over-due welcoming that I was asked by your host of my words at this moment (Matthew), to join you today. I believe, at his bequest primarily, just to see if I would show up. [Group smiles]

But nevertheless, let it be known that whenever your request is made of our heavenly Father, or of the Christ Himself, or of me, as a Servant of Divinity, that certainly, your requests, made in all sincerity, and out of desire and need, for whatever that need may be, are certainly addressed. Whether you know it or not your prayers are answered in all segments of their make-up. For as all elements of a constituted matter are composites of that matter, so too are your thoughts, desires and prayers, for they take on the feeling, the emotion, the desire, the wish for improvement -- all of the components that go into that, add to the fulfillment of that which is being sought.

So I wish to simply reassure you that what you think, feel and desire -- you receive. In other words, what you wish is what you get. This is meant to be an encouragement, not in any way an admonishment to tell you, as the cliché goes, to "watch what you pray for." But rather to assure you that you are as connected as sunlight is connected to its source. Imagine separating light from its source. Therefore you are inseparable from your Source. And an arm is certainly aware of its fingers.

Be within your mind, one with those who sent you. I say "those" because you are part of the great and glorious, and ever-present immortal God presence that has the wherewithal, the knowledge and the presence of being to have placed in motion everything that you are aware of, and well beyond your wildest imagination. Be present to that which is all-powerful, wise and above all, eternally loving. For the presence that you are aware of right now is only a glimmer of that which you will know in your greater reality.

So be well advised that whatever you desire, you may ask for, whatever you wish or need will be provided, and to know that the Ultimate Good will prevail. So, without wanting to extend my time beyond that which is provided, I wish you well. And know that whenever you would need my thoughts or assistance, I am also only a thought away.

So peace be with you and carry-on your Courageous Walks in the Dark, for you are guided in every step you take and you are assured that lest you fall from a cliff, you will undyingly be caught.

Be well assured of your presence within All That Is and I am well aware, as you are, of where we are going.

TOMAS: This is your turn class. Have you got questions?

Gerdean: I have one. I was reading last week's transcript and Bob was saying something about he really didn't have any idea of what the potential was for our world until Jesus came and he could see the effect of Jesus having been here, impacting the world.

And that gave me pause to consider because I had suspected, imagined, that Bob, being a Supernal, was privy to a far greater range of perspective than that. It almost seemed to be the perspective of a Midwayer who was limited by Urantia's parameters. That's what made me wonder -- How far reaching is Bob's purview?

And I don't know if that has anything to do with my spiritual growth or development but it was just an interesting thing, I thought. I just somehow got the feeling that angels had a much bigger range of operation and that they knew everything…that they, certainly Bob, had seen other world's settled in Light and Life, but perhaps not?

Anyone want to address that one?

Mr. S.: I was under the impression that the angels pretty much had unlimited knowledge, but maybe it isn't so.

Gerdean: We'll see who wants to tackle that one.

TOMAS: Tomas here. I can tackle that Gerdean. That's not too difficult.

Again, it's a matter of organization and, yes, hierarchy. There is no one in the Universe who 'knows everything,' except in Paradise. The Father knows everything. But beyond that, the rest of us only know what's in our range of operation. And to reiterate one of my favorite themes, nothing is more important than the realm of my realm. So I understand your curiosity about what goes on in other realms of operation but it isn't pertinent, in that, what's important for you is in your here and now.

However, since you perceive Bob as being in your here-and-now and you discern his credentials to be lesser than you expected, I will state that there are all manner of angels and celestial beings assigned to different areas, both geographic and cosmic. There are 'local' angels as well as Supernaphim who are exclusively delegated the higher realms of reality attainment in which to work. Each of the super-universe being comprised of many worlds, have their own allotment of angels, and, therefore, there is no reason for someone on the 3rd super-universe to bother about what is going on in this 7th super-universe.

Just as Bob is in service to your world, his knowledge is limited to his realm of operation and does not extend to the angelic efforts of life on other worlds or other universes. You have to go up pretty high on the 'totem pole' to be given the key to the doors of your neighbors.

The Creator Sons are gathered together periodically in a quarter of Paradise as if it were a Council meeting or a Governor's meeting. But by and large they, too, are focused on their realm. Jesus' world, Urantia, is uniquely part of the local Universe of Nebadon and while his sojourn here was Universally compelling, it was a very unusual situation. For the most part, all of the Universes are very well, orderly-run spheres.

Bob's advantage to you is his ability to see you as you are. He has observed acutely and has much to offer in terms of how he sees you rather than how you see yourself. However, his range of operation is limited. He is, as he says, a 'low-level' seraphim. There are ranges of Universe service. We are one of them. When, and as, you have been around along enough to see a bit more territory, you will have a better understanding of who does what. But for now you may be assured that there are truly hosts of heavenly helpers who hover over you in hopes of helping you embrace your potential, grasp the Greater Reality yet to come, which is your birthright, your destiny and your greatest joy.

Is that helpful?

Gerdean: Yes. But it also seems that Bob has not worked with mortals before, is that so? Do you know?

TOMAS: I have asked him, just now, and he has told me that you are the first that he has worked with this familiarly. However, he has worked with many mortals, in many ways, in and through the Midwayers that are their normal route of working with the mortal realms. Just to make it easy for you, call to your mind the pictures of angels that help keep little ones from running out in traffic or falling off a cliff. Those are, loosely speaking, some of the work of the angels, the angelic spheres.

There are different orders of angels assigned to different types of work. The Angels of the Churches work to uphold traditional religion and the values of congregation worship and churchified activities, including song and psalms. There are Angels of the Races that oversee the best interests of the Races of Time -- not only the human race -- but the differing colored races in their cultures and in their transitions. There are Angels of the Home that oversee the efforts that go on in the realm of home-building and child-rearing. They are not far from you.

As Machiventa has said, 'just ask and we'll be there.' We have waited and watched your world and anticipated the re-encircuitment for a long time and now that this time is upon us we are ready, willing and eager to be engaged upon incorporating you back into the cosmic system of things; back into the fold of the galaxy; helping you out of isolation into socialization.

As Machiventa also stated, at this point it does not really matter, and to what degree, we are "real." What we intend to do is encourage you and assure you that you are not alone, that it is a friendly universe, that it is teeming with life support for you and encouraging your many adventures in learning, living and loving. The dimension of morontia is upon us.

Welcome.

Matthew: Are the archangels that we've been told about just assigned to this universe or are they inter-universal? Are they Paradise servers?

TOMAS: Have you ever seen the TV show about the Angels? (Yes) Have you noticed Andrew, who is always there when someone is about to die, or is thinking about dying? He is what you would call an archangel. That's what archangels do, loosely speaking, they are related to the transition. They are not the same as the seraphim who embrace your soul and carry it off to Mansonia, but they are closely engaged in that realm of energy transfer; Reality Transfer, for sometimes the decision to survive is only made at the last minute and that last minute needs to be recorded. They focus their work on that moment. Those archangels are invaluable, obviously, to your ascension and to your survival. And so they hold a special place, although somewhat fearful place, because of their proximity to the act of dying.

Does that help?

Matthew: Yes.

TOMAS: You sound unsettled.

Matthew: Well, no. Just that maybe its Milton's "Paradise Lost" that we're given the information about Michael, Raphael, etc. and their leading legions in heaven and so on. Are those individuals as archangels, as we have been taught, of Paradise, or they just of this universe? Maybe the terminology is wrong on this end.

TOMAS: Archangel Raphael, Michael, Uriel and others are also depicted in militant regalia, a fashion statement, actually, for the mortal mind which loves mythology. There are, indeed, archangels, and there are indeed, many beings named Raphael, Michael, Uriel, and many others. But the idea of Archangel Michael, Archangel Raphael, and Archangel Uriel are by and large, depictions of characterizations of personalities which do not exist in the Cosmos, but do exist in your minds as a frame of reference. It's nothing to worry about. Error will pass away. But in the meanwhile they are very romantic characterizations, very celestially swashbuckling, and they appeal to the mortal mind, just as you love to depict angels with voluminous wings. They don't have wings, but whether you think they do or not, is not the point. The fact that they exist is what's important. Just as the fact of archangels is important. Dramatization of these facts is creative license, for the most part.

Is that helpful?

Matthew: It is, thank you.

Ms. S.: To me, angels are some kind of entity that God has created and they do have a way of watching over us, guiding us. They don't run around, I'm sure, in those long nightgowns with a couple of wings stuck on their back. That's not exactly my idea of an angel. They're just some strange little entity that comes into our lives and guides and helps us.

TOMAS: You are completely correct, Little One, they do indeed.

Ms. S.: Even you call me little one! I've got that all my life!

Group: [Everyone laughing]

TOMAS: This was not to indicate your diminutive size, Daughter, but your relative youth in the universe. [Thank you!] You are a very large person, in that your heart is swollen with goodness. You are big. But would you feel better if I were to say 'big one?'

Ms. S: [Laughter] No, I guess not.

You are dear. All of you are very dear, and as I get to know you better and as we engage in more adventures in morontializing reality, I love you more as you are becoming more to love.

The season continues to proclaim the beauty of Urantia and the spectacle of your perfect realm of reality. Go forth and relish the wonders your eyes behold -- both your physical eyes and your morontial eyes that perceive the Truth, Beauty and Goodness which is our Father's, through our Mother, into the kingdoms of men.

"Master Teacher. We bring ourselves to Your presence as grateful and wide-eyed children, ready to receive and ready to give that which You are and that which You promised and that which we take to heart, as that which is everlasting and eternal in You and with You, and that You are not just the carrot before the horse but that You are the power of the horse, and that we have the opportunity to share that light of the horse with You, and that all that is in unity and in one purpose with our Father's will, we encourage and ask for, now and always.

"For the intentions in our hearts and our minds as only You know them to be, we place them before You now. And ask for the teachers that You choose that we receive the message as directed by You and in all appreciation, we are forever Yours. Amen."

TOMAS: Forever yours, I am Tomas. I will hold my students in my hand.

How charmed I am to be in your midst, you lovely children of God. In your council of communion, harmony is had when the many chords of the stringed instruments all manifest their own individual vibration and tonal quality at the same time, in accord. Thus you become a song. Your society is orchestration of divinity. Seeing, however, that in the field and occasionally in ourselves there is a discordant note, we are reminded of the work at hand. The will of God in our lives must make the selection for the day, "Here I am Lord." Exercising discernment as to what a mind might be up to in the conveyance of the Father's will, one might profess,

"Here I am, Lord. I am where You have placed me. In Your hands I am given a university of learning, for in the learning of the lessons of today, I am preparing myself to be a teacher tomorrow. As I absorb my destiny, by experiencing the truth of Your being, I am given wisdom, and this enables me to better serve, to more conscientiously apply myself to the gifts that I received as a result of having known You, having been Your child, having given You permission to rear me in Your own image, fashioning me as the sculptor fashions his clay, molding my character to what You would have me represent. Here I am in a growing condition, imperfect still, and yet reflecting the perfection of Paradise in my yielding. In my yielding I am given power and strength from On High. And that augmentation of energy enables me to defend my faith even in the midst of mine enemies, those who would detract me from Your good grace."

Here am I being strong now. Here am I holding up myself as a dignified being, not one of the sheep, one of the followers of lesser ways, having traversed those Universities in my youth. Having traversed those universities myself, I have the compassion, then, to perceive the immaturity of my less ennobled fellows and, assuming the rightful place of server rather than ruler, I allow life to take its course in His hands, in His time, in His way. Allowing God to run the universe I am also a beholder, a witness to His wonders, His words that speak through life itself, sometimes through the mouths of men, but more often through the mystery itself, echoing His perfect nature through His realm whereupon I become a praiser of His nature, His goodness, His justice. I can admire this God I worship for He is the answer to all my questions, the comfort in all my discomfort, and the strength in all my shortcomings. Having had this being reflected in myself I am not alone. I am not afraid, when I say

"Here I am Lord, do with me what you will, send me on a mission of your choosing, send me on the mission I am most qualified to perform, where it pleases You and Your way. Whether I find my own signature worth serving or not, is not for me to judge. What You have taught me, I have come to regard as sacred in-as-much as it is a part of You, and nothing I do in the sacredness of Your work is shameful or lesser. All wise, all knowing, all wonderful almighty Creator, I am Yours. I am fashioned after You. I am molded by the anvil of the experience You provide me. How a rich a life it is, I enjoy! How comforted I am by my association with those others who have also been molded by You, and who continue, like myself and my associates, to pursue You, even as we find You, to search unceasingly for the infinite unfolding of Your greatness."

What a marvel it is for me to know these safe havens of the family of God, the security which Spirit provides, far transcending the fickle and fragile securities of the illusion that precedes the recognition of the perfection of Divine Reality.

Perhaps an understanding of the origins of your co-dependence on that which is a more essential aspect of your former nature, your animal heritage, is a key to perceiving God in all things - even in the illusion. In this expectation then, let us call in our visiting Teacher, Bob, and see if he has anything to add to his dissertation on the Adjutant Mind Spirits.

WHAT ABOUT BOB: What About Bob? Don't get up! [Group giggle] Continue to remain comfortably enveloped in your chairs, secure in your persons, and open to counsel.

In inventing these lessons about the Adjutant Mind Spirits, I am not intending to reverse your progress, no. I am encouraging you to understand the animal nature so that you may better understand yourselves and subsequently, your fellows, for as Tomas pointed out, it is a part of the scaffolding of the evolving sons of time and space that the animal nature be a part of the developmental process.

We've discussed the Spirit of Intuition, the Spirit of Understanding, and to some extent the Spirit of Courage. And we touched lightly, last time, on the Spirit of Knowledge, which we have placed in the position of the Heart Chakra -- the "knowing" -- as is evidenced not from the intellect, but from the heart.

Now, there are those who are embittered about love and who have become jaded about romance and, therefore, they have a heart hardened to romance, to the concept of love. There are those, too, who are eager to fall in love with love and, therefore, they have become -- shall we say - "stuck in the fourth Chakra". They cannot go above their human capacity to discern love as an emotion, as a sentiment, or even as stimuli to passion. In the Chakra system, the Heart Chakra is a level above the Stomach Chakra -- the material I Am -- and for that reason many refuse to rise above the Stomach Chakra, where they remain supreme.

In dealing with the Heart Chakra, one must deal with a sense of helplessness, for love is intoxicating. It can make you do things you wouldn't choose to do. This is true for emotional love, for sexual love, for parental love, even for spiritual love. But the wizened one will understand that the Heart, as the Seat of Knowledge, is a liar, a deceiver -- and that is part of Knowledge! Many truths are not felt, except in adversity. Animals live and die in the sense of loss that comes at losing a loved one. Whether through romance of a child growing up and leaving home, divorce, or death, the Heart heals.

It is also the Font of Healing. And so to be vulnerable enough to accept the Heart as a part of your existence, is to accept the Spirit of Knowledge -- the understanding and the knowledge that disappointments will occur, that in spite of set-backs, the Spirit of Courage is free to operate. Instinct can enter in and Intuition can realign you, so hope springs eternal, and love blooms again.

The Heart is also preliminary to Will. Will comes from the recognition of all these Adjutant Mind Spirits combined. All of the Adjutant Mind Spirits impact your Will. And whether you are right or wrong in your Will choice, you will reflect your Will choice when you engage in the Spirit of Counsel, which is your Expression resident in the Throat Chakra, the 5th Chakra, even that which all animals share -- and so you hear bullfrogs in the swamp, you hear crickets, you hear birds singing, you hear lions roaring, you hear people talking, you hear crying, you hear babbling, you hear sorrow.

You Express, also, through the 5th Adjutant Mind Spirit, the Spirit of Counsel - "Hear Me! Hear What I Have to Say! Hear My Announcement. Hear Me! This Is What I Think. This Is What I Have to Say About That."

In the Spirit of Counsel is where you will find those who reflect back your own voice. And so, when you hear someone with whom you agree, that does not necessarily make them right. That means they agree with you. The 5th Chakra in Ancient Meditation is considered to Blue.

The first 5 Adjutant Mind Spirits are Shared with the Animal Kingdom. They, too, counsel. They gather in herds and flocks and communicate among themselves, as do humans, in terms of tribes, families, even cultures. They have yet to see humanity as a race of people, but we are working toward that end.

This is all I have to say this afternoon. I assure you: when you are able to review our comprehension of the Animal Nature, in retrospect you will recognize when you hear my words re-echo in your mind at times when you perceive the animal nature in operation, and perhaps, like Tomas, you will be able to be glad for the opportunity to manifest compassion to those who have not yet risen to the level of utilizing their Adjutant Mind Spirit of Worship, which we will aspect next.

Blessed be art thou. I return you to Tomas.

TOMAS: And Tomas here, only as an emcee, as I am acquiescing the floor to my compatriot.

ANATOLIA: This is a fine day to be meeting with you again, as Sunday is our day to 'meet and greet,' if you will. It's a fine day for all of the aforementioned reasons that you well know.

But I'd like to bring a new, or renewed, perspective to you, in terms of why you chose this day to meet as a group for the purpose of spiritual faith-building and reassurance to yourselves and to one another, that, in fact, God lives. And in fact, as evidence of God's Life, you know yourselves to be true and living representatives of that Light which otherwise, has no reason, nor explanation. What else, for example, could you explain as the reason for Life if there was not Life in the Larger Sense? What could this experience be if it were not for Life Supreme which exists in the Fullness of the experience that you would call, or expect to call "God"? or "Creator"? There is, in reality, only one Source of Being and each of us shares that Source as a particular ray of Light, or a particular dimension of a Gem.

One could say -- and this example limps in description; however -- one could say that God is the Original Gem, the unpolished, raw presence of the constituents of a gemstone. Choose whichever gemstone you prefer, whether it be Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, Diamond, whatever it may be, and picture that in the form that you would imagine a gemstone to be before it is finely polished and finely cut into the many facets that it is represented in.

In this polished representative form you will find yourselves, each a point along a facet, each a sparkle as that Gem is turned and directed toward the Light. There you find your Expression and your Being. The two are inseparable. You would not know that you exist within that Gem, were it not for the Light that adds a potential for you to shine, for your ray to burst forth. For your alignment on that facet is your evidence that you are, in fact, present within the body that you know to be the existence of Life Itself, from the Source in which you experience that Expression.

Is just one way that I can help to explain, or express, that which you know to be the truth of who and what you are.

The other dimension, or description of why meeting on Sunday is of importance is: not only is that the only day that all of you would be available to avail yourselves of this process, but that, too, being people of faith, as you are, it is the day that you are most in tune with the Spirit natures we are presenting in our lessons week after week. It is in this sense that you are most finely attuned and it is this point of mutual and shared worship, that I encourage you to appreciate your individual and mutual roles in that which you participate in, week after week. There are many, many devotees of our Lord and Savior, Jesus, the Christ. There are many that profess to know and to love and that are willing servants of that which is presented from mouth to mouth, from heart to heart, who understand and appreciate and are truly devoted to the Master and His teachings. But not all are willing to commit time and space, energy and presence of mind to a time dedicated to, in fact, mutually share and appreciate one another, let alone the teachings of our Heavenly Father through our brother and teacher, Jesus, the Christ.

For it is through our Master's efforts that you have the presence of mind, and consequently the Faith of your Being, to be His modern day presence made known to one another and to the rest of humankind. For while it is not meant to place the weight of the world on your shoulders, know that, surely, as those who were considered Disciples at the time of our Master's presence in the flesh, you, too, are disciples, no less than those who shared His presence, His mind, His will, His divine and unquestioned and unceasing Love that he had for those who he taught.

For he was not a preacher, he was a presenter of truth and goodness. He did not convince. He was what he said. As he would speak, or give parables, or teachings of truth and love and obedience and service, he, at the same time, WAS those things. This, too, is what you are called upon to be and to do and to feel and to incorporate in your hearts and your minds, that which you are being taught on a weekly basis.

I encourage each of you to know and appreciate the hearts that you have, the minds that you are given, and the presence of being that you illustrate, week after week. For in my efforts to convey to you the teachings that we share with you, it is always my particular focus to reinforce with you, that Divine part of yourselves that you most often deny, or depart from your conscious minds. For your daily activity of survival and growth and certainly the effort you put forth towards spiritual development are noteworthy, praiseworthy, and worth accomplishing.

I stress in all of my lessons to reinforce within you your knowledge of who you are as a Divine presence made known to one another.

Be of good cheer and know that you are loved immeasurably by all of us who serve, but more importantly by He who has sent me, and each of you, to go forth into the world and be the presence that you are in a world that needs renewing, and most of all Love.

Be encouraged and know that all is being accomplished in due time, to be the one truth that Life Is and Always Will Be.

Be good to yourselves and each other as you work toward unity of mind and purpose as you continue to grow in your Light. Until we speak again, may the Christ within you, touch, caress and let you know that you are one.

TOMAS: Gracious ambassadors, let us commence our session of interaction. Have you questions this week?

Esmeralda: I don't have a question, necessarily, Tomas, but I certainly like your 'Here I am Lord,' and Bob was very interesting today and so was Anatolia. Great lesson.

TOMAS: It is a joy to be assigned to such a student as yourself. You are yielding, easy to contact, amenable to counsel.

Elena: When you were talking about the Heart Chakra, maybe it was Bob, it was said that the Heart could lead you in different places. I'm not sure how this aligns with the chakra, per se, but it seems like the Heart does lead you toward things that you are interested in. And I have been encouraged to pursue those areas that I am attracted toward…do those two ideas -- following your heart or following your interests conflict?…are they the same?…or are they even related?

TOMAS: "The Heart is a Lonely Hunter," they say. The Heart which is activated will hunt down what it wants as a Lion hunts down prey. And yet the Heart in the Animal is very self-oriented. It will help itself, even when it appears to be helping others.

The lesson about the 7 Adjutant Mind Spirits, always must be perceived as a level of comprehension which is human in nature, rather than Divine. It is at the top of the totem pole of comprehension, the lotus-blossom of enlightenment, that you are able to act upon your Spirit of Truth, in company with Conscious Connection to Divinity. And there are many who never attain that point. Much of humanity, you see, is content with the first 5 Adjutant Mind Spirits.

The Spirit of Worship is something that's been around as long as even primitive man, who worshiped fire, lightening, rocks, and the like. And so having the Spirit of Worship is not proof of a highly evolved individual; it is a part of the individual. Just like the Heart is not necessarily edified, not necessarily God-conscious, not necessarily committed to the Divine will. God is not always Man's Passion.

It will, however, be necessary for you to have a working knowledge of your own heart, in order for you to aspire to a Divine Love within you that will enable you to open yourself to the God Within you, Who's Heart is the Heart of God, and which will mold your Heart's desires, as a sculptor molds his clay.

However, such a commitment of the Will to do the Divine Will, is a matter of transcendence over the customary considerations given the Heart.

Have I put clarification on your question?

Elena: I think so, about the Heart part … and the choices. I'm still having trouble getting how you perform and enact God's will and know that. I guess it will take an eternity to understand.

TOMAS: It need not take more than a few minutes to understand His will for you.

Elena: Well, I have a few.

Group: [Laughter]

TOMAS: It will be redefined each time you attend another experiential classroom. Just look at your history of Love. You know that as a child you had certain things you loved. You had certain relatives that you rejoiced to see, certain events that evinced such joy you were sure to burst. This may have been Christmas morning. This may have been Daddy coming home from work. But this is a child's perception of Love. It gives you sense of comfort, security and joy.

The teen consciousness presents a New kind of Love, it is a more gregarious energy. It involves your society, your fellows, your peers, your ambitions, your aspirations, your popularity, your associations in terms of your plans, hopes, and dreams for the future. These fill your Heart. Perhaps arts, or science, or learning, is a passion with you and your Heart is filled to discover, or orate, or perform. This is a form of Love.

The pairing of people for the purpose of procreation provides another complete scenario of what Love is. It provides for romance and intimacy and a reflection of the loveliness of yourself, or the not-so-lovely, as well. Although the struggling hunter of the lonely heart seeks and finds intermediate satisfaction, the Longing will not be quenched until such time as the Divine Embrace envelopes you and you find the Source of your being in Spirit, and Truth. And suddenly your entire demeanor is uplifted, your countenance is raised up, you are no longer a mere animal -- emotional and time-bound -- but you have soared into the Eternal through the Knowledge of the Spirit.

This Love is The Eternal Love, the Eternal Satisfaction, and the Eternal Quest. With this Love in your Heart, all other loves are relative, even scaffolding en route to the Satisfying Love that is God.

This "knowing" is the Pearl of Great Price, the true treasure, the Heart's Delight. It is THIS Love that is found in the Heart of God, that you carry, even, within you, that is the Source of good works. It is that which cries out "Here I am! Lord, send me." And you can go fearlessly into the terrain because your Heart is at peace in its Source. This kind of Love enhances all other loves. Thus Love enhances all of life. And you have it now within you. And you know it. And therefore, whatever it is that you do is His will, for He is doing it with you and sometimes for you.

His Will is not afar off. His Will is in your hands. If you take His Life, given to you, and you begin to mold it, like a sculptor molds his clay, you can create a Life of pristine beauty, of rugged adventure, of sterling quality, of gay imagination, for what the Child of God wants and the Father wills, will be.

Sometimes you will get what you pray for only to discover that it wasn't really what you wanted but it was necessary to eliminate that from your ideologies in order to find that which will work. And working with God in these laboratories, these experiential workshops, will enable you to garner clearer vision, more acuity in perceiving our Father. And by perceiving Him, your own soul will reverberate with recognition of the Divine in such a way as you, too, will seek to say, "Here I am Lord. Send me. Teach me. Show me. Help me, that I may reveal you, Great One, greatest of all."

Elena: Thank you, Tomas.

TOMAS: Thank you for posing the question about Love and the Heart.

What else?

Mr. S.: I thought it was interesting where Bob was speaking of the chakra of the Heart and that its color is blue.

In Native American culture, we start our prayers in the East and its color is red. We proceed counter-clock-wise always finishing in the East, but the next direction is North and its color is blue. And there resides my Ally - the Blue Wolf of the North. These things are, as always. And the Black Owl of the South is the harbinger of Death….. and occasionally he flies out of his nest and flies toward me. And the Blue Wolf, I can see him catching him in thin air like he was a frisbee.

TOMAS: And what of the West?

Mr. S.: The West is the color of Black … home of Black Owl, harbinger of Death.

TOMAS: And the South?

Mr. S.: The South is colored White. It's the direction of peace. Every Warrior is pledged to walk the white path of peace, if they possibly can. And then returning and finishing in the East.

TOMAS: We have the promise of Onamonalonton [Ed.- "a far-distant leader of the red man and the one who directed this race from the worship of many gods to the veneration of "The Great Spirit." - Urantia Book, P.513-§8, also a member of the Council of 24, P.513] to visit when Bob has completed his series. You will enjoy your opportunity to meet with this great spiritual leader of the Red Men. There is so much to contribute to humanity by an understanding of the Red Race and its contribution to the evolution of religion.

Each race has brought its own unique coloration to the upstepping of humanity. Often they are interwoven. Sometimes even identical. And always a panorama of the purposive nature of God advancing in His people, leading us ever toward the lotus-blossom, the untold tomorrows of infinity. Such a plethora of richness is the fruit of your world.

We encourage you to consider the view of your world as being occasional dark spots on a white backdrop, as compared to a few illuminations on a dark background. For truly, your culture, your heritage is rich with the blessings of the upward struggle. The ascent from darkness into light, from rebellion into harmony, and from error into Right Order.

Share these riches freely among yourselves and enhance each other's understanding of how you perceive because in the group there is all knowledge. Shared knowledge is something you have to offer each other in such genuine fellowship, as we perceive here in your hallowed circle. Take this presence of perfection, this configuration of civility, and this wellspring of Divine affection into your realms this week, and as you encounter your fellows in the arena of life, be mindful of the efforts of the Mother, in and through the Adjutant Mind Spirits, to uplift Her children and bring them into the presence of the Spirit of Truth, which will lead them to Her bridegroom, the Master-Son.

TOMAS: The piece ("Close to Thee") was well chosen, yes. The tonal quality was, and remains, conducive to the stilling of the system that will enable you to prepare yourselves to receive, and for us to deliver to you, those words which will sink into your deep mind in order for you to allow yourselves to be enhanced in ways which will serve you for eternity.

The concern, as to whether or not you will doze off and disregard my message of the day is of no concern to me, for you are will creatures who have within you the ability to ascertain the reach you are willing to take and when. And while we would hope for your acknowledgment, it would not stop us from delivering our lessons since even your unconscious mind benefits from our energy as it is expressed in your midst, as it is received in your midst.

Receiving Truth into your being is a process which transpires over time and which is never-ending. It is always adaptable to your ability to comprehend at any given moment. It is always dependent upon your receptivity capacity. This will help explain how it is that you can seem to have so many things in common and yet when you dissect your understanding you find difference of comprehension. And while that may cause concern for some, it is no concern of ours since the Spirit is that which will coordinate these comprehensions in such a way as to allow you to make sense of what you perceive as your reality.

We embrace you all with affection, an affection which deepens consistently and considerably as you avail yourself of those realities which make you more than you were. Not because we didn't like you before, but because we are more free to flow within the Living Water of the spirit dimension. The less resistance you provide to the Word of God, the more intelligently you are able to sift through the offerings of counsel as it is received by you through your mechanism of the transmitter/receiver, and absorb into your soul that which is necessary for your sustenance for this period in your growing.

Sometimes the smartest thing you can do is take a nap and allow the Voice of Spirit to cater to you, to replenish you, to assure you of the loving universe in which you reside, so that in the safety of your fellows and peers, in the security of our embrace, you are allowed to rest and bask in the embrace of the Divine.

Those of you who have the stamina to persevere and endure our attempts to acclimate and enlighten you, are also greatly appreciated for the simple purpose of acknowledgment.

And on that note I will acknowledge our visitor, What About Bob, who has more to offer on the Adjutant Mind Spirits that have become a more conscious dimension of your reality expression. I shall return. One moment please.

WHAT ABOUT BOB: What About Bob? Good afternoon, my students and associates.

I've been conversing with Onamonalonton "off-line" after Tomas's indication last week that, after I'm finished, Onamonalonton will come along and get to know you somewhat. I have been afforded the opportunity to get to know him, somewhat, myself.

And so while I'm at it, perhaps you will be glad to know the room is full. The host and hostess, Tomas and Anatolia, are joined today by heavenly helpers of the orders of cherubim/sanobim as well as many, many angels. There are Life Carriers in attendance. Machiventa will be here for a portion of the gathering. Heaven knows there are many midwayers, without whom we could not make this connection. With that information, please take time to feel the environment that is prevailing, the atmosphere of heightened electrochemical charge, as it were.

This dimension in which you are consciously swimming, is one which is only possible as a result of having attained a level of consciousness which has elevated you beyond the mere circuitries of the 7 Adjutant Mind Spirits. However, you have not "outgrown" your need for them, or their value to you, as creatures of the realm. And yet the atmosphere of spiritually charged ions is only possible after you have allowed yourself to accept the Greater Reality of Christ-consciousness, that self consciousness which comes from having had a conversion, a spiritual rebirth, being born of the Spirit, an awareness of another dimension of actuality that many have not attained, have not taken time to acknowledge.

But while we're on this plateau of spiritual enculturation, look back and across the sea of humanity and allow the pictures to come to your mind, to waft into your super-consciousness, of how it is that individuals will have those moments, whether they are deemed daydreaming, "spaced out," or beside themselves -- with: grief, joy, anger, rapture, lust, or glee -- that could be construed as a spiritual moment, one which brought about some sense of awe. Not only in terms of Beauty -- for Beauty readily induces awe, but in Truth, a literal Truth which far transcends academic truth.

This Spirit of Truth, that you can attain, and which you are, even now, proving that you can attain by sitting in this transcendent atmosphere, is the pinnacle of the Animal existence. It is the culmination of all of the Ministries of the 7 Adjutant Mind Spirits, beginning with the Spirit of Intuition and rising through the Spirit of Understanding, the Spirit of Courage, the Spirit of Knowledge, the Spirit of Counsel, the Spirit of Worship, and even the Spirit of Wisdom to give full reign and authority to the mind of Christ-consciousness, which is even greater than the conceived lotus-blossom of human perception.

Human wisdom is, indeed, a profound capacity. The creations of harnessing nature, understanding atoms, discovering DNA, curing Polio, creating fine art, great music, the ability to empath with others and commiserate. The full range of human experience is had in and through the Ministry of the 7 Adjutant Mind Spirits, and yet are infinitely enhanced by the Spirit of Truth, which is the culmination of all these things.

With the Spirit of Truth you are able to set aside your own sense of Intuition and allow God to intuit for you. You are able to set aside your own Understandings and allow the Divine Spirit to help you comprehend the new way. In mastering your self and your own Courage comprehensions, you are giving the Spirit the opportunity to help you become who you really are, to reveal to you your True identity, to enable your personality to flourish as God gave it to you, not as it has been molded by your culture. And with Christ-consciousness, you have the Courage then to be all that you can be.

The Spirit of Truth leads you into the presence of the Master, into the Christ-consciousness, such that your Heart is overflowing with the Divine Love, the Source of our being, the very Personal Pulse and Heartbeat of Life, ever fostering affection and growth in realities, so that your comprehension of Love can be raised-up, not to eliminate or belittle lesser loves, no, but to add the Spirit dimension to those loves of the animal, of the human, that will render them a Reflection of the Divine.

Thus, too, does the Spirit affect the Spirit of Counsel, for rather than sitting around opining about what your thoughts are to offer or your comprehension of things, you are able to ask for the Voice of God to speak through you and express the Greater Value, the Greater Wisdom, and you, yourself, will allow your lesser ego comprehension to abide by the Truths that have come down from Paradise, a Greater Application of Perfection Expression and Divine Will, through you and your Spirit of Counsel.

The knowledge of Sonship, the experience of Sonship, is indicative of the yearning which is striven for by the Adjutant Spirit of Worship. It longs to exalt itself, its Source. It is here, the 6th Adjutant Mind Spirit of Worship, which, being so close to Comprehension, is the real source of the phrase, 'a little learning is a dangerous thing.' And there is, perhaps, nothing more dangerous than unfinished growth, for if you stop your development at the level of the Spirit of Worship, you might find yourself worshiping yourself, falling in love with yourself, which was the folly of Lucifer. And, to some extent, of Judas.

But to allow yourself to transcend yourself, even your own appreciation of Worship, lifts you up into the dimension of God-consciousness that washes away mere mortal imaginings of what True Worship reveals to the True Sons and Daughters of God. That knowledge provides you with Wisdom, the understanding that you are a marvelous and incredible creation, capable of all manner of things and doings. And yet you fall short of being God Himself, because you are a creation of God. And this knowledge is a part of the Spirit of Wisdom, which gives you the essential clarity to embrace your rightful humility in that, 'I am a Son of I Am'.

However, in surrendering to the province of the Spirit of Truth, the over-control of the Master Son and His Divine Minister, you are able to act for God as He allows you the opportunity, as He provides you the avenue in which you may serve, and from that vantage point, have the respect of the Agents that have conspired to make you what you are today: an animal of the realm, evolved from the Life Force implanted by the Mother Spirit through the Life Carriers so many, many, many millennia ago.

And how triumphant is this recognition that through traversing the gifts of the Adjutant Mind Spirits, you are brought into the presence of the Spirit of Truth, which is the Son of God Himself. This is the great experiment. This is the great undertaking. Thus when you behold those who have not yet grasped the comprehension of Divine Sonship but who are still experimenting with the powers and influence of the Adjutant Mind Spirits, all 7 of them, it is within your power to prevail and use that which you have been given, and that which you have mastered, to God for His use in service to His creation. And how better can you reflect that you are the Fruit of His branches?

I will conclude my portion of the program for the afternoon, in full-faith of the efforts of my teachings having been implanted in your soul as surely as the Life Force has been implanted in you and which is, even now, reaching and aspiring to return to its Source of All, the Universal Father in Paradise. Thank you.

TOMAS: I hand you the mike, my associate.

ANATOLIA: There is a bright day dawning -- not just today, but in general -- when hearts and minds everywhere can open to the new awareness of a Life Force within them that has Consciousness beyond the me of 'my wants and needs,' but to the value of All That Is. That day, believe it or not, is not that far off. I'm not speaking of a 'day of judgment,' or Armageddon, or anything else that one may have in their treasure trove of reference points for Spiritual awareness, or points of culmination that bring souls to higher awareness, but rather the point of awareness that one reaches when their life experience and the desire to know and understand, have reached a point of equilibrium. This point of equilibrium is brought about in everyone's life, that is, in the sense of 'everyone' being equivalent to the universal 'you,' when these particular achievements have been accomplished.

Much of what has been presented by Bob is, certainly, the heart and soul of that which I speak. I speak in as not as technical terms, not because I'm unaware or not as educated as others, but rather those who are dedicated and committed to this body of knowledge, as professors are in their field of study. I leave that detailed work of professorship to those more suited to the lesson at hand.

However, what I can tell you is brought to you with the greatest of care and confidence, That one who cares for your well-being and for your place in the Universe, has to share with you. That is, I, whom you can regard as an 'ancient' or forbearing, having-been-there, type of personality presence that is more than just a voice or a squawk, like a parrot may be, but rather you can take my presence as that of a loving, caring relative who has known your ancestors for years, who knows everything about your past in terms of aunts and uncles and heritage and personalities and where the family silver is kept, all of those intimate details that make you and I relatives, characters in the universal landscape that can be as prominent and as present as any of your mountains monuments may be. Our presence in the Universe is just as such.

Each and all have their place. Each and all occupy their place in time and space and beyond. Nothing is mishap or mistaken. Nothing is misplaced. Only those who consider themselves lost, and mistaken, perhaps, are momentarily misplaced and mistaken, but in actuality, one cannot destroy the energy which God has created. The only thing that can destroy such energy is the wish to self-extinguish. This is something, however, I am not prepared, nor authorized, to discuss as a point of ethereal higher truth and knowledge. In other words, such feelings are far beyond my capability to discuss.

I merely wish to present that your place, and my place with you, is one of the deepest, and most secure, of fond relationships. I have used the term, time and again, and if you have not already determined the nature of the relationship of which I discuss, it is that of a forebearer, a relative that has gone before you, but is of just, in your terms, your parental generation. So that my relationship to you is like that of an aging, yet still-with-you, Aunt, who is knowledgeable of, again, your ancestors and where your generational expression has its source.

In the long and short, I wish for you to consider me a permanent Aunt relative in your lineage who is with you and will be with you, unlike the material representatives of your parents generation who have loved and cared for you as well but have passed on from the physical to the ethereal realms. My only point is to let you know that, that kind of care and concern and identification with your being is with you and will remain with you, even as you will pass into the ethereal realms.

I wish to take you on rides through the Cosmos, much as Wendy did with Peter Pan and the children, as they flew through the Time/Space scenario to experience and to heighten their awareness and celebrate their joy for being alive and part of the eternal plan. I look forward to those magic carpet rides, if you will, to show you where I have been and to show you where you are going, to be with you in mind, body and spirit as our beings change from their state, as you know them, to other states of being, much as a kaleidoscope changes from one shape and form, however the Light that projects, remaining constant, allows for new formations to take place.

I could go on with illusion and other reference, however time is important at this point and I wish for you to know, if you have not already been able to tell, that my love and support and eternal commitment to remaining in your service are always with you.

So peace be with you and have a happy, thankful and productive week of work and celebration and solemn appreciation of all that you have been afforded, both physically and spiritually. Peace be with you.

We appreciate all that you have set before us, as a feast before our Father. All we have to do is to be courageous enough to go to the table to partake, and to allow ourselves and those that we know and love and share the planet with, the opportunities for mistakes and learning and to become the complete beings that you made us to be.

"We ask for the teachers that you send to us today, to send the message that you intend for us to hear and that we have the ears, or the subconscious, to comprehend. And for all else that you know to be true and necessary, within our hearts and minds, we pray now and always. Amen."

TOMAS: I am Tomas.

Good afternoon, my dear friends and mortal family members, those of you present and those of you far off, who, none-the-less, and even so, are a part the priceless children of God who I regard as my younger siblings. What a joy it is to be your relative, for the safety and security to be found in the Spirit is strengthening and freeing.

The realm of reality which emits from the growing Supreme Being, of which you are a part, is the dimension of reality which is becoming the conduit for the Great and Original Universal Father. You are conscious of Sonship. Today we pause to give thanks to Father for Sonship.

And from that Source of acknowledgment of our being it is very easy, then, to formulate the descending steps of reality, for which we are thankful, even including the dimension of the material, which is your dwelling place. We are honored to be a part of your Uplifting and would speak to your appreciation of the civility of social harmony. And how this atmosphere of love-saturated-souls, coming together in worship and in joy, adds a dimension to your socialization that establishes in your midst a recognition of the consciousness of Divinity in your lives -- and between you -- thus representing not only our civility but your fraternity in the Spirit Family of God.

The very acknowledgment of God lends a New Consciousness to Socialization. And the more personal the relationship with God, the more personal is your social intercourse.

I call you together now as a Family, Sons and Daughters of the God of Eternity, and lend a hand in your stalwart efforts now to carry your consciousness into your arena and light the spark of Truth in the Soul of those, your brethren, who are not courageous in the Spirit, but who hover together in the comfort of completely worldly realities while anticipating and expecting the world to continue to revolve around their will. What we know, students, is that in and through the Divine Will are we found, are we made perfect, are we lifted up, are we rendered blameless.

Let me ask you now, if you recall in your text a reference to the Last Supper when Jesus turned to Judas and said, in essence, in effect, 'if you're going to do it, do it now.' How did he know he was being betrayed?

Matthew: He knew everything. That may be a childish response, but…

Elena: I think if … unless you love somebody -- If you're going away from somebody, you can tell the direction -- I think that unless you are feeling love from certain people, in certain ways, that probably each one of us could tell that.

Ms. M.: But he would certainly be better able to do that we could. I'm sure Jesus read the signs too.

TOMAS: Anyone else?

Esmeralda: But he even knows what we think and what we like to do or what we do.

TOMAS: They have sent me to teach you what he knows, as it is within your capacity to be as effective as he was when he was here.

I don't say this to discourage you, or chide you, but … By exalting Jesus as the Son of God and giving him credit for his Divine Dimensions, you seem to exclude yourself from having the same capacities, as a human being, that he had.

Esmeralda: I think we do. Some people are just more perceptive than others who don't sense things as much.

TOMAS: This is very true.

Esmeralda: I think you can read from expressions and from actions.

TOMAS: This is my point. This is also follow-up to the series of lessons from cherubim Bob, about the Adjutant Mind Spirits.

Student: …the Spirit of Intuition…?

TOMAS: The Spirit of Intuition might serve to trigger you if you are open to being triggered. It is as easy to shut down your mind and refuse these impulses as it is to courageously assay these intuitive glimpses at the reality at which you work.

This places a responsibility on you all. You who are conscious of consciousness, you who are super-conscious, are able to discern, through the Spirit of Truth, those factors which go into allowing the Spirit of Truth to have its way. As long as you reject or resist the gift of the Adjutant Mind Spirits, you are asking to be held and protected from life's vicissitudes. If you are protected such, from life's vicissitudes, you will be ineffectual in your work in the realm.

This is my way of underscoring the relative importance of understanding the human condition. For while you enjoy the supreme experience of Sonship, in company of others of like mind, you are a minority. "The harvest is great but the workers are few."

Let me appeal to my co-teacher, Anatolia, for her refreshing presence.

Ms. M.: Can I ask a question first?

TOMAS: Very well.

Ms. M.: When you said that Jesus said, "Go and do it now. If you're going to do it, go and do it now." And then you asked 'how did he know?' I think he could tell because Judas had been doing things up to that point that probably left clues -- meeting with people, and so on, isn't that true? I mean, you wouldn't have to be a great mind-reader to know that Judas was up to something.

TOMAS: He only had to be aware, and conscious, not only of himself but those who were near him.

Ms. M.: …and he knew them all so well, having spent so much time with them, and they were very close to him…

TOMAS: …and being fearless in his understanding of their capacities as a result of their ability to respond to the Spirit.

The primary disadvantage of the original Apostles was that the Spirit of Truth had not yet been poured out upon all flesh, and the absence of Thought Adjusters in general made for a fairly material reality, without Light.

Elena: And the other disciples couldn't tell that Judas was going to do that either, could they?

TOMAS: As is common in those who are un-awake, all of life's reality revolves around themselves and they are disinclined to invest the time observing and taking these curiosities in prayer to the ultimate authority, as you are invited to do in this Teaching Mission, in accessing Stillness with your concerns. And not only your concerns for yourself but your concerns for your fellows. This kind of "golden rule" behavior, will involve you with humanity and sure enough, "the sure pathway to trouble".

Thoroah: So Jesus didn't 'know' just because he was Jesus. He knew because he knew how to find out?

TOMAS: Precisely. And I want you all to grasp this truth because as children you have such a penchant for allowing God to have all the answers and you as being Godless, or without God-likeness, which, of course, entails perception, consciousness, awareness. One thing God is, is aware of himself and all of his kingdom. The farther away from Paradise you go the denser it gets and you are of a dense origin, but you are in the Light.

And today, as I see you gathered around in celebration of the Light, it comes to me to remind you again of how valuable this gathering can be in fortifying you in your reality for your efforts in the field. You have to have faith, of course, but you will be upheld by the Spirit of Truth, the magnanimity of Michael, but it behooves you to have done your homework and to have learned all you can about your arena. Just as we are teaching you now, in this Melchizedek University, the efforts of morontia-izing your life experience to better your universe.

Ms. S.: Well, as the old cliché goes, Life is a Learning Experience, and it's up to us to open our minds and our hearts so all of this just sort of soaks right in.

TOMAS: Well said, Little Sponge. [Loud group laughter]

Ms. S.: That is the first time I have ever been called that! [More laughter]

TOMAS: You are, however, open to the Living Water and how glad I am that you open yourself to the Spirit in which we all find ourselves and in which we delight to share each other's company.

Anatolia, I believe the path is open.

ANATOLIA: I am with you this afternoon, again, on this wonderful day in New Mexico. You are to be encouraged and also deliberate in your efforts to appreciate that which is around you. You have been graced with an atmosphere, and surroundings, which are admirable and pleasant to behold and to experience and, in addition, with regularity, that most of the nation, if not world, are unable to appreciate.

There are other places that are considered, perhaps, even more desirable, because of their exotic or more bountiful blessings with foliage, the mountains and the ocean --nevertheless your surroundings are pristine in their origin and your intentions to aid it by being conscious of the delightful surroundings, will help bless it for yourselves and for future generations.

I say this only to have you be aware of your surroundings, as is the lesson for the day, and in that, you can easily blend that which you encounter on our daily sojourn through your reality as you know it, so that you can have an experience of experiencing "heaven on earth."

It is not to be expected, however, that 'heaven on earth' will be trial-less or error-free or exempt from the vicissitudes, as referred to earlier, but rather that your attitude and your adaptability to adjust to those variations, will be 'heaven-like,' that is, as the Master had taught. It is your relationship with your Heavenly Father that is yours to establish and to control.

Knowing that it exists is taking advantage of a ride from a neighbor without ever repaying the offer. Not doing your part is mooching, if you will. The Universe does not provide free rides for long, for there is always a price of admission. However, this price of admission, as has been illustrated through many lessons, many Biblical readings, and the like, is simply your faith. Faith is your admission to the Eternal Dream, the Eternal Relationship where peace and justice flow like a river, where that which you expect is provided, that which is necessary is bequeathed, that which is all in all will be sufficient.

So I bring you tidings of good cheer and encourage you to appreciate your surroundings, wherever they may be. Particularly, where you are is an enviable position from almost any point on the planet. There are those who are, again, in more "more desirable" locations, but yours offers altitude as well opportunity for attitude adaptation.

I leave you in good company and good celebration for the thanks that you give is ours as well. We are grateful for your time, your attention and most of all, your adaptability to spiritual schooling and opportunities for our growth as well. For there is not a teacher around who would not inform you that they are constant learners as well.

TOMAS: Again, I'm Tomas, are there questions this afternoon?

Ms. M.: I've been wanting, for the longest time, to ask my spiritual name, and have never gotten around to it. If you have access to that.

TOMAS: The name formulating before me would appear to be a variation on the French automobile, the Renault. (Can you spell it?) Closest representative spelling: R-E-N-A-U-L-T

Renault: Does it come with a meaning?

TOMAS: No. It comes with a quality, and its quality is made more as you become more, in your perfecting process.

But quality is such, genuine quality is such, that it stands on its own. There is no comparison. It simply is quality. And you, Renault, are that kind of quality.

'Renault' sounds hard. Ren-no is more accurate in pronunciation, but spelled with the "t" for translation purposes. Is this helpful?

Renault: Yes. Thank you!

Ms. S.: Does everyone in our group have a spiritual name, 'cause if so, I'd like to have one, too.

TOMAS: We have many terms of endearment. [Group laughter]

Ms. S.: "Sponge was really good! - [More laughter]

TOMAS: I admit it slipped out one day when I wasn't minding my tongue. "Paula" is how you are recognized. [Some group discussion and chatter about the name]

Paula: Does Mr. S. have one, too?

TOMAS: Yes.

Mr. S.: What is it?

TOMAS: Let me try to access it. [Long pause]

Your Native American aspects afford you a name which incorporates the flavor of the Red Race, thus it is a more Indian sounding name than some, but it comprises three (3) distinct syllables and if I were to pronounce it I would say men-o-pah. M-E-N - O - P-A-H. Men-O-pah'.

Men-O-pah is a journey into mythicism and nobility at once. Many of you have a perception that mythical, like mystical, is effervescent and unreal, as if it were a lesser reality. However it is an essential part of the quality of humanity that has become your legacy as you have evolved. The barbarous, barbaric specimens of evolving man, lack such a quality. They lack imagination. The quality, therefore, of the mythical and mystical is an advancement and a quality of life that those of you who are remnants of the Blue Race are inclined to disdain as being irrelevant.

Not only have we here a man who is mythogorical, mythological, what is the word...? The ability fly, to soar, to encroach, to listen, to become at one with the Great Spirit, is a quality NOT to be ignored but to be exalted. And this quality is found not to be extraneous or effeminate, perhaps because of the noble nature of the beast, who, like the horse, like the snake, like the buffalo, is purposive and stalwart. These are qualities in this man, Men-O-pah.

My Spirit greets your Spirit. [Profound moment as their Spirits greet].

Men- O-pah: I'm grateful to ya, Tomas. [Group chatter about Mr. S.'s spiritual name]

Esmeralda: But, Tomas, you didn't tell Ms. S. about the name 'Paula" and I'll bet she'd like to know.

TOMAS: Let me discuss, then, the nomenclature that surrounds this Empress. Here we have a fiery power, altogether capable of discerning the circumstances surrounding the situation at hand. "Paula" is woman who knows how to "count the cost" and ascertain the merits of advancing or retreating. It is no wonder that a woman like "Paula" would find the companionship of a man like Men-o-pah to her advantage.

'Paula' is also a tribal member of the Christian sect, having carried in her being the reality of its namesake, even while largely shedding the accouterments of the religion which counter-point Paul was able to create. Because, frankly, he had many of the same qualities as our good Paula. Both you and Paul have traveled far and wide, promoting that which you believe in. And while you have not necessarily been a preacher, or even a teacher, (even though you have done both of those), you have been a demonstrator of the qualities of reality that you hold up as being worthy of every man. This is no little woman. This is a warrior.

Paula: You give me a lot to live up to.

TOMAS: I will convey to you -- Well, no, let me move over because Jesus would like to say a word or two.

JESUS: Welcome me into your campground. I have been here, of course, all the time. I have great anticipation for your gatherings, you have given me many happy reminders of my own conferences with the original apostles. And so now I take great delight in these, you, my modern day, apostles, who keep my reality alive.

Let me say then, Paula, that I am certain you are capable of living up to that which you are being created for and to do, for you are becoming yourself. Nothing is required of you that is not a part of you inherently, and I have great faith in you that you will yearn and aspire yourself into fullness, in the fullness of time.

You are indeed fortunate here. I have often thought this village, this environment, resembled my home when I lived here in the flesh. It is wonderful to be able to rather readily move away from the hustle-bustle of the marketplace and find silence, as you do here. Drawing away from the industry of existence allows me to come to you, gives me space in your soul-place, to be there for you when you reach for me.

We are able to work together in the embrace of our missions of upholding our Father and revealing him to his children who have not yet realized how loving he is. How sad that so many of my children have no understanding of how loving our Father is. And how loving I am. And how loving you are. It is at campfire gatherings, such as this, that we are able to stoke the fire of the Spirit that lives within us, each and all, and that allows our steadily glowing embers of light to warm those who are chilled, and to light the path of those in darkness.

I believe in each of you and in your capacity. I go with you into your arena, and so, be of good cheer as we work for the furtherance of Our Father.

TOMAS: Good afternoon. I am Tomas, your host, humble students and teachers, all, for I have with me today many associates, possible guests. Anatolia is flanking me as associate teacher, and our hearts greet you and go out to also greet all of those in this extended family, those who are attendees in person and those who attend ever and only in our spirit of communion as we gather together in appreciation of our mutual Sonship.

I greet you in the wake of the Master's meaningful moment with you last week, which we have discussed in our ranks, as we Teachers are also Students. We also gather round the campfire of experiential living to hear from the Master, his perspective, for in this we gain the advantage of his knowledge of you in-so-far as he is also familiar with your world.

You who heard him discuss the Darkness and the Light as ALL under his control, over-control, were privy to the perspective of the Creator Son. That is a perspective that we in the Teacher Corps do not have and which we also benefit from. Thus, in the wake of his words, we reunite in enthusiasm to forge ahead in our curriculum of learning,

ONAMONALONTON: Greetings. I will step down from my place in the Council of 24 to join with you today to provide a perspective which comes from my having been a walker on this world once, as well. I was of the red race. I retain many racial qualities, which I will not relinquish before my time. Why would I want to relinquish that which has such bearing on my character and the quality of my Being?

One of the many gifts I was able to give to my people was the gift of Conscious Listening. What enabled me to cause a race of people to Listen within themselves to Hear the Great Spirit, was a gift to me, as well. For that I have no explanation. However, it seemed to be time for my people to begin the undertaking of the Awareness of the Great Spirit, which then added to our character as a race of people, to give us a perspective of the energy at work in the atmosphere, which is filled with the information that is given to those who will Listen.

The Gift of Listening is not done with the ears. Ears are the proboscis, that which sticks out, the obvious. But the Art of Listening, the Gift of Hearing the Voice of God, that is not in the 'ear' as much as it is in the Essence of existence.

In this room, now, you can hear clocks ticking. They are marking time, in the material sense, and they are as 'music,' in-as-much as they indicate to you that you are a part of the Heartbeat of life. They remind you, as does the beating heart, that you are a part of Creation; that you Live. But they cannot capture the quality of life that goes beyond the dimension of that which you can see and hear and feel with the senses, the Gifts which we know well up from an Invisible Source.

When you learn to Listen, you Listen with the physical as well as with the Invisible. You can see beyond the obvious to the subtle. You begin to trust that which you cannot see and hear, more than that which you can see with your eyes and ears. This perception of the Great Spirit is a part of the relationship which I shared with my people and which you are only beginning to understand, you people of the modern world.

Are there questions of me, in-as-much as I am here?

Elena: You speak beautifully. How did you bring your people to listen? Did it take your entire lifetime or were they more open to it at that time?

ONAMONALONTON: I was fortunate, as you are fortunate, to be alive at a time in the development of racial evolution that put me in a position to be able to act upon the circumstances that were there. I was in the right place at the right time, like you and your self-revelations. Shall we call them 'ideas?' Like Jesus, who had insights about a Greater Reality than he saw as he stood looking at the city of Jerusalem, I was given a 'glimpse,' and I acted on the "spirit prompts" as I saw them appear. I acted on Faith. I did not know I was a 'religious leader' any more than you know that you are a 'religious leader.'

The people of my time were ready, for they were indeed barbaric and insensitive in many ways, but there were enough incidences of animalistic behavior that caused my fellows to 'feel' something. As a result of the battles they'd fought together, the camaraderie they had experienced, then to see them die in battle, gave a sense of predestined urgency to 'find another way' to live.

In this rather subconscious state of yearning they were vulnerable to influence. Much of the influence was from the Dark side, the bellicose, that provoked them into further animalistic and destructive behavior, but I persisted in putting forth that which was a part of my 'visions,' my perspectives -- the revelations that were provided to me by Power greater than myself. I talked aloud about these things. I appealed to their heart. I spoke about their friends who had been lost and about the quality of friendship that was Noble and the incidents which I saw as having reflected Character. I exalted these emotions.

I did not show respect for those who refused to follow me, or hear me. And, while it took time, there came to be a following and we became a Conscious Force. We bonded. We banded. We upheld one another much as you are doing today in your new Dispensation, your New Age, this Fifth Epoch.

We learned to Listen and we became more than we were. Our ways changed. And while there were, and remain, those who will not Listen, those who would rather "fight than switch," we endure because of our Value, and we augment our Value by Listening.

I smile and say to you that we have been practicing The Stillness for a long time. We sometimes find the raucousness of your culture to be hostile to the Spirit for it fills up all the atmosphere with Chaos, which disallows the Harmony of the Universe to penetrate into your Soul, into your Heart, into what will be your Family and your Home, if you will Listen.

Paula: What era are you describing? What years were these?

ONAMONALONTON: These were pre-history. Well before Genesis. Certainly before Moses. Back when we were tribal.

Elena: Did Machiventa visit you? Like he did Abraham?

ONAMONALONTON: We were far more primitive than the noble Abraham. We are a very old race of people.

Elena: What's the Council of 24?

ONAMONALONTON: We are holding forth as a Governing body in Jerusem, which is the Capitol of your System. When you go through all the Mansion Worlds you will 'graduate' from the System at its Capitol, which is Jerusem. I share this honor (serving on the Council) with many, and most are from Urantia.

We are naturally focused on what is transpiring on Urantia, your world, because of its situation in the Rebellion, how it was quarantined, set-aside, set-apart, how it was visited by Jesus, the Creator of our Local Universe and now is being re-encircuited into the Constellation Fields as a result of the adjudication of the Lucifer rebellion, which occurred when Jesus was here. While 2000 years may seem a long time to you, in terms of those of us who have been around for thousands upon thousands of years, it is as two weeks! But you may be assured that one of the Laws of the Universe is Cause and Effect. This is what Christ Michael spoke of last week: Cause and Effect, basically. You would say 'what goes up must come down.' What is begun must be ended, must be resolved, must come to fruition.

What you begin in Time will be finished in Eternity, and whether it is contributing to the overall or, rather, an attempt to deter development, is something which will only be revealed in Time. And once again, I remind you of the Value of Listening for in learning to Listen and … really understanding what The Stillness is, you will be able to discern what time it is in God's Time. You will be able to read the Great Spirit for the circumstances and conditions in which you can, and may, operate in affecting the growth of the Supreme Being by your actions, your will.

You are a significant influence in the Galaxy, even as you find yourselves a mote of Stardust.

Men-O-pah carries with him the blood of our ancestors. In him is a glimpse of our racial memory. Within him resides a composition of cellular structure which is unknown to you of the Blue race. Or of other races. However, the part of you, Men-O-pah, which is of the red race and the red man's composition, is so few as to diffuse the spectrum which was with us when I was one of you.

There are no pure races today in your world. But when I lived here, we were pure races. We were definitely 'different.' You now, who think you are 'different' - yellow, red, black and white -- are nothing, in terms of 'difference,' to what we knew when we were born. What you have now is a very cosmopolitan admixture of race, which has still a long way to go before it is completely amalgamated into the quality of Human Race which was intended in the original Master Plan.

But, you see, with all of the exceptions-to-the-rule, which you are here on Urantia, which you represent to the Greater neighborhood of Cosmic Citizens, you and I depict an element of reality which is noteworthy in the development of evolving worlds. And thus we are privileged to have and share this unique experience of being from this most extraordinary world.

Let me return you to Tomas, with whom you are familiar. I will visit again at some time, as this culture is a potential gold mine of students of Greater Realities for which I will work on behalf of your mission, to accomplish.

Farewell.

Paula: Before you leave, two questions. One, when you were with us, what part of today's world did you live in?

ONAMONALONTON: No part. I lived so many thousands of years ago, I have no experience in this modern world at all. I have been busy all this time, in fact, ascending through the Mansion Worlds and serving in Jerusem. And so, much of your development I was not even aware of. Let me try to give you an example, Paula, of what I mean.

Let us take a television program that has been on the television for 20 years. Was there a program in your frame of reference that is on today that was on 20 years ago? Or perhaps a movie star that you admired 20 years ago who is still acting today. Let us say you were quite close to that reality 20 years ago but for some reason you were distracted from watching the program or knowing intimately the career or changes that have gone about, but you turned on the TV yesterday, or this morning, and saw how they had developed , or how they had aged. This would be like my experience with Urantia.

At one time I knew it as a reality and I turned my back for a few years to do something else and when I turned around to look again it was completely changed. It was still Urantia, and there were flavors of it that still existed but it was nothing compared to the way it was. For example, today it is in Technicolor. In my day, it was in black and white.

Does that help you understand?

Paula: Yes. And the other question is, what is it like where you are now?

ONAMONALONTON: Well, very astute question. The fact is, it would be very difficult for me to convey to you what it is like where I am now for you have no frame of reference for it, and even your entertainment depictions are not capable of picking up the environment in which I work and exist at this time.

It would be, for me, a work of fiction to portray to you, so that you could understand, what my living circumstances are like today. I will tell you, though, for relationship sake, I have friends and associates. While I do not have what you would call 'family,' I have the realization that those with which I work and associate are also my 'family.' We rest but we do not sleep. We take in energy but we do not eat food. We are surrounded by stimuli but it is not sentient. We read but we do not have books.

We learn but with a different mind. While it is not all-pervasive, it is quite extensive. What I'll ask you to do now is look at a system of monitoring, such as you might find in a major hotel, where there is a room in which 20 television screens monitor what is going on in all the hallways and entrances. This is a very crude depiction of what it is like to see from my vision, for I can 'look in on you' through my 'monitor.' And that means, literally, millions of personalities -- though I don't normally occupy myself by peering into your lives.

We could go on for hours about how it is in my world, but I am more interested in your world, for you are the one who lives it and you are the one before me. I've been invited here to talk to you about Listening and that is what I have done. I am glad that you have 'heard' so much of what I have to say.

In that light, I will add one more thing before I go, and that has to do with Discernment. For in Listening you can Discern the Harmonics of the reality which is presenting itself. With that ability, you will be able to Discern with the Spirit of Truth. You will know how to avoid deception. You will hear the cacophony of chaos and refuse to budge, until such time as the Way is Clear and the Music of the Spheres fills you with that Clarity which invites you forward. There is Value to what might appear to be stubbornness. But when your very existence is at stake, you will Be Still and Listen. Because your Life depends upon it. With that I take my leave.

Paula: That was so interesting! I wish he could go on some more.

TOMAS: Tomas, resuming the podium. What a variety of personalities the Father provides within his family of Sons and Daughters! What abundance is there for the taking! What have you been up to? Have you been about the Father's business? Have you been growing? Have you had conflicts? Is there something to celebrate? Please, be open with me.

Esmeralda: I've been fortunate for this past week, six days, I guess. Five or six days, taking a delightful little girl to school because her grandmother has been out of town and her mother works….and it has been a joy to be around such a delightful little girl. So that is something that has been different and quite a blessing for me this week.

TOMAS: "What Child is This?" What constitutes childlikeness? What makes a child delightful? What gift do children bring that they remind us of the trusting qualities of Sonship? How do they refresh our perception with their wide-eyed wonder at what is unfolding before them. How precious to see the Innocents who have an eternal frame of reference, who have not stumbled over the realms of birth and death to the extent they have lost their exuberance for what is next.

Let us go around the room, then, and take a look at yourself and your neighbor, how it is that they reflect such a quality of childlikeness? Thoroah, you were thinking these very thoughts earlier today. What about you is childlike?

Thoroah: I…

Paula: I think my faith is childlike because I've always believed, just as I was taught as a small child, that when our time on earth is done -- the body, of course, just goes to nothing but dust, but that part isn't important. -- What I believe, and always will believe, is that your soul goes to the Heaven that Jesus told us about when he said "I go to prepare a place for you. In my Father's house are many mansions." And I believe that although the body dies the soul lives on forever and it must go somewhere … to heaven --or wherever it is that God is waiting for us. Am I right?

TOMAS: Yes. This is correct.

This is a child, indeed. Have I not said so before? She sits on my lap and insists upon my attention.

Paula: I guess you're right.

TOMAS: She has that quality of self-centeredness that precocious children have, which is entertaining and which diverts the mature mind from its incessant musing. Therefore, Paula has contributed to our discussion that children are distracting. And pleasingly so.

It is the child-ISH-ness which gets them in trouble, as it gets you in trouble, all of you. Childishness is a different quality than child-LIKE-ness. Childishness is petulance that always wants its own way and always wants to be the center of attention. It always wants to go first, be first, and be unmindful of others, as compared to child-LIKE-ness which will portray the Goodness of the child which loves to serve, which will take the plate of cookies around to each person at the party and curtsey in delight to play the role of Giver. Precocious student, is our Paula.

But Thoroah, you were saying?

Thoroah: I still look at the Universe as I did when I was young -- I've only added another dimension to the Universe by becoming older, but -- I can remember looking out, as a walker on this planet, wondering about the Universe -- and that wonderment is still there. There's a lot of 'musing' going along with it but the wonderment is still there. That's probably my most child-LIKE-ness quality. I have a lot of child-ISH qualities, too.

TOMAS: You feel your childlikeness, your sense of Wonder, is endearing. Good. Let us not focus on the branches you will prune in your own good time.

Men-O-pah, how do you feel you are like the child?

Men-O-pah: I was interested to hear our visitor, before the time before Abraham. It reminded me of my roots. I neglected to hear his name.

TOMAS: He is Onamonalonton, the Entity I promised to bring to speak to you about his Gifts.

Men-O-pah: Thank you. I was interested to hear him talking about his music that we will hear. That music of discernment.

TOMAS: I had a hunch you would enjoy him.

Men-O-pah: I do that, too, and I was interested to hear he had to say, that we may hear the music of the Spirit of Truth. We will know the Way, then.

TOMAS: You will see, then, your childlike faith that the Path will be revealed. The Music will lead you, like the Pied Piper led the children from the village. The quality of discernment, yes, will enable you to 'hear' the 'music.'

Men-O-pah: Thank you. I'm looking forward to that.

TOMAS: You may be assured you will not be disappointed.

Men-O-pah: Thank you.

TOMAS: You see this child that you travel with, Esmeralda, and she delights you, for you say you have had your life 'lit up' now for 6 days because of her association. What does she reveal to you of yourself that you have forgotten?

Esmeralda: She has a different life than I. She is a very loved little girl and she knows that she is. She's confident. She's curious. She's eager to learn. I think a lot of those things, or some of those things were present in my childhood, however I was not as confident. I didn't feel as loved as a child. But the eagerness -- wanting to learn and to be close to people one thing, too, she's very concerned about a pet of hers that had been ill and I think the love of God's creatures -- that was something I really enjoyed. I think all children love pets and animals. So maybe that was the part of my childlike past that I identify with.

TOMAS: Children are 'little animals'... [Laughter]…and the qualities of Wisdom and Worship are fostered through further experience.

The reflection on your childhood this child gives, causes me to remind you that your mortal life may have had denser origin but your Spiritual Childhood is replete with knowing you are Loved and in this you may feel Confident. And thus you will be able to develop the quality that Thoroah enjoys, that adventurousness and sense of wonder that you see in the little girl that you transport. The world is changed from the time you were a child and there is more Light in the ethers today than there was in your childhood. Thus, your observation is correct.

The truth of the matter is you are never too old to be a child. And it's never too late to have a happy childhood.

The relationship you enjoy with the Eternal parents will give you the assurance that will also provide for you the ability to discern the Music of the Spheres as you avoid the chaos. It will entitle you to the precociousness that we enjoy with Paula.

The recognition that we are here to help you learn to become spiritual adults in no way precludes the necessity of you remaining a child. For Eternity is a long time. And like you were told, perhaps when you were adolescent, appreciate your being a child for as long as you can for when you are grown up the responsibilities of maturity will press upon you. And it behooves you to remember how to be a Child, even as you learn to walk the Path of Adulthood.

But Elena, how have we enjoyed your childlikeness?

Elena: Was that a comment or a question? [Some laughter]

TOMAS: In this case it is a question but if I had inserted an exclamation point it would have been an assertion of our receipt of your gifts, yes.

Elena: Thank you. Well, the talk about childlikeness was interesting and sweet. But how do I maintain my childlikeness…I think in the things that I do is that I can still get the same joy about most things that I'm excited about as it was right before getting up Christmas morning….there's that little glee that just builds up in my throat. And it's not hard for me to get there -- nor is it hard to get away from it either… but I think is the best way for me to answer the question of how I am childlike.

TOMAS: You appreciate the gift of Joy within you as a quality of Child-of-God that you enjoy. Yes. You are precise there. You are a joyous child, indeed, and your Joy is contagious. And this is a part of your Power and the Power of children, their easy laughter and their delight with the ludicrous, the ability to make monkey-shines of the burdens of existence and to alleviate the burdens of others by turning them topsy-turvy. This is the Gift you give to your friends.

All of you give Gifts of Yourself when you express your childlike qualities, your Child-of-Godness.

Gerdean, what do you regard as your blatant childlike quality?

Gerdean: I don't think my childlike quality's all that special, Tomas. I think I'm jealous, I want the center of attention. I think I'm more child-ISH than I am child-LIKE, to tell you the truth. But I'm not fishing for compliments here!! [Laughter] I think that my ability to Jabber is my favorite childlike quality. [More giggles in group]

TOMAS: It works for me. It is a key to the overtures of our efforts to reveal the Word of God as it will emit from your warbles. When there is a tight grip on your lip you censor yourself, sometimes suffocating yourself, to disallow the Lightness of Being. The Bird does not put a clamp on its bill, except when and as, it is 'stilled' by that which alarms it into silence. As you jabber you reflect your Warbling Happiness, much as Elena expresses her Joy in encountering the Essence of others.

In this Season of Giving, remember the Gifts you give -- the Gifts of Joy, of Adventure, of Discernment, of Inquiry, of Reflection, of Wonder. All these Gifts from the Divine are Gifts you give -- as a Child of the Divine. As a reflection of your Eternal Parents in their Gift of Life to you.

What child is this? Show me your Gifts, that I may give glory and homage to the Father, Gift-Giver to us all.

Be on your way, then, children, and relish your moment in time as Onamonalonton relished his and IMPACT humanity by your Personality Presence.

ANATOLIA: I am Anatolia. Good afternoon, my friends and family. I am here in lieu of Matthew who is kind enough to focus us on our format such that we are ready to begin. Let me take his place today and lead you in prayer, that we may focus on our purpose here, and gather in our interests to determine what we shall feed the soul of you today.

"Comrade and companion, Michael, please come in and bless this group of Soldiers of the Circle. In your presence we rejoice in the knowledge that you are one with us and that you are the Way Shower. We willingly follow your lead. We know of your mercy and we long for greater love which you are able to reveal to us by your relationship with our Father in heaven.

TOMAS: I am Tomas. Good afternoon. I have on my lips, "Ho! Ho! Ho!" I feel very much like Santa Claus this afternoon surrounded by your happy childlike faces. The radiance of your good cheer is a light indeed. Your calm composure is a comfort in the maelstrom of humanity. The strength garnered from your combined energies and personalities presents a reality from which you may diverge into your separate ways in service to Him who has sent us.

'Angels we have heard on high,' yearn still, to be heard even more. The propensity is to appeal to God and His Agents when you are troubled or stressed. But the true child of God also turns his face to Divinity with rejoicing. How wonderful it is to have such a community here today. Dear Rachel and Nathaniel, precious students, what a joy it is to be able to greet you and to make again the acquaintance of your precious child, daughter of God in potential.

Rachel: Thank you, Tomas. It's nice to feel your presence again. Been a long time.

Esmeralda: Tomas, we also have, Myra…isn't it Myra? ….Myra, back with us. We're awfully glad to have her back with us.

TOMAS: Myra, dear, I was, of course, intending to acknowledge you and to admit my delight at your return to the fold. But as a worker in the field, it is completely understood that when the needs are great, we serve by following the Need. Only when our Need is great do we turn with conviction to that which we need to uphold ourselves.

Esmeralda: And then, Tomas, we can add two more additions to our group today: Miriam and Mr. P. from Salt Lake.

TOMAS: We do, indeed.

Thoroah: I'll bet Tomas didn't know that.

TOMAS: We do, indeed, have with us the Hostess with the Mostest. My dear, how good it is to be of good cheer with you again, as well.

Yes, travelers from Abraham's neighborhood, welcome, indeed, to this base of operations. The thread, if I may, of weaving a tapestry of brotherhood of men and women throughout the nation and the globe, is evidenced in your gathering today. The 'Angels on High' are those who wield the knitting needles and crochet hooks that merge you into this weaving of company, which creates the connections of fraternity that enhances the global recognition of God and fosters the reality of Light and Life.

I cannot stress enough how important it is that you cultivate these associations with each other. They become reality because you have forged the association for eternity by recognizing the eternal nature of your friendships as children of God destined to work in His vineyards for eternity. And knowing each other for eternity, it is a momentous and noteworthy moment when you make your first acquaintance and commit yourself to that friendship, that bond of association, by and through the Father, that will make your connections sufficiently strong and sustainable that eventually the network of associations has blanketed the planet in God's Love and Your Love for each other, thus, experientially, resulting in the Supreme, the God of Experience that you co-create.

What a travesty that your world cannot appreciate the recognition of the Father in such a way as to open the channels of Divine Grace that showers Itself upon you all. How many individuals intellectualize the theory of God or the association of human kinship, but without actualizing it in literal, experiential reality. How courageous of you to opt to follow, in faith, those prompts which open your consciousness to the interpretations of Divinity that gives Life to the concept of the I Am.

It is very soon to be the celebration of an acknowledgment of a new year in your calendar time, and a New Season of Life for planet Earth. The global collective consciousness will be focused on the future. And as you fall in line, this upcoming week, with those with whom you work and play, in the arena which you serve, remember the sanctity of the reality of the association of sons and daughters of the Living God which enhances every other reality.

In this, rejoice, and be of good cheer, that your foundations and your subsequent society of believers, is confirmation of your recognition of the Light of Truth and your compunction to Live it, revealing the Father in heaven to his children on earth. This is the Gospel. This is our assignment, our privilege, our task and our joy.

Have a Happy New Year in service to the greatness and goodness of God and let me hear from you. (Pause.) Recognize the collective energies of the angels and ministering spirits who abide with us in this welcome configuration today. How many adventures have been performed since last we met? What insights have you garnered? What quandaries have you known? What questions does life pose to you that we might ponder them together for greater understanding of His will? (Long pause)

Did I neglect to welcome those of you who have been here all along? [Big laugh from the group]

Esmeralda: Well, Tomas, the thing I have been wondering about this week is this cloning thing. The cloning that is supposedly going on right now … maybe it has been confirmed now… it sounded like it on the last news I heard… a little girl. What do you all think about that?

TOMAS: I think the concept feeds upon your tendency toward being scandalmongers. You love this kind of thing. You get a controversy and beat it to death. Like an old bone, you chew it until it is in absentia.

Esmeralda: But, Tomas, what I'm wondering … is this in accordance with the Father's plan? If it is then its fine but I was just wondering about that.

TOMAS: This is in 'accord' to this degree: it is upon you to extend your capacities into the realms of science and learning, creation, art, mathematics, medicine, physics and chemistry -- whatever your creative consciousness can come up with in order for you to find your limitations and push your boundaries out to encompass greater truth, for there are limitations to what you can do, what you are allowed to do.

You cannot create life. God is the only one who can create life. And so while you may take the elements of your world -- be they animal, vegetable or mineral -- and make compositions and concoctions to produce New material and New textures -- even to reproducing meat and growing organs! -- You cannot clone a Human Being, for the spirit is impossible of being mimeographed. Real Life is original and it comes from the Creator and through His plan. You need not worry that cloning will go so far as to compete with the miracles of God's Creation. There are limitations to your creative capacity, after all.

Have I addressed your concerns?

Esmeralda: Yes. You have. Thank you. 'Cause I really didn't know how I felt about this but I was mainly concerned about this being with the Father's approval.

TOMAS: If it were not it would not have happened.

Paula: I wouldn't think He'd be very happy about it. I'm certainly not happy myself. I don't think that science needs to go "that far."

TOMAS: It has not gone as far as it is touting.

Esmeralda: Thank you, Tomas.

Miriam: Tomas, beginning with your thought of fellowship and brotherhood and threads and weaving, I've been reading the Jesus Papers again... and I'm blown away that back then -- 2,000 years ago -- when he came and how hard it was for them to grasp the concepts then -- it's even difficult now at times. I am just learning to love the Master more and more through day to day living and as a people we may get focused around Christmas or Easter or at Church and like after 9/11 I felt that we were really getting focused but I really appreciate the message to just go about our daily lives and do what we can.

TOMAS: You can best do that by keeping a solid frame of reference for your true reality, that which you are becoming, in association with your fellow soldiers, although it always heart-warming and sustaining to see how many ways God has, in fact, reflected himself in the lives of those who will respond to their indwelling adjusters, consciously or unconsciously, and delight in praising and worshiping that which extends beyond this reality. They, too, are a part of the tapestry. There are times when humanity is there for the religionist as there is the religionist being there for humanity. The more you become aware of this factor the more you share humble grace with your coordinates in the flesh.

But there is the dimension of revelation that culls like-minded individuals into collectives of common interests that bond its devotees unlike any other. There are cultural bonds, racial bonds, geographic bonds, recovery bonds, religious bonds and reality bonds. That which you bond with in the spirit is what comforts and upholds you in those times of experiential living between those occasions when you contact God direct for one-on-one consultation and gathering in energy and inspiration to carry on. Thus you are assured that one way or another you are companioned and you are not alone. This is elemental to every living thing, that you enjoy association as well as individuality.

Consciousness of consciousness is one of the elements that bonds this group. You know that you know and you can almost communicate certain concepts without words, even while putting it into words is not a conflict, not uncomfortable, because your essential bond is in the Truth, Beauty and Goodness of Divinity, not in what has evolved through the ages.

Paula: Can you imagine a cute little baby like this one (referring to little Rachel - just over one year old -- whose presence has been obvious throughout the session) getting itself cloned out of a couple of things that they used in an experimental lab. To me it’s ridiculous and disgusting and dirty.

TOMAS: It would be demeaning, yes. For this child is unique unto herself and that is her birthright. As a child of God, He will not forsake her. Thus, fear not.

Elena: You mentioned going through a natural course of events and in that vein I have been dealing with mice in the house. I put out some D-con after thinking about it a lot and it seemed to me that there was no way around this. I thought about praying the mice away and all that -- and this may be looked at as a trivial matter -- but it was a big deal to me. It made me think about some other things too, like how praying is focusing on a situation but there seems to be no substitute for actually going through the physical steps in cases like this. So, I guess I'm asking how prayer and physical life can be coordinated because so many things in physical life seem unavoidable.

TOMAS: Many of these growth-inducing experiences will be necessary, for this, indeed, is how you develop wisdom and perfect your world. Perfection is hard to perceive, but it has to be sought … and you seek perfection in having a mouse-free environment. Thus you need to apply yourself intelligently to the task at hand, having determined "mice are unwelcome". There are many who have no problem with mice but the Hunta Virus and other threats of disease are in order for you to consider the refinement of your environments, including mouse entrapment.

Cats would be the natural evolutionary solution and you are lamenting that you cannot pawn this job off on your cat. You have perhaps indulged your cat dietarily such that it has no use for 'common' food? I jest, in part. If there is a merciful execution, it would be merciful, but I don't recommend chemicals as a means of terrestrial escape under any circumstances.

You are feeling a compassion with this creature which shares with you an urge to live. You are feeling unfair -- that you have an unfair advantage in size and intelligence. But you may find, before it's all over, that the mouse is as smart as you; it may just go next door. Do you see that I am saying that you are identifying through the First Adjutant Mind Spirit with the creatures of the realm? Your life is enhanced by that recognition.

In time you will deal with these situations in ways which will be good solution and not cause you any disturbance for you will have gone on to new challenges and new quandaries to consider. Indeed, all of eternity is an extended laboratory, in terms of cosmic problem solving. The curriculum of the Melchizedek University is not only poetry and philosophy and fine art -- it also involves zoology, chemistry and the like. Comprende?

Elena: Si. Muchas gracias.

TOMAS: De nada.

Anatolia and I are missing Matthew. We look forward to his return. We look forward to all of your return, and yet we would not hold you back. We would, rather, send you forth for this extension of the Kingdom, the extension of the Father's Love, Divine Reality, into the finite realm in which you live, and is the greatest experience and the most wondrous adventure and the most poignant art.

Often we are eager to tell you how to do things. We observe your daily lives and see the situations that arise. We are eager to impart to you how we would do it, just like you do with those who are your peers, particularly those who are younger or those who you think would benefit by your wisdom and counsel. We, too, would put words in your mouth or concepts in your mind and yet those would be our solutions. The solution for you is that which you must come up with by your own composition of human and divine qualities. You are your own best judge of how effective you are as a ministering spirit in your own right, as you pass by.

I have talked enough. Are there questions or stories to tell? [Group asks itself if they have a story to tell]

TOMAS: I will tell one. [Group is all ears] I will tell you a story about making contact with the 'angels on high' and making contact with your Indwelling God Fragment.

The main goal of your existence is to make closer and more effective contact with the God Within you - that Fragment of the Father which seeks betrothal, eternal communion with you, fusion into oneness that immortalizes you and renders the Spirit a permanent personality. That is the main Source. The contact with teachers, other ministering spirits and many times Jesus himself, is making contact with levels of your existing reality so as to clarify for you, or reflect to you, how your life is evolving.

But the Revelation of Life is ONLY through the Father. Thus, if you seek to rise above the vicissitudes of life, you find that respite in the Father. But He will not let you stay. He will send you forth to learn and to teach and to experience. For that is what you do. You do this through Him. You do this with your fellows in the spirit and the flesh. This is the 'family,' the far-flung family of God's creation.

All That Is that exists beyond the Isle of Paradise is that which is a part of the experiential realms of time and space. That's a big space, and there are many ways to get diverted. But there is no chance you will be lost if you remember to return your focus to the Source -- that which keeps you in touch with yourself in your Divinity Factor, ever leading you forward, up and out of the vicissitudes and quagmires, onward and into the adventure of eternity, there to perceive again and anon, the unfolding of perfection.

And that is a feeling for you that will suffice as 'Happy New Year.' Run along and visit with one another and share in the truth of your being, the nature of your existence, the growth you are testimony to, and the faith that you hold fast onto in His name.
