In the average inhabited worlds in this local universe, the subject of individual, national and even planetary defense is discussed, planned on, and even acted upon. It all comes down to the exercise of “free will” at the personal and/or the collective level in order to insure security and a continuation of existence.
The individual or the collectivity prepare themselves in order to be able to defend themselves in the face of aggression, and acquire the necessary “assets” or even “implements of war” in order to achieve self preservation. When the individuals decide to use weaponry of any kind or even their bare hands in order to terminate the lives of “perceived threats” to their security, they are also terminating the opportunity of those that have been preemptively killed to accept God’s mercy and repent before they cause any more harm.
No mortal in any world of time has the right to, based on his or her own understanding of good or bad, kill suspected criminals, unless this is done in self-defense or in the defense of loved ones at the time of the commission of the crime. That means, the appearance of “vigilantes” is not encouraged as it is not known whether the “suspected criminals” at some point in the future will decide to accept Father’s mercy and repent.
The Universal Father is always ready to receive in His bosom any and all of His children; no matter how wrong is the path that they previously may have followed in life. Of course, when it comes to absolute derelicts; i.e., people that are already dead in Spirit and therefore have no indwelling TA, such could be eliminated anywhere under any circumstance as they have been proven to be of no value to the Father and therefore are already dead.
The question is, how does the Thought Adjuster-indwelt know that the “suspected criminal” has a Thought Adjuster or not? That is a big question that cannot be answered by most mortals and so, in order to avoid making the mistake of terminating the existence of another person before he or she had the opportunity to repent, do not participate in “vigilantism”.
Of course, there are many who would rather suffer harm and death than to cause it to others, no matter how evil the perpetrator may be. This behavior to accept harm is special, and a human being with said understanding with such a respect for life would very probably find himself in Mansonia at some point in time after his death. However, your right to exist and to protect others is absolutely recognized by Spirit, and so you would not be harshly judged when you had to take a life in self defense.
The times when a lot of this will be seen due to a collapsing economy and civilization are almost at hand. Use your judgment at the moment of making the extremely important decision to take a life, even if this is to be done in an act of desperate self-defense, can drive otherwise normal people to perpetrate desperate acts, which could be construed as criminal.
