Teacher Ophelius: “Many people on earth have become very predictable in their behaviour – they are ‘creatures of habit,’ and therefore they follow many patterns that they have been conditioned by throughout their upbringing or by the inspiration of seasonal festivals. The desire to do good to their fellows, spread cheer, or to give compassionately (charity) to those less fortunate souls, who have become victims of economic circumstance or illness, becomes almost a cyclical duty driven by commercial profiteers and marketing campaigns rather than by a self-imposed reflection on their own place in life or their responsibility as a universe citizen.
“Many people are very giving and charitable by nature, yet because of the busyness of life, and the constant doing and struggle to carve out a living, or to seek constant entertainment, this compassionate side is rarely stirred because they have not made it a habit to slow down and think about the deep meanings of life, love, and relationships. Compassion is a realization of inequality between the condition of the self, and the condition of another, and the desire to relieve suffering. When we feel compassionate toward someone, what is occurring within us is that we are making a choice whether to express the Divine Will, or to continue uninterrupted with our busy lives.
“When we say, ‘The plight of that poor soul tugs at my heartstrings,’ what is happening is that our Indwelling Spirit is giving us the opportunity to express the Divine Will and to make a choice to make perfect that which is imperfect – to relieve suffering and to bring what is unequal to a state of equilibrium. Do you not recognize the divine signature in this compassionate feeling? Moreover, on a greater scale, we find a great outpouring of compassion, heroism, and unity of cause when a disaster happens and many people are suffering in dire situations. The divine expression to be compassionate and to relieve suffering becomes very strong in us because our ‘world is rocked,’ and our busy little self-absorbed lives stop for a moment, and we peek out of our shell to find that the contrast of our own well-being is drastically unequal with the state of those who are suffering alongside us, and we inherently desire to express the Divine Will and bring all things back into a state of relative ‘normalcy.’
“How can we be open to this Divine Will and develop our god-like characters throughout the year without having to be shocked into noticing some gross inequality or to be influenced by some marketing campaign? Develop a habit of stillness where you express your gratitude for life and your desire to be an instrument of the Divine Will. Stop the ‘carousel’ and look out at the world and see where you can be of service to someone. Doing one small act of kindness to another that would be out of your pattern of daily routine brings the entire world one nth degree closer to perfection. Doing this day in and day out as a new ‘habit’ starts a chain reaction that changes the world no matter how insignificant it seems to you.
“‘Peace on earth and good will towards men’ is a statement of the Divine Will to bring all things to perfection and completion. Your choice to allow the Divine Will to function through you means you are a participant in the Great Plan and not just a bystander.

The Beloved One: “Once more we will tackle the subject of trust. It will often be discussed and frequently be interwoven throughout your lessons. Your trust will be tested through much practice, until you trust Me completely, and allow My advice to be followed, rather than you exercising your own will in your faith-walk with Me. Your trust will one day reach a sublime height, which will signal to Me that you are ready to become one with Me. This is the moment we both are working towards – the culmination of oneness.
“Faith is faith in word only, when your trust in Me is yet imperfect. And your faith is imperfect when you impose your own will, wants, needs and desires upon Mine. I desire for you to realize that I know all your wants, needs and desires, and your intent as well.
“The realization that I Am a part of God needs to dawn upon you, and become totally clear in your mind. It is then when you will hand Me the decisions to be made, and trust Me that I will give you the proper and right prompts on how to deal with things. You would otherwise land yourself in situations I would have to extricate you from.
“Remember when in a situation which provoked you, you lost your cool and you afterwards ended up ashamed of yourself and full of remorse? Well, consider these tests in self-discipline on the way to self-mastery.
“You need to learn that nothing can vex you, because within you lives One who has the situation well in hand, never mind how dark and perplexing at that moment the world may seem to you through whatever situation you land yourself in. It is in the sublime height of trust in Me where true peace and freedom reign. It is in remaining composed in any situation. Remember at all times that I am with you, so you do not become ‘unglued’ by things that irk you. Become the master of your emotions. Yes, I know that this is not easy, and yes, master them without chemical addictions if at all possible.
There are different ways and means if temporary relief is needed, like certain herbs and homeopathy, when the going is a little tough at times. Remember to place your trust in Me. Try to rise above situations and see matters from My perspective. Most things which annoy you are related to material things, which are only of short duration.
Concern yourself more with matters of eternal life, so there will be a balance in all things, and you will be more in harmony with yourself, as your soul becomes free in Me.”

Thought Adjuster: “Life is much more than you think it is. You know that it is an experience all of you will carry over into the future. You have also begun to understand that life is a contribution to the Supreme Being at both planetary and universal levels. However, what else might life be?
“Your Thought Adjuster has descended from Paradise to inhabit your mortal mind. His mission includes two aspects. The first one is to personally guide you to attain the very presence of the Father as His perfected child. The other aspect has something to do with the way the Father entrusts some of His attributes to His creatures. By giving you a Fragment of Himself, the Father has effectively created a new being that can be His representative in any place and at any moment. Once you have reached Paradise, you will to all intents and purposes be considered to be similar to God, and your endeavors throughout creation will be the endeavors of God.
“In this way our Father reveals Himself more fully. You were created with a definite purpose, as an original idea in the mind of the Creator. Some day you will fulfil that intended purpose, and you will reveal entirely the intent of the Father through your existence, your life and your actions.
“Even if this purpose may not be clear today, you can begin to work towards its expression. Little by little you are being guided to be what the Father desires for you to become, and you only need to learn to follow the guidance of the Divine Fragment within you. Your destiny is unity, to become one with God, to be an extension of His will, and to be a co-creator of realities. Those who work alone may achieve small things. Those who work in unity with the energy that sustains the universe – divine love – know that nothing is impossible and they can achieve anything.
“In unity with the will of God you will always triumph. Those who desire and are working for peace today will be victorious, because on each day love is spreading more into the hearts of the inhabitants of this world. The sublime enterprise of civilization – the establishment of light and life in this world – will be the heritage from those who work and have worked toward this goal, since their efforts are not in vain. To turn a primitive world into a sphere of light is the most amazing miracle that can be observed in a universe, with repercussions reaching all the way to Paradise itself. Every forward step by each single creature does bring this goal closer to reality. You are the creators of the miracle, and this is just a small example of what you can achieve when you combine your co-creative efforts. Together, all the children of God will be His hands throughout eternity.”

In this short communiqué we wish to explain the details of the Angels’ tasks in nurturing the careers of humans all over the universes.
“Guardian Angels, or Destiny Guardians, which is what we are called when our complete focus is on a single progressive human being, go somewhat unnoticed on this particular planet, Urantia. In future times you will see us come to the fore, much more so than we did in the past. You can become a pioneer in cooperating with us with, as a result, greater progress for you as well as for us, and there are a number of different ways in which you can bring about our uninterrupted cooperation to the maximum of our abilities.
“There are a number of different ways in which you can entice us to work with you on your career providing this type of career is to the benefit of your spiritual progress. First of all you can write down what you wish to achieve and note in particular that aspect which is of use to others. We do not really need written notification, however, the written note is basically for you, for your being human tends to make you get sidetracked, and regardless of our efforts in the initial intent, that intent may fade from your memory.
“Secondly, if you are convinced that the idea for your new career is not a whim of the moment, you may call on us in meditation and visualize the ins and outs of what you have in mind. In knowing your mind we will understand and create the circumstances to suit. Lastly, if you lack a clear idea of the way you wish to proceed, simply inform us of that fact, and we will generate the circumstances that are most befitting your talents, always providing that there is acceptance on your part that service to others will be included.
“For accepting life and seeing your existence as a gift from the Creator, it is fitting for you to be willing to do service to others in return, and in His name. Here we come back to our function in your life. Ours is a life of nurturing our beloved human subjects, and in return your successes in life guarantee us a promotion to the Mansion Worlds with you. Call on us. We are only ‘a few steps away in time’.

Subject: “‘Three Bs’ of Universe Citizenship.”

Teacher Ophelius: “Today we would like to speak about the ‘Three Bs’ of universe citizenship: ‘Being,’ ‘Becoming,’ and ‘Benevolence.’ They are these three core values that represent the pursuit of the soul as it ascends inward toward unity with the Creator of all. It is a pattern of progression that all beings that become spiritually ‘aware’ begin to follow as they live their lives wherever they find themselves on the path to perfection. It is this divine pattern then, which is imprinted in the soul-mind and becomes the mechanism that drives it to seek perfection and “god-likeness.” You may even learn to recognize it; prioritize it; and move with it as you go about your daily life here on earth.
Being – ‘To Live and Move and have your Being’ is to develop the personal soul-mind through the self-reflection of past experiences and the assimilation of new knowledge by shared experience, whereby the meanings and values extracted are transformed into personal wisdom—the process of building a philosophical understanding of the soul and it’s place on the path in relationship to divine order. Being is a realization of ‘what is’ and recognition of one’s own imperfections, which you can accept as a part of your personal quest to transform and transcend from a lessor state to a greater state of perfection. Self-love, acceptance, tolerance, and love of others is the result of healthy ‘being.’
Becoming – is a process for which you actively participate with those who can teach and lead you to greater awareness and higher circles. You are analyzing the patterns and behaviors of those who stand in higher circles and earnestly seek understanding of methods and processes by which you may overcome the barriers that you now face in your current place of development. It is the assimilation of like values and role-modeling that leads to progress and ascension – the idea of learning from others with the intent of experiencing for yourself the higher meanings and values of the lessons being taught. To simply ‘know of” another’s journey only provides a map and direction for your own journey for which you may find a new and more beautiful way to express the Divine Will. Become an open, discerning, willing learner.
Benevolence – is to actively participate in charitable acts and service to others of equal or lesser standing (in spiritual awareness) for their benefit, to assist them in understanding the meanings and values of where you have been and what you have learned that moved you through some barrier or stuck mindset that prevented you from expressing the Divine Will. Teaching therefore, is as valuable as learning and completes a circle of achievement that all beings must demonstrate as they ascend and ascertain divine character. To do good unto others with the intention of alleviating unnecessary suffering is a noble trait that demonstrates god-like character.
“These three values or ‘patterns’ of universe citizenship can be a part of your daily life here and hereafter. This is the wind that drives the ebb and flow of universe completion.

Orion: “The (subscriber’s) question posed is not really a single question, but in fact a series of questions, requiring a number of answers. Fortunately I can answer all in some fashion, because we do not merely carry life from our base in the local universe, or from planet to planet, we also ‘manufacture basic strands’ which we then assist into developing into flora, fauna, and with foresight and great care, into humans capable of being indwelt by a Fragment of God.
Firstly, the intent of the infusion of the Adamic blood into your races was for you to become a more long-lived creature, and as well to distance you from the animal species so you would not need to suffer from diseases that found their origin in such as cattle, horses, pigs, rodents, even insects. Alas, the Adamic default to a great extent spoiled that objective for you to have both a wider food source, as well as being more resistant to afflictions of flora and fauna.
“Over the years we have spoken in detail about early-onset schizophrenia and we re-iterate that like problems are not unknown on so-called normal worlds, although more rare in incidence. Nevertheless, the high prevalence of this mental illness within Urantia families can be lessened to some extent by special care in the early stages, by the more normal of the parents, or by a relative, taking the youngster under his or her wing to mitigate a fully-blown crisis.
“Diabetes also runs in families though to a lesser extent. A further factor is not only their genetic pre-disposition, but the kind of foods the family is in the habit of consuming, and such potentially bad habits tend to persist through generations. Detailed analysis of a young person’s genetic make-up, recommended for the future if not now, will help in determining a regimen in food preparation for such individuals’ health, long life, and well-being.
“Your human genome project, thought to be so very advanced, still has a great deal more light to shed on where many of its weak spots exist, in specific circumstances, parental matches, and in individuals. Over time your investigators will discover very nearly where we, the Life Carriers, left off after (with much help from Mother Spirit) implanting the germs of life on Urantia. Some may in time well become our apprentices, and some already are.
“In time you will become less fastidious about who fathers or mothers your children as long as they are well. They will be yours, anyway, for how you love them, treat them, and educate them. The mores will change for the betterment of the child. However, I speak for all my kin in saying that the relentless hunt for, the theft of, and illegal trade in human body parts is abhorred by us all. This is Orion, dictating to a human friend I’ve come to know so well.”

Monjoronson: “Dear One, it is I, Monjoronson. I am bending your ear this day to speak about something that is very fundamental to each and every person on this planet and something that should be considered each and every day, and not only in its most familiar form, but considered in ways you have not explored. It is the benchmark from which all standards are derived and should be considered as the underlying basis for all decisions. We (Spirit) call it the ‘L’ Factor. The human concept for this ‘L’ Factor is represented by the word ‘LOVE.’
“It has been said that ‘God is Love,’ but do you really understand what that means? Even to an atheist who does not recognize the equation ‘God = Love’ still has an idea about the concept of love and therefore it is his or her highest understanding for the quality of life itself. Because you are human and your spirit is encased in a material body, you have varying degrees of understanding about what Love is. Your electro-chemical responsive brains are only interpreting this all-pervading essence that binds all things together in the universe. Your unique personalities attach different meanings and ideas about what it is, and you each express that idea differently. The varying interpretations and the expressions of Love make up the diversity of all sentient life in the universes – it is the very gravity by which God attracts all souls and collects all diverse experiences in the grand universe.
“Because Love, in its purest form, is perfect and absolute, you, as ascending mortals, can only understand it and express it in a relative and imperfect form, yet as you expand your consciousness, the ‘L’ Factor becomes something that can be expressed and applied to all the circumstances of life and relationships and can illuminate and make all experiences more meaningful and valuable. This, at any level, is what I am asking every person on the planet to consider and apply to their daily lives. Consider first, your highest concept of love, and then expand it through imagination, your inherent god-like ability, and see it as something that could be a real part of your life. World peace is just one example of these expansions of imagination that will one day become a reality on this world because it was first imagined in the hearts of its people.
“What is it that brings a heart-felt tear to your eyes or something that pulls at your heartstrings? Was it a beautiful song; the kind and caring thought of a friend who helped you through a trial in life; the sincere embrace of your child; a beautiful sunset; flowers on your birthday? Whatever it is that stirs heartfelt emotion in you should be something you feel and explore every day of your life. Take the time right now and think about some of the things that ‘move’ you until you become ‘glassy-eyed.’ These are the things of value dear one – this is Truth, Beauty, and Goodness is it not? Let these heart-felt thoughts fill your mind more and more and become a part of your expanding consciousness, for these are the very thoughts that expand consciousness!

Thought Adjuster: “It is by living in the present moment that true peace can be experienced. Mortal beings naturally have a tendency to think about what could be, what could happen, or the changes that tomorrow might bring. A little foresight is always necessary, but an exaggerated fear of the unknown is one of the influential factors that slows individual spiritual progress in this world.
“Living in the present is much more than a simple human decision. You could say today that you will forget your childish anxiety about what could happen to you, but you will notice that frequently these recurrent worries from the past do come back. Living in the present is the result of the level of faith a creature has mastered.
“Only live in the here and now, those who have implicit trust in the Father’s care and who in their minds hold an image of the universe as a friendly place, created for their growth, exploration and evolution. This trust is only made possible by opening the heart to the divine influence of the Thought Adjuster – the presence of God in each human being – and by letting yourself be transformed from the inside by this guiding light. You can only trust in the Father if you take the time to get to know Him first.
“To know God you only need to listen to Him, to let His still voice within you become more prevalent in your life. Just as little children learn to trust in their earthly parents by living with them, and by the experience of receiving their care, the human children will also learn to know, trust, and love their celestial Father. And as it happens with the children of loving and caring human parents, God’s children very soon develop the desire to be like their Father, to emulate His divine grace, and become reflections of this Father for their siblings. This is true adoration.”

Samuel: “My greetings are extended to the many on the English 11:11 Progress List, as well as those, and today especially, those on the Spanish 11:11 Progress List. It feels kind of refreshing to me to be the first in this, your brand new year, to chat with you.
“I wish to speak with you about the Akashic Construct. What is this Akashic Construct? The Akashic Construct is a method of establishing communication. It is so named because it puts a building, a place, and great scenery to your meditation efforts. It is a place you can design yourself, feel at home in, and invite others into – mostly Celestials – but humans in need of healing as well.
“The Akashic Construct, as do many other visualization techniques, helps bridge the gap between your mind and the vast knowledge of Spiritual Teachers, who may otherwise remain invisible or even unknown to you. The Akashic Construct gives you a meeting place between ‘heaven and earth’ where you can ask questions and receive answers, even record messages from Celestial Teachers, as this human is now recording my words on the subject I volunteered to speak about.
“Visualization techniques are in use all over the seven super-universes. On my planet, Panoptia, there are literally thousands of such methods, as these are designed by the individuals and used just by them personally, for any kind of achievement at all. The Akashic Construct, however, is specifically put together for communication with Celestial Teachers, as well as the healing of human friends and strangers.
“The method is designed to allow you to become deeply relaxed (Part One), move brain and mind activity from left hemisphere to the more creative right hemisphere (Part Two), and build and enjoy a private place of your imagination where you can learn and observe what goes on in any place, and any time at all – past, present and future (Part Three).

Teacher Prometheus: “Trust is the healthy attitude which allows a free-willed human to follow the leadings of the Indwelling Spirit. With trust in these leadings one’s day-to-day decisions will be better informed, one’s trials and tribulations better managed. In closeness with one’s Indwelling Spirit there is guidance.
“The individual can be tempted to ignore the ‘still small voice’ and listen instead to the fear-based, animal-origin mind – the legacy of the evolutionary mortal.
“In the free-willed creature, the natural course of evolution will lead to a brain capable of comparative analysis. Such a crude intellect can still present to the consciousness a mental scenario of the potential consequences of the choices at hand.
“The human will be able to access both individual memory as well as the memories embedded in the inherited genes from his ancestors. The collective consciousness of the race is also a source of memory – a resource to be drawn upon as much as the mindal capacity of the individual allows. The creature-mind develops in proportion to its learning ability, both intellectually and psychologically as well as emotionally, socially & spiritually.
“The environment of a human being is a tremendously important factor in the development of a healthy, moral, ethical, responsible and productive individual. Genetic health and parenting are also extremely important factors in the development of a human who is capable of being receptive to spiritualizing forces.
“This includes the Indwelling Spirit, the Divine Parents, as well as any other Spirit personalities which the Divine Adjuster sees fit to allow into the higher mind of the individual. This is the higher functioning mind associated with the reasoning, intuition and cognitive capacities that involve higher communication and receptivity to higher frequency thoughts.

Machiventa: “Good day. This is Machiventa. I bring you greetings from those of my order, and from my many helpers. By appointment from Michael of Nebadon, I was declared Planetary Prince of Urantia in my own right. What does it mean to be a Planetary Prince? It means that I am in charge of directing progress on this planet in so far as our Celestial Superiors are allowing me to do so. It means that I am a Teacher. The Head Teacher, really, in charge of the curriculum. My other duties are complex, but of no consequence here and now.
“My message to you on this day deals with your function as receivers and transmitters off celestial messages. It is important for you to realize that all teachings are passed by myself, or by one of my order to ensure it be clear, and as close to perfect as possible. All teachings are perfect according to the rules of the universe, and recorded in simple language of whatever nation. Remember, it is between you and your Celestial Teacher that the final lesson is inked onto paper, or recorded. Sadly, any imperfections are entirely on your part.
“All transmissions are the product of co-creation between the Celestial Teachers and their human counterparts. You are equally involved with your Teachers, and therefore you may be sure you have the right to make more clear, here or there, the odd word or sentence. In receiving your messages you must be in a meditative state, sufficiently so that you clearly comprehend the lesson from beginning to end. I know you will fully comprehend it, but then you must also present it in its most understandable, simplest of grammar.
“Not one of you receives your messages in quite the same manner, as much depends on listening skills, mid mind (soul) development, even your ready vocabulary and a basic understanding of the concepts put forward. The latter is our responsibility in finding the (human) receiver to suit the lesson to be taught. Some of you word smiths are so entrusted with this work of co-creation that you are provided with series of concepts for you to put into language, not unlike your translators must decide which words to use to convey the meanings.
