Teacher: Daniel and Iruka

Lesson: Truth, Creating bonds

TR: Pam

Prayer (Bob S.) We open our hearts to You Father, Mother Spirit, in optimism knowing You are the source of our being and would never allow anything truly bad to happen to us. Open our ears and our minds this evening as we hear from our elder brothers and sisters, who have come this great distance to teach us a better way. In Michael’s name we pray. Amen.

DANIEL: Hello my friends, colleagues, this is Daniel coming through a new person tonight. (Ken: Greetings Daniel.) Greetings, my friend, Kenneth. What a delight to see all of you here this evening. It is with great relish that we teachers are surrounding you in our love, delighted to have you all here tonight. We realize that illness and responsibilities can interfere with the meetings. And we respect that you are doing everything you can to meet, to stay well, and to make this group a priority. I thank you for that and we appreciate it. It speaks to the commitment that you have made for your own growth, for your understanding to become closer to Father, to share in His love and His joy and His delights.

This meeting tonight I wish to be very positive, very uplifting. You are celebrating Christ Michael’s birth here on Urantia. And even though you know the true date of His birth, you honor and respect what the rest of the world believes, as do we, as does Christ Michael. You remember through reading, that Christ Michael emphasized the truth. He reinforced the beliefs that were good and positive and uplifting. The error, the misunderstanding, fell away by itself. And so do we take that attitude—emphasizing what you know and what is good and letting the rest fall away. It is not important to make corrections in each other. It just causes defensiveness and counterattacks. Focusing on the good, the positive and the truth, creates bonds and trust that will last forever.

I wish to express my delight in all of you again. I’m hoping you can feel the love in this room and the joy. Christmas is what you feel in your hearts. It is not outside of you, it is inside of you. Like little children who delight in the bright lights and music and celebration, let your hearts rejoice… share your love with all.

And now, I will open up for questions on this subject or any other.

Kenneth: Thank you for those words Daniel. Those words of reinforcement and encouragement to always seek the truth. To seek the positive side of all relationships. It’s very important this time of season. Not only in the world but within ourselves. Thank you Daniel.

DANIEL: You are most welcome my friend. You have restated my lesson in a most wonderful way. (That is because I have a wonderful teacher.) And you are all most wonderful students. (Group is laughing at this.)

LaReen: Off the subject, but I need to say it before I forget. Birdie (a former member) sends her love and her gratitude for your words and she just wanted it verbalized.

DANIEL: Thank you for those words. We send her our love and our support. She is never alone. (pause)

I see it is a most quiet group tonight. But I sense that your hearts are light and joyful. Is that not true? (Group: True… and peaceful.) Thank you. And peaceful is important.

There is another who would like to speak.

IRUKA: Hello my friends, I am Iruka (Ken: Greetings Iruka.) Greetings to all and to you Ken. It is delightful to be here and to see so many healthy people.

You can move throughout the Christmas season in a most calm and relaxed manner. It comes from within you. It comes from your time spent with Father. He gives you the peace, he gives you confidence that you are not alone. You can wrap this peace around you like a coat, like a wrap, and move through your life, through crowds on a street, in traffic, and wherever you go, and keep this peace inside of you.

You are more powerful than you think. It is your connection to Father… that gives you this energy, this electricity to stay balanced. To stay balanced even when things around you are not working or not working the way you want them to. You are greater, larger, more powerful, than you see yourselves as being. You are not just your physical body. There is so much more to you, and I know you can’t see it, you can’t measure it, you can’t feel it. But hold an image of yourself that is bigger than you think of yourself as right now. You have incredible lights inside of you that we can see, and it is something to behold. So know that you are not alone and you can hang on to this peace, whatever you do, wherever you go.

Thank you, my friends. I wish you a most joyous holiday season. Shalom.

DANIEL: This is Daniel, I am back at the microphone. We on this side are having a wonderful time and we wish to convey to you our admiration, our joy at seeing you together and our astonishment at your will to grow and learn. We are your biggest admirers and we learn from you. We wish to tell you… thank you. If there are not any more questions we will close this evening. (pause) Farewell, my friends, have a wonderful few weeks before we meet again. Goodbye.

Group: Goodbye, see you next year.
